Abstract

La présente invention concerne en particulier l'extrait total aqueux de feuilles (d'olivier) Olea europaea L. qui est développé pour être utilisé dans le cadre de produits de phytothérapie classiques dans l'industrie pharmaceutique et des compléments alimentaires, et qui contient une substance chimique végétale extrêmement bénéfique efficace contre le diabète, le cancer, les maladies cardiovasculaires, les maladies gastro-intestinales, la covid-19 et la perte de poids, et son procédé de production. À cette fin, l'extrait de feuilles d'olivier selon l'invention contient des principes actifs et de l'eau que la plante a synthétisés lors de sa durée de vie, et le procédé selon l'invention comprend les étapes de procédé suivantes consistant à : réduire au minimum les feuilles d'olivier séchées au moyen d'un procédé normalisé, mélanger et conserver les feuilles dans de l'eau à une capacité de formation de film de surface maximale, et éliminer le solvant du filtrat obtenu sous vide.
