- the predefined quantity of materials may include measuring 50- 130ml of water in a beaker and then using a measuring scale, measure out 8-30 grams of the carbon polymer and add the carbon polymer to the beaker and thoroughly mix the carbon polymer with the water.
- Now measuring out 5ml to 25ml of plasticizer complex using a measuring scale and add the plasticizer complex to the beaker now add 5ml- 15ml of the carbon polymers to the mixture, and mix thoroughly.
- Heat a heating device to a medium to high heat and place the beaker on top of the heating device, using either a magnetic stir bar, or manually using a spatula, start stirring the solution which is inside the beaker evenly.

Abstract
Est divulgué un procédé (100) d'obtention d'un matériau bioplastique. Le procédé (100) comprend l'addition de polymère carboné et d'un solvant dans un récipient discontinu puis la mixtion minutieuse du polymère carboné et du solvant pour obtenir un mélange de base. Le procédé (100) comprend l'addition d'un complexe plastifiant et d'une enzyme au mélange de base et leur mixtion minutieuse pour obtenir un premier mélange. Le procédé (100) comprend l'addition d'un matériau fertilisant au premier mélange et leur mixtion minutieuse pour obtenir un second mélange. Le procédé (100) comprend l'alimentation d'une chaleur ayant une température prédéfinie à un second mélange, une fois que le second mélange se convertit en un semi-solide de type gel, puis le transfert du semi-solide de type gel vers un système de refroidissement. Le procédé (100) comprend l'incubation du mélange semi-solide de type gel vers le système de refroidissement pour une période de temps prédéfinie. Le procédé comprend en outre le moulage du mélange semi-solide de type gel incubé en profilés et formes requis.
