LFT是英文Long-Fiber ReinforceThermoplastic的简称,中文译为长纤维增强热塑性塑料或习惯称之为长纤维增强热塑性复合材料。LFT-D工艺主要解决目前复合材料模板玻纤长度问题及半成品制造问题,增强复合材料模板力学性能的同时,大大降低生产成本。现有技术中,常采用LFT-D工艺制作建筑模板,但是建筑模板表面覆膜的均采用二次成型工艺,就是将建筑模板制成后再进行覆膜,这种工艺会出现成型不良,覆膜粘合不到位或者两者中间存在气泡的现象,所以我们需要设计一种一次成型工艺,使建筑模板和覆膜一次成型。LFT is the abbreviation of Long-Fiber Reinforce Thermoplastic in English, and the Chinese translation is long fiber reinforced thermoplastic or it is customarily called long fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite.
