Description

Description
Title of invention: A device to Prevent the Sound of
Farting
Technical Field
[0001] This invention is a personal hygiene device related to the field of noise prevention that is located around the anus. There is also a place inside the device for a smell removal filter.
Background Art
[0002] In 1999, the fart sound deadening tape was registered in Japan with registration number: JP3066806U. This invention is an elastic tape, like an adhesive one, that is sticked to the butt. In the center of the tape is a small hole that does not allow flatulence to come out at once and flatulence slowly comes out of the hole of the tape, thus reducing the sound of farting. In this invention, the tape that is glued to the skin is disposable, because by removing the tape, the adhesive effect is removed and also removing the tape from the skin can be very painful.
[0003] In 2002 in the United States, the personal hygiene device and method was registered with the registration number US200220165428A1 . Personal hygiene apparatus and method, Inventor: Pratima Jain, Sandhya Jain, Sugandh Jain. This invention is made of a pyramidal fiber made of cotton or polyester that is placed inside the anus. This pyramidal fiber is inserted from the tip and narrow part of the pyramid completely into the intestine (anus) and causes the intestinal gases (flatulence) to escape without making a sound. The entry of an external object into the body not only brings with it an unpleasant feeling of indigestion, but also medically damages the organ.
[0004] In 2004 in Japan, soundproof and deodorant (smell deadening) underwear, which is common for men and women was registered with the registration number: JP2004183188A. Soundproof (sound _deadening) and deodorant (smell _deadening) under wear for fart common to man and woman. It is an invention of underwear made of carbon fiber and chemicals and organisms that insulate sound and neutralize the smell of farts. This invention is worn in the form of underwear (shorts) and to neutralize and absorb the smell of farts, it must be completely attached to the body and have no seams to leak air gases to the outside. Also, this invention cannot completely control the created sound, because the technique used in this invention does not prevent the occurrence of sound, but wants to control the created sound.
[0005] The filtration power of activated carbon fibers used in underwear decreases with each wash, and washing requires a special method that is very laborious and time consuming. In this case, the life of activated carbon fibers will be short. In the present invention, there is a place where the deodorizing filter is placed inside the personal hygiene device, and during washing, the life of the activated carbon filter is greatly increased by removing the filter from the personal hygiene device and not needing to wash the filter.
[0006] In 2017 in Japan, plaster has been registered, with registration number: JP2017056169A. In this invention, to prevent the sound when the abdominal air comes out and to prevent the abdominal air from rubbing against the skin, a cloth is placed at the anal outlet and sticked to the butt. The cloth is bandaged to control the sound when the abdominal air comes out.
Placing the fabric on the butt is a laborious and time-consuming process and is not enough to hold the fabric in place at the anal outlet. Also, the probability of error and the fabric coming out of place and causing abdominal friction with the skin in the anus and creating a sound is very high.
[0007] In this invention, the only cause of sound production when the abdominal air is expelled is the friction of the abdominal air with the skin, and an improper attempt is made to eliminate the friction of the abdominal air with the skin. But there is another reason for the sound of flatulence, which is the insufficient opening of the anal sphincter relative to the outflow air, which has not been addressed. However, in the present invention, both causes of sound have been completely eliminated.
[0008] In 2019 in Japan, an invention called wind was registered with the registration number: JP2019183359. In this invention, a device in the form of a ping pong ball, made of materials such as bamboo charcoal, cotton, gauze, fiberglass and silk thread, which is placed inside a cotton and gauze fabric, has been made to control the sound of abdominal bloating. They put it in the anal outlet. It is used as a sound absorbing material. The solution to eliminate odors is also the use of air freshener spray.
[0009] Placing a spherical instrument (ping pong ball) in the opening of the anus is not very compatible with the shape and form of that area of the body and can be pushed out by the body and out of position and not have the necessary efficiency. In addition, in this invention, an attempt has been made to control the sound produced by using materials that absorb sound. However, in the present invention, the solution is such that it does not allow sound to be created at all and plays the role of deterrent and prevention. In addition, it has a place to install a filter to absorb the smell of flatulence.
Summary of Invention
[0010] Personal hygiene devices are designed to prevent the sound of farting in crowded environments, at parties, work environments and during sleep when we lose control over it. There is also a place inside the device for a smell removal filter. One of the causes of noise when the abdominal air comes out is the friction of the wind with the skin. Inadequate opening of the anal sphincter relative to the outlet wind is another cause. The device is designed according to the geometry of the body, which is flexible and fits around the hollow and around the anus. There are cavities and paths through which the flatulence gases pass through these paths and do not rub against the skin and do not produce sound. A smell removal filter can be placed inside these cavities and paths.
[0011] Around this cylindrical device is a gasket (seal) to prevent the abdomen gases from leaking. The washer (sealant) can be part of the structure of the device and the shape (cylindrical shape) and the material of the device itself play the role of washer (sealant). Inside the device, along with the cavities inside the device, there are springs to keep the passage of abdominal gases open and push the device forward each time it sits to stay in place. The diameter (width) of this device creates a distance in its location that helps the anal sphincter to open enough when the abdominal wind occurs. A cloth cover can be placed on this device and this device can be supported by a holding strap on the body.
Technical Problem
[0012] We always avoid farting in closed environments and with other people and in many situations and places, and sometimes its accidental exit when we lose control over it, which is usually accompanied by noise, makes us embarrassed. During sleep, if we do not have our own room or we are a guest somewhere, we will be worried about farting and we have no control over it while sleeping. Now, if the intestines are not in a good condition, the smell of flatulence will upset us and others. In addition, holding too much air in the abdomen has side effects and is harmful to health.
[0013] The purpose of this invention is to make a device that prevents the noise caused by farting and is capable of an easy installation for smell removing filter. In addition, it has the ability to be commercially produced so that it can be made available to the public.
Solution to the Problem
[0014] One of the causes of noise when the abdominal air comes out is the friction of the wind with the skin. Inadequate opening of the anal sphincter relative to the outlet wind is another cause. In this invention, we have used a tool to prevent air friction with the skin, as well as to help the anal sphincter open enough when the abdominal air comes out.
[0015] The shape and form of this device (10) is designed to have the most coordination when placed tangentially to the anal opening (41 ) and is in accordance with the geometry of the body. This device is 10 in the form of a curved cylinder (a cylinder in the shape of a crescent moon), the two ends of which are (14) narrower, and the curved and arched outer part of this device (10 ) coincides with the hollow and around the anus (41).
[0016] Personal hygiene device (10) is in the form of a cylinder, but can also be made in the form of other geometric shapes such as cones, spheres, rings, prisms, pyramids, rectangular cubes.
[0017] Inside the personal hygiene device (10) and on either side of the curved part there are pores, cavities (11) and paths through which the gases emitted by the abdominal air are directed into (17) those cavities (11 ) and exit the cavities (11 ) on the other side of the personal hygiene device (10). Therefore, it can completely prevent the abdomen from rubbing against the skin. Because this device (10) plays the role of a path without any obstacles and friction that all the gases emitted by the abdominal air pass through this device (10) instead of friction with the skin.
[0018] The width (diameter) of this device (10) when it is tangent to the anal opening (between the two hips) (41 ) can be the same as the diameter of a pencil or pen, which is a device with this diameter tangent to the anal opening (41 ) to open the anal sphincter enough when the abdominal air comes out it helps.
[0019] The material of this device (10) is such that it has high elasticity, and flexibility. This curved cylinder (10) is made of silicon (silicon-rubber), silicone with anti-allergic properties for the skin, anti-stain, environmentally friendly and non-toxic. It is abundant in health uses.
[0020] The smooth surface of this cylinder (10), which is made of silicon (silicon-rubber), has a high adhesion to the skin of the body. This allows the device to be supported by both hips when in place and has a high level of friction with the body and stays in place (41 ) well.
[0021 ] The cylindrical shape of this device (10) and its elasticity and flexibility when placed between two hips make this device a sealant (washer) and consequently it doesn’t allow the gases emitted by the abdominal air to escape from a path other than the internal path of the device and increases the level of friction and adhesion of the device with the body. It is also possible to install washers (sealant) separately on the side parts of the device (10).
[0022] Inside this device (10) and in the direction of the passage of gases emitted (17) from inside the device (10), there are springs (12). These springs (12) are of compression type and have several important functions. If pressure is applied by personal hygiene device (10), these springs are the passage of gases through the personal hygiene device (10) is kept open and the emitted gases can easily pass through the device in any case.
[0023] These springs (12) can be made of metal or plastic and act as columns and frames that simplify the installation and placement of personal hygiene device (10) items in their place. Also, each time you sit or lean on a place and apply external pressure by personal hygiene device (10), these springs (12) push the personal hygiene device (10) forward and stabilize it well in place (41 ). In this case, the user makes sure that the device (10) is perfectly in place and performs its task correctly and without error.
[0024] Cylindrical personal hygiene device (10) is hollow but can be full too. If you are full, this device must have more elastic and resilient properties so that it can have acceptable flexibility and deformability. Used more flexible and more jelly Silicon (Silicone Rubber), which has a higher elasticity and elastic properties.
[0025] Personal hygiene device (10) is made of Silicon (Silicone Rubber) but can be made of foam (sponge) or fabric too, it can also be made of elastomers, polymers (elastic polymer), rubber or all kinds of plastics such as thermostats (such as epoxy, polyester, etc.) and thermoplastics (such as polycarbonate, polyester, Styrene, etc.) or a combination of these. It can also be made of flexible materials or flexible polymers. [0026] The pores and cavities (11 ) on the personal hygiene device (10) can be covered with a cloth cover (20), this cloth cover (21 ) is used to not damage the bumps and dents on the device (10) to the skin of the body. This fabric cover (20) has holes for the passage of emitted gases and can be made of natural fiber fabrics, such as cotton, linen, etc., which are skin- friendly.
[0027] The cloth cover (21 ) only covers the cavities (11 ) and is then installed as a thin cloth strap (22) around (30) the personal hygiene device (10). Part of this fabric strap is elastic (23) so that the fabric cover can be easily installed on the personal hygiene device (10).
[0028] Since the personal hygiene device (10) is completely locked in place (41 ), the only way for the exhaust gases to escape is through the holes and cavities (11 ) installed on and inside the personal hygiene device (10), so the odor removal filter can be installed inside the cavities (11 ). Put in a personal hygiene device (10) to neutralize all the odor caused by flatulence.
[0029] One of the best methods to remove impurities from gases is the adsorption method. Activated carbon (activated carbon) is a strong adsorbent with excellent adsorption and does not dissolve in any known solvent. It also has antibacterial and fungal properties and can be used with Odor separation, the act of removing odors from emitted gases.
[0030] The filter installed in this device (10) is activated carbon fabric filter, but the filter can be of activated carbon fabric, activated carbon cotton fabric, activated carbon fiber filter, activated carbon foam or activated carbon sponge. In addition to filters with (of various types) organic adsorbents such as activated carbon, filters with (of various types of) inorganic adsorbents such as zeolite, filters with (of various types of) adsorbents or organic-metallic frameworks such as porous co-ordination polymers (PCPs), filters with (of different types) of polymeric adsorbents and resins and also other porous materials such as nanoporous materials (nano fiber) can be used as adsorbents and filters.
[0031] Other filters such as HEPA filters, fiber filters and foam filters (sponge filters) can also be used. Deodorizing filter, which is made of absorbent materials with a porous structure, such as foam and fabric.
[0032] When the flatulence gases pass through the personal hygiene device (10), it can prevent the flatulence of the abdomen with the passage of (11 ) through the personal hygiene device (10) and the flatulence gases can escape completely silently from the device (10).
[0033] During washing, the deodorizing filter can be removed from the cavities (11 ) of the personal hygiene device (10) and only the fabric cover (20) and the device (10) that has been in contact with the skin can be washed, thus increasing the life of the deodorizing filter and for the personal hygiene device (10) as well. Several coatings can be considered and when each coating becomes dirty, the coating can be replaced and the previous coating can be washed.
[0034] If necessary and also in exceptional cases, for more support and stronger placement of personal hygiene device (10) in the desired location (41 ), the holder strap can be used. The holder strap (50) consists of several elastic straps. [0035] At least one strap (52) is at the bottom of the hip and one strap is (51 ) above the hip. Then these two straps are connected to each other. And the beginning and the end of the strap (51) are wrapped around the waist (60) and connected by a button (54) or a clip. Next, the strap (53) is placed perpendicular to these two straps (51), (52) and between the hips. These straps are responsible for holding (50) personal hygiene parts (10) on the body (40).
[0036] The normal size of personal hygiene device equipment which a curved cylinder is 2 to 2.5 cm in diameter and approximately 5 cm in height. The diameter of this cylinder decreases to 1 to 1 .5 cm when it is in place and when it is under pressure. And compressed, these sizes can be made in different sizes according to the weight, waist size or size of the user.
