Abstract
La présente invention concerne un support de fixation de clou intramédullaire ayant une fonction de prévention de la rotation et de la séparation d'un os fracturé, le support de fixation fixant une zone de fracture par insertion, dans une cavité médullaire, d'un clou ayant une force de fixation robuste tandis que le support de fixation est contracté, si le support de fixation constitué d'un alliage à mémoire de forme est ajusté dans un clou intramédullaire à température ambiante et positionné au niveau d'un emplacement souhaité par un utilisateur, puis de la chaleur est appliquée au support de fixation. La présente invention est caractérisée en ce qu'un support de fixation (100) est ajusté dans et fixé à un emplacement souhaité pour un clou intramédullaire (3) pour empêcher la rotation du clou intramédullaire et renforcer la résistance de la zone de fracture, le support de fixation (100) est constitué d'un alliage à mémoire de forme, a une forme de tube vide et a une pluralité de saillies droites ou de saillies en spirale et de rainures formées à des intervalles égaux sur son côté extérieur.
