Abstract
La présente invention concerne un système de fabrication (100) de gaz gazéifié qui comprend : un réservoir de réception (130) qui reçoit une matière première solide M et de l'eau W ; une unité d'alimentation (140) en gaz d'échappement de combustion qui fournit un gaz d'échappement (EX) de combustion à l'eau W contenue dans le réservoir de réception (130) et/ou l'eau W avant qu'elle W ne soit fournie au réservoir de réception (130) ; un four de gazéification (dispositif de fabrication (170) de gaz de gazéification) qui gazéifie la matière première solide M, après retrait du réservoir de réception (130), avec de la chaleur provenant d'un milieu de fluidisation ; un four de combustion (dispositif de fabrication (170) de gaz de gazéification) qui chauffe le milieu de fluidisation par combustion d'un combustible ; et un séparateur à cyclone (dispositif de fabrication (170) de gaz de gazéification) qui sépare un mélange solide-gaz produit par le four de combustion et comprend le milieu de fluidisation et le gaz d'échappement EX de combustion en solide et en gaz. L'unité d'alimentation (140) en gaz de combustion fournit le gaz d'échappement EX de combustion séparé par le cyclone.
