优选地,所述雾化组件还包括陶瓷柱,所述陶瓷柱过盈配合于所述基体内,所述陶瓷柱上对应所述第二进油孔的位置设有第三进油孔,所述吸油件中至少一部分伸入所述第三进油孔,并堵塞所述第三进油孔或同时堵塞所述第三进油孔和第二进油孔,以吸取从所述第二进油孔流出的烟油。
优选地,所述陶瓷柱与基体的中心线基本平行或重合,所述吸油件与陶瓷柱的中心线基本为垂直;所述陶瓷柱的外表面还设有密封圈,所述密封圈用于密封所述陶瓷柱和基体之间的接触间隙。
优选地,所述封堵件具有小径结构和大径结构,所述导气孔设于所述小径结构的顶部,所述第一进油孔设于所述小径结构的侧面,所述小径结构密封连接所述通气管,所述大径结构密封连接所述储油管,所述小径结构的外侧壁与所述储油管的内侧壁间存有过油间隙。
优选地,还包括固定座,所述固定座包括头部、腰部和尾部,所述头部套接所述封堵件或储油管的外侧面;所述尾部用于连接外部供电电源;所述腰部设有限位孔和调节开关,所述调节开关中至少一部分位于限位孔内,所述调节开关能在所述限位孔内带着所述基体相对所述封堵件上下运动或转动。
优选地,所述调节开关的头部穿所述限位孔后露于所述固定座外,所述调节开关的尾部穿过所述限位孔后固定连接所述基体;所述限位孔为周向限位孔。
优选地,还包括轴承,所述轴承的外圈固定连接所述固定座,所述轴承的内圈固定连接所述基体。
优选地,所述固定座上设有电极,所述发热件电连接所述电极;所述基体不与所述固定座接触。
优选地,还包括套环,所述套环固定套设在所述储油管的外侧面,所述套环位于所述敞口端;所述套环和固定座的头部通过可拆卸结构连接。
优选地,所述储油管上相对所述敞口的一端延伸有吸嘴,所述吸嘴上设有出烟通道,所述出烟通道连通所述通气管,所述储油管、吸嘴和通气管采用玻璃材料一体成型。
优选地,还包括一端开口的柔性保护套,所述保护套通过所述开口套设于所述储油管的外表面,所述保护套的顶端对应所述出烟通道的位置设有出烟孔。
优选地,所述保护套的侧壁开设有窗口,所述储油管的侧面开设有连通所述储油腔的注油孔,所述注油孔内可拆卸连接有阻油塞,所述阻油塞露于所述窗口;还包括套环,所述套环套设固定在所述储油管的敞口端的外侧面,所述保护套的开口端抵接所述套环。
本技术方案还提供了一种电子烟,包括雾化器和供电电源,所述雾化器为以上任意一技术方案所描述的电子烟用雾化器。
本技术方案相比于现有的雾化器和电子烟,由于基体能在外力作用下,相对所述封堵件按预定轨迹上下运动或转动,以使所述第二进油孔与第一进油孔相通或错开,所以通过控制第二进油孔与第一进油孔的相通或错开,可调节烟油流出量;并且在电子烟不使用时,可关闭储油腔和雾化仓之间的油路,降低了烟油的泄漏风险。又由于封堵件或/和基体采用柔性材料制成,基体中至少设所述第二进油孔的面抵接或紧压所述雾化仓内壁,所以通过柔性件的形变,使接触间隙实现很好地闭合,提高防漏油效果。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例及附图,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此部分所描述的具体实施例仅可用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
具体实施例一
如图1、图2、图3所示,本发明提供了一种电子烟用雾化器100,其包括吸嘴110、储油管120、通气管130、雾化组件140和由硅胶材料制成的柔性封堵件150,通气管130设于储油管120内并一起围成环形储油腔122,储油腔122的一端为盲端,另一端具有敞口1221。储油管120的侧面开设有注油孔121(参考图9所示,注油孔121配设有阻油塞270),注油孔121连通储油腔122。封堵件150套接通气管130并抵接储油管120的内壁,用于密封敞口1221。雾化组件140包括基体141、气道142、吸油件143和发热件144,气道142、吸油 件143和发热件144均位于基体141内,发热件144接触吸油件143,发热件144具有两导电引脚1441。封堵件150的外壁具有小径结构152和大径结构151,封堵件150包括雾化仓153、导气孔154和连通储油腔122的第一进油孔155,雾化组件140设于雾化仓153内,导气孔154连通通气管130和气道142。具体地,导气孔154设于小径结构152的顶部,第一进油孔155开设于小径结构152的侧面,小径结构152套设于通气管130的外表面,大径结构151密封连接储油管120内壁。此时,小径结构152的外侧壁与储油管130的内侧壁间存有过油间隙1221。为防止漏油,封堵件150与储油管120、通气管130和基体141之间的连接均优选采用过盈配合连接。
如图4所示,基体141上对应第一进油孔155的位置设有第二进油孔1411,基体141中设第二进油孔1411的面紧压雾化仓153的内壁(即压紧封堵件150),吸油件143适于吸取从第二进油孔1411流出的烟油并防止烟油漏出;在外力作用下,基体141能相对封堵件150按预定轨迹上下运动或转动,以使第二进油孔1411与第一进油孔155相通或错开。具体地,第一进油孔155和第二进油孔1411的设置高度相适应,第一进油孔155的直径大于第二进油孔1411的直径。此时,使用者可以根据需要调节基体141,控制第一进油孔155和第二进油孔1411的重合位置。当第一进油孔155和第二进油孔1411相通时,储油腔122内的烟油接触吸油件143,烟油流出量最大;当第一进油孔155和第二进油孔1411部分错开时,烟油流出量减小;当第一进油孔155和第二进油孔1411完全错开时,储油腔122内的烟油不能进入雾化仓153。
如图3、图4所示,雾化组件140还包括陶瓷柱145,陶瓷柱145过盈配合于基体141内,陶瓷柱145上对应第二进油孔1411的位置设有第三进油孔1451。如图5、图6所示,吸油件143中至少一端伸入第三进油孔1451,并堵塞第三进油孔1451,以吸取从第二进油孔1411流出的烟油并防止烟油漏出。
如图6所示,本实施例中,吸嘴110设置为扁平状,陶瓷柱145与基体141的中心线基本平行或重合,吸油件143与陶瓷柱145的中心线基本为垂直设置。如图4所示,吸嘴110 延伸在储油管120上相对敞口1221的一端,吸嘴110上设有出烟通道111,出烟通道111连通通气管130,储油管120、吸嘴110和通气管130是采用玻璃材料一体成型。陶瓷柱145的外表面还设有密封圈1452,密封圈1452用于密封陶瓷柱145和基体141之间的接触间隙。由于玻璃材料不易被烟油腐蚀,故储油管120、吸嘴110和通气管130一体成型的优点是:烟油不容易变质,节约了单独制造吸嘴110和密封件的制造和组装成本,同时杜绝了从吸嘴110和储油管120连接处漏油的风险。
由于基体141能在外力作用下,相对封堵件150按预定轨迹转动,以使第二进油孔1411与第一进油孔155相通或错开,所以通过控制第二进油孔1411与第一进油孔155相通或错开,可以调节出油量,并且在电子烟不使用时,可关闭储油腔122和雾化仓153之间的油路,降低了烟油泄漏风险。又由于封堵件150采用柔性材料制成,基体141中设第二进油孔1411的面抵接或紧压雾化仓153内壁,所以通过柔性件的抵接形变,使基体141与封堵件150的接触间隙实现更好地闭合,提高防漏油效果。
具体实施例二
如图7、图8所示,本发明提供的电子烟用雾化器200是在具体实施例一中描述的雾化器100方案的基础上,进一步在封堵件150的外侧套设调节固定座260,以及在注油孔121处设置阻油塞270,阻油塞270适于堵塞注油孔121。
如图9、图10、图11所示,固定座260上设有电极266,固定座260采用导电金属材料制成,固定座260与电极266之间通过绝缘体267进行绝缘固定连接,两导电引脚1441分别电连接固定座260和电极266。固定座260包括头部261、腰部262和尾部263,头部261套接大径结构151的外侧面形成紧密连接;腰部262设有限位孔265和调节开关290,调节开关290中有一部分位于限位孔265内,调节开关290能按限位孔265的指定路径带着基体141相对封堵件150转动(或设定为上下运动);尾部263用于连接外部供电电源400(参考图14所示)。电极266沿中轴线设有进气通道2661,进气通道2661与气道142连通,固定座260的尾部263设有进气孔264,外部空气从进气孔264进入进气通道2661再进入气道 142、再依次经过导气孔154、通气管130内部空间、出烟通道111后流出。
如图10、图11所示,本实施例中,调节开关290呈一细长的螺钉结构,调节开关290的头部291穿限位孔265后露于固定座260外,调节开关290的尾部292穿过限位孔265后固定连接基体141。本实施例中,调节开关290与基体141是通过螺纹的方案进行连接,限位孔265为周向限位孔。当调节开关290滑动至限位孔265的右端时,第一进油孔155和第二进油孔1411相通;当调节开关290滑动至限位孔265的左端时,第一进油孔155和第二进油孔1411错开。在其它实施例中,调节开关290的位置也可设置在其它部位,或者设置成其它能够带动基体141转动的结构。
如图10所示,本实施例中还设置了轴承201,轴承201选用滚动轴承。轴承210的外圈2011固定连接固定座260,内圈2012固定连接基体141,基体141不与固定座260接触。轴承201的设置在限定基体141和固定座260之间位置的同时,减小了基体141和固定座260的摩擦力,使用户用较小的力就可以带着基体141相对封堵件150转动。
如图9所示,本实施例中还设置了套环280,套环280套设固定在储油管120中敞口端1221的外侧面,套环280和固定座260的头部通过螺纹连接。套环280用于保护储油管120的敞口端1221,并使储油管120与固定座260保持固定。
如图12、图13所示,本实施例中还公开了一端为开口320的保护套300,保护套330的侧壁开设有能够观看储油腔122内烟油情况的窗口310,阻油塞270露出窗口310。保护套300经过开口320套设于储油管120的外侧面,保护套300的顶端对应出烟通道111的位置设有出烟孔330,保护套300的尾端与套环280无缝衔接。保护套300采用柔性材料(如硅胶材料)制成,保护套300包覆储油管120的目的是以防止储油管120破裂。
如图10所示,为达到更的了防漏油效果,本实施例中,封堵件150和基体141在相接触的面上都设有相互卡接的凸环146,在雾化器200为直立状态下(吸嘴110朝上),凸环146位于第一进油孔155的下方(如从图中可看出,凸环146相对第一进油孔155设于更靠近的轴承201一方)。凸环146的设置目的是,通过设置若干凸环146可提高封堵件150和 基体141之间的防漏油效果,同时凸环146的凸起作用减小了封堵件150和基体141的接触面积,从而减小基体141转动时的摩擦力。本实施例中,基体141采用陶瓷材制成。
由于用户通过调节调节开关290,基体141能相对封堵件150按限位孔265设定的轨迹转动,使第二进油孔1411与第一进油孔155相通或错开,所以通过控制第二进油孔1411与第一进油孔155相通或错开,可以调节出油量,并且在电子烟不使用时,可关闭储油腔122和雾化仓153之间的油路,降低了烟油泄漏风险。又由于封堵件150采用柔性材料制成,基体141中设第二进油孔1411的面抵接或紧压雾化仓153内壁,所以通过柔性件的抵接形变,使基体141与封堵件150的接触间隙实现更好地闭合,提高防漏油效果。
具体实施例三
如图14所示,本实施例公开了一种电子烟500,其包括用于形成烟雾的雾化器200和为雾化器200供电的供电电源400。本实施例中,雾化器200和供电电源400通过螺纹进行连接。其中,雾化器200为具体实施例二中所描述的雾化器。供电电源400的结构可采用现有技术,在此不作详述。
上述实施例仅是本发明的优选实施方式,用于帮助理解本发明,而不应理解为对本发明的限制。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,根据本说明书的揭示和教导,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以作若干个变形和改进,如对本发明的结构形式或构造所做出的任何微小改进或等效替代,这些变形和改进也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。此外,尽管本说明书中使用了一些特定的术语,但这些术语只是为了便于解释说明,并不对本发明构成任何限制。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种电子烟用雾化器,包括储油管、通气管和雾化组件,所述通气管设于所述储油管内并一起围成具有敞口的储油腔,所述雾化组件包括基体、气道、吸油件和接触所述吸油件的发热件,所述气道、吸油件和发热件均位于所述基体内,其特征在于:还包括封堵件,所述封堵件适于密封所述敞口,所述封堵件包括用于容置所述雾化组件的雾化仓、用于连通所述通气管和气道的导气孔、以及用于连通所述储油腔和雾化仓的第一进油孔,所述基体上对应所述第一进油孔的位置设有第二进油孔,所述基体中至少设所述第二进油孔的面抵接或紧压所述雾化仓壁,所述吸油件适于吸取从所述第二进油孔流出的烟油并阻止烟油漏出;在外力作用下,所述基体能相对所述封堵件按预定轨迹上下运动或转动,以使所述第二进油孔与所述第一进油孔相通或错开,所述封堵件或/和所述基体采用柔性材料制成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述雾化器,其特征在于:所述封堵件采用柔性材料制成,所述封堵件与所述储油管、通气管和基体的连接均为过盈配合连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述雾化器,其特征在于:所述封堵件和所述基体中至少一个在相接触的面上设有凸环;所述雾化器在直立状态下,所述凸环位于所述第一进油孔的下方;所述储油管的侧面开设有连通所述储油腔的注油孔,所述注油孔可拆卸连接有阻油塞。
  4. 利要求1或2所述雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化组件还包括陶瓷柱,所述陶瓷柱过盈配合于所述基体内,所述陶瓷柱上对应所述第二进油孔的位置设有第三进油孔,所述吸油件中至少一部分伸入所述第三进油孔,并堵塞所述第三进油孔或同时堵塞所述第三进油孔和第二进油孔,以吸取从所述第二进油孔流出的烟油。
  5. 根据权力要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述陶瓷柱与基体的中心线基本平行或重合,所述吸油件与陶瓷柱的中心线基本为垂直;所述陶瓷柱的外表面还设有密封圈,所述密封圈用于密封所述陶瓷柱和基体之间的接触间隙。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述雾化器,其特征在于:所述封堵件具有小径结构和大径结构,所述导气孔设于所述小径结构的顶部,所述第一进油孔设于所述小径结构的侧面,所述小径结构密封连接所述通气管,所述大径结构密封连接所述储油管,所述小径结构的外侧壁与所述储油管的内侧壁间存有过油间隙。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述雾化器,其特征在于:还包括固定座,所述固定座包括头部、腰部和尾部,所述头部套接所述封堵件或储油管的外侧面;所述尾部用于连接外部供电电源;所述腰部设有限位孔和调节开关,所述调节开关中至少一部分位于限位孔内,所述调节开关能在所述限位孔内带着所述基体相对所述封堵件上下运动或转动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述雾化器,其特征在于:所述调节开关的头部穿所述限位孔后露于所述固定座外,所述调节开关的尾部穿过所述限位孔后固定连接所述基体;所述限位孔为周向限位孔。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述雾化器,其特征在于:还包括轴承,所述轴承的外圈固定连接所述固定座,所述轴承的内圈固定连接所述基体。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述雾化器,其特征在于:所述固定座上设有电极,所述发热件电连接所述电极;所述基体不与所述固定座接触。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述雾化器,其特征在于:还包括套环,所述套环固定套设在所述储油管的外侧面,所述套环位于所述敞口端;所述套环和固定座的头部通过可拆卸结构连接。
  12. 根据权利要求1或2所述雾化器,其特征在于:所述储油管上相对所述敞口的一端延伸有吸嘴,所述吸嘴上设有出烟通道,所述出烟通道连通所述通气管,所述储油管、吸嘴和通气管采用玻璃材料一体成型。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述雾化器,其特征在于:还包括一端开口的柔性保护套,所述保护套通过所述开口套设于所述储油管的外表面,所述保护套的顶端对应所述出烟通道的位置设有出烟孔。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述雾化器,其特征在于:所述保护套的侧壁开设有窗口,所述储油管的侧面开设有连通所述储油腔的注油孔,所述注油孔内可拆卸连接有阻油塞,所述阻油塞露于所述窗口;还包括套环,所述套环套设固定在所述储油管的敞口端的外侧面,所述保护套的开口端抵接所述套环。
  15. 一种电子烟,包括雾化器和供电电源,所述供电电源用于给所述雾化器供电,其特征在于:所述雾化器为权利要求1至14中任一项所述的雾化器。
