L'invention concerne un procédé d'auto-examen de cancer du sein utilisant un serveur d'auto-examen de cancer du sein, qui, selon un mode de réalisation de l'invention, comprend les étapes consistant à : recevoir des informations de santé en provenance d'un terminal utilisateur ; transmettre, au terminal utilisateur, des informations de guidage de capture d'image de sein à l'aide d'une réalité augmentée ; recevoir, en provenance du terminal utilisateur, une image de sein capturée selon les informations de guidage transmises ; transmettre un livre d'enregistrement d'auto-examen de sein au terminal utilisateur qui a transmis l'image de sein ; recevoir un enregistrement d'auto-examen de sein enregistré sur le livre d'enregistrement d'auto-examen de sein en provenance du terminal utilisateur qui a reçu le livre d'enregistrement d'auto-examen de sein ; et transmettre, au terminal utilisateur, une opinion d'examen, comprenant une opinion sur le fait de savoir si une consultation avec le personnel médical est requise et une opinion sur le fait de savoir si un examen détaillé est requis, fournies sur la base des informations de santé, de l'image de sein et d'un enregistrement d'auto-examen de cancer du sein qui sont reçus en provenance du terminal utilisateur.
