Description

Laundry detergent composition for desalting and preventing color transfer with improved ability to remove contaminants adhering to the fibers

The present invention relates to a laundry detergent composition for preventing demineralization and color transfer with improved ability to remove contaminants adhering to a fiber bundle.

Contaminants adhering to the fibers, for example, various secretions secreted from the human body, more specifically, for example, sweat, blood, stool/urine, vaginal secretions, menstrual blood, etc. In this case, it is not easy to cleanly remove it by a general washing method using a general laundry detergent.

In addition, when washing is performed to remove fixed contamination using existing detergents with increased washing and bleaching power, even the color of the fabric itself is discolored/discolored, and in the end, in the case of colored fabrics, stains tainted by this washing method There is a problem that cannot be removed.

Although detergents for preventing desalination, which help to maintain the original color of conventional fibers, have been published, most of them are neutral detergent-based detergents and have relatively weak cleaning power.

There is a need for a new laundry detergent composition that has excellent anti-salting properties for fabrics, while improving cleaning power against stubborn stains, so that there is little change in color of fabrics.

Example 2: Evaluation of Washing Effect on Wet Artificial Contamination Fabric AS-10

The cleaning power of each sample was evaluated using the wet artificial stain cloth AS-10. In the case of the test using AS-10, the washing treatment conditions were in accordance with the Korean standard KS M 2709 test method, and each sample was tested at an amount of 2 mL/L. After measuring the reflectance of the stained fabric before and after the washing treatment, the washing power was evaluated using the following formula.

Samples 1 to 8 and samples 9 to 16 correspond to a test set for determining a more suitable pH environment by varying the content of the pH adjusting agent. Samples 1 to 8 correspond to a pH of 8.5, and samples 9 to 16 correspond to a pH of 7.0. As shown in Tables 4 and 5, when the pH was 8.5 compared to the case of 7.0, it was observed that the cleaning power was increased by about 1.2 times. On the other hand, it was found that the detergency value converges close to the maximum value when the protease content is approximately 8% by weight or more. Meanwhile, in order to test the change in cleaning power according to the type of surfactant, samples 17 to 23 were prepared and the cleaning power when a nonionic surfactant was added instead of an anionic surfactant was evaluated. In conclusion, when only a nonionic surfactant, not an anionic surfactant, is used, a significant increase in cleaning power is observed. In addition, samples 24-27 were prepared by further adding an amphoteric surfactant, and detergency was evaluated. When the amphoteric surfactant was added, a phenomenon in which the cleaning power against the adhered contamination was rather decreased compared to the case where only the nonionic surfactant was included.

As described above, samples 1 to 8 and samples 9 to 16 correspond to a test set for determining a more suitable pH environment by varying the content of the pH adjusting agent. Samples 1 to 8 correspond to a pH of 8.5, and samples 9 to 16 correspond to a pH of 7.0. As seen in Tables 7 and 8, when the pH is 8.5 compared to the case of 7.0, it can be observed that the cleaning power is increased by about 1.2 times, which is consistent with the results of the experiment using the AS-10 contaminated cloth. When the protease content is about 8% by weight or more, it was also found that the detergency value converges close to the maximum value, similar to the previous experimental results. In the test of the change in cleaning power according to the type of surfactant using Samples 17 to 23 and Samples 24 to 27, when only a nonionic surfactant was used, not an anionic surfactant or an amphoteric surfactant, a significant increase in the cleaning power was observed. Observed results were derived.

Example 4: Evaluation of the efficacy of detergents for preventing desalting and color transfer

(P<0.05).With reference to Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1989597, the desalting and color transfer efficacy was measured. I prepared the same size jeans of the same brand commercially available and a white cotton T-shirt of the same brand sold in the market, and put one pair of jeans and one white cotton T-shirt for each trial set together in a general household washing machine (manufactured by LG). , samples 6, 14, and 20 were tested. As a control sample, the composition of Example 2 showing the best efficacy among the examples of Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1989597 (PVP 0.6 wt%, disodium laureth sulfosuccinate 5.0 wt%, sodium cocoyl apple amino acid 5.0 % by weight, potassium cocoyl glutamate 1.0% by weight, lauramidopropyl betaine 5.0% by weight, citric acid 0.5% by weight, disodium EDTA 0.2% by weight, sodium benzoate 0.5% by weight, fragrance 0.02% by weight, the remainder purified water of samples were used. Each sample was put in 20 ml, washed with lukewarm water (about 40 degrees) for 50 minutes, and dehydrated for 10 minutes. After drying for 1 hour and 30 minutes using a household electric dryer (manufactured by LG), take a picture of a white cotton T-shirt that has been washed and dried using the color reference (SpyderCHECKR ⓡ 24) for calibration in the same indoor lighting environment was performed. The obtained image is calibrated, the L, a, and b values of the cotton T-shirt are measured, and the color difference (ΔE * ab value) is obtained by substituting the L, a, and b values of the cotton T-shirt image before washing into the following formula 1 did. The average value was calculated by performing the same test three times per sample (P<0.05).

Usually, when the color difference value is 2 or less, it can be considered that the color difference is in a range difficult to recognize with the naked eye, a value of 2 to 3 is barely recognizable with the naked eye, and 3 to 8 is a range in which a difference can be recognized to some extent. The degree of presence, a value of 8 or more can be regarded as a degree that can be clearly recognized. It was confirmed that the laundry detergent compositions of the present invention prevent color transfer between clothes to the same extent as laundry detergents prepared for desalting and color transfer prevention purposes, despite the detergents having strong cleaning power with excellent removal of fixed stains.
