The present invention relates to a foldable mask and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a foldable mask with improved structural rigidity by a foldable structure and visually confirming whether to use it, and a method for manufacturing the same.

In general, as a face mask for respiratory protection, there are a molded cup shape and a flat folding shape. The flat folding form may be divided into a horizontal stacking type and a vertical stacking type again according to the direction in which multiple surfaces are folded.

However, the conventional molded cup-shaped mask seems to be able to accurately build an internal air chamber sealed from the outside by a rigid structure, but it is difficult to accommodate them all because the facial contours of each person are different. In addition, since the width of the outer periphery of the cup is limited, it is located between the temporomandibular joint and the temple, so that it is difficult to maintain a closed structure for facial muscle movements such as speaking.

In addition, the shape of the mask is changed by the user's breathing, and as the mask is in close contact with the skin due to the deformation of the mask, breathing may be difficult. Also, makeup may be applied to the inner surface of the mask, or makeup on the face may be removed by the mask.

The temporary junction 150 is formed along the lower junction line 125 . The temporary joint 150 may be formed by ultrasonic welding. Since the temporary joint 150 temporarily joins the upper side folded part 130 and the lower foldable cover part 120 , the user can visually confirm whether the foldable mask 100 is used by looking at the temporary joint 150 . In addition, when the user pulls the lower foldable cover part 120, the temporary joint 150 is torn, and the foldable mask 100 can be used after unfolding the lower foldable cover part 120 and the upper foldable cover part 110. .

The upper side foldable part 130 has an upper side part 131 connected to the upper foldable cover part 110 and an upper edge part 133 joined to the upper side part 131 while being superimposed on the upper side part 131 . ) is included. The upper edge portion of the upper side folding part 130 is formed to be rounded. The lower peripheral portion of the upper edge portion 133 is formed in the shape of an arc convex upward to face the lower joining line 125 of the lower foldable cover portion 120 . The lower peripheral portion of the upper edge portion 133 is joined to the upper side folding portion 130 by ultrasonic welding.

The upper peripheral portion of the upper side portion 131 and the upper edge portion 133 is joined by the upper outer line (135). The upper outer line 135 is formed by ultrasonic welding. Therefore, when the foldable mask 100 is unfolded, the upper side part 131 and the upper edge part 133 are not unfolded, whereas the upper foldable cover part 110 and the lower foldable cover part 120 are unfolded, and the lower part The side portion 140 is formed in one layer. Therefore, when the foldable mask 100 is unfolded, the upper side foldable part 130 has about twice the thickness of the upper foldable cover part 110 , the lower foldable cover part 120 , and the lower side part 140 . have Accordingly, the rigidity of the upper periphery of the foldable mask 100 is remarkably improved, and the shape of the upper side foldable part 130 in close contact with the nose can be maintained as it is. In addition, it is possible to prevent the upper side folds 130 from floating off the nose.

The upper foldable cover part 110 includes an upper cover part 113 connected to the upper side foldable part 130 , and a first intermediate cover part 111 that is folded to the upper cover part 113 . The upper periphery of the upper cover part 113 and the first intermediate cover part 111 is formed in an upwardly convex arch shape.

The upper cover part 113 and the outer periphery of the first intermediate cover part 111 are joined by an upper joining line 115 . The upper junction line 115 is formed in an arch shape convex upward. The upper joining line 115 is formed by ultrasonic welding. Since the upper cover part 113 and the outer periphery of the first intermediate cover part 111 are joined by the upper joining line 115 in a double overlapping state, the upper joining line 115 is formed when the foldable mask 100 is unfolded. convexly arched. Accordingly, as the structural rigidity of the upper foldable cover part 110 is remarkably improved, it is possible to suppress the deformation of the upper foldable cover part 110 by the user's breathing.

The lower foldable cover part 120 includes a second intermediate cover part 121 connected to the upper foldable cover part 110 and a lower cover part 123 overlapping the second intermediate cover part 121 . The upper peripheral portions of the second intermediate cover portion 121 and the lower cover portion 123 are formed in an upwardly convex arch shape. When the foldable mask 100 is unfolded, the position of the second intermediate cover part 121 and the lower cover part 123 is changed in a downwardly convex arch shape.

The second intermediate cover portion 121 and the outer peripheral portion of the lower cover portion 123 are joined by a lower joining line (125). The lower junction line 125 is formed in an arch shape convex upward. The lower bonding line 125 is formed by ultrasonic welding. Since the second intermediate cover part 121 and the outer periphery of the lower cover part 123 are joined by the lower joining line 125 in a double overlapping state, the lower joining line 125 is formed when the foldable mask 100 is unfolded. convexly arched. Accordingly, as the structural rigidity of the lower foldable cover part 120 is remarkably improved, it is possible to suppress the deformation of the lower foldable cover part 120 by the user's breathing.

The outer periphery of the lower side portion 140 is joined by the lower outer line 145 . The lower edge portion of the lower side portion 140 is formed to be rounded. The lower outer line 145 is formed by ultrasonic welding. The lower side portion 140 is in close contact with the lower portion of the chin when the user wears the foldable mask 100 . Accordingly, it is possible to prevent foreign substances or viruses from entering the inside of the foldable mask 100 through the lower side portion 140 .

6 to 13 , the filter sheet unit 10 is manufactured by overlapping two or more filter sheets. An intermediate line L1 is formed in the center of the filter sheet portion 10, and an upper line L2 and a lower line L3 are formed on both sides of the intermediate line L1 to be spaced apart by a predetermined distance, respectively. On the outside of the upper line (L2), an upper side line (L4) is formed to be spaced apart from the upper line (L2) by a certain distance, and a lower side line (L3) is spaced apart from the lower line (L3) by a certain distance on the outside of the lower line (L3) L5) is formed. The middle line L1, the upper line L2, the lower line L3, the upper side line L4, and the lower side line L5 may be formed at the same or substantially equal intervals.

A space between the middle line L1 and the upper line L2 is referred to as a first intermediate cover area 11 , and a space between the middle line L1 and the lower line L3 is referred to as a second intermediate cover area 12 . A space between the upper line L2 and the upper side line L4 is referred to as an upper cover region 13 , and an outer side of the upper side line L4 is referred to as an upper side region 14 . A space between the lower line L3 and the lower side line L5 is referred to as a lower cover region 15 , and an outer side of the lower side line L5 is referred to as a lower side region 16 .

The nose clip part 132 is inserted on the upper side of the first intermediate cover area 11 or the lower side of the upper cover area 13 . The nose clip part 132 is disposed parallel to the upper line (L2).

The first intermediate cover area 11 and the upper cover area 13 are overlapped, and the second intermediate cover area 12 and the lower cover area 15 are overlapped. At this time, the first intermediate cover area 11 and the upper cover area 13 are overlapped with the upper line L2 as the center, and the second intermediate cover area 12 and the lower cover area 15 are formed by the lower line L3. overlap in the center. In addition, the upper side region 14 and the lower side region 16 are vertically bent with respect to the first intermediate cover region 11 and the second intermediate cover region 12 . In addition, the middle line L1, the upper side line L4, and the lower side line L5 are almost identical.

The upper junction line 115 is bonded to the first intermediate cover region 11 and the upper cover region 13 , and the lower junction line 125 is bonded to the second intermediate cover region 12 and the lower cover region 15 . do. The upper junction line 115 and the lower junction line 125 are formed in a band shape having a constant width. The upper junction line 115 is joined in the shape of an arc convex upward, and the lower junction line 125 is joined in the shape of an arc convex downward. The upper junction line 115 and the lower junction line 125 may be formed simultaneously or formed one by one. The upper junction line 115 and the lower junction line 125 may be formed by ultrasonic welding.

The upper junction line 115 and the lower junction line 125 are cut to form the upper foldable cover part 110 and the lower foldable cover part 120 . At this time, one side of the upper edge part 133 is cut while attached to one side of the upper foldable cover part 110 , and the lower edge part (not shown) is completely cut in the lower foldable cover part 120 and then discharged. .

In addition, the upper junction line 115 and the lower junction line 125 cut the central portion in the width direction, respectively. At this time, the outer periphery of the upper foldable cover part 110 maintains the joined state, and the outer periphery of the lower foldable cover part 120 also maintains the joined state.

At this time, the upper cover part 113 and the outer periphery of the first intermediate cover part 111 are joined by the upper joining line 115 in a state where they are double overlapped, and the second intermediate cover part 121 and the lower cover part ( Since the outer periphery of 123 is joined by the lower junction line 125 in a double overlapping state, the upper junction line 115 and the lower junction line 125 form a convex arch shape when the foldable mask 100 is unfolded. . Therefore, as the structural rigidity of the upper foldable cover part 110 and the lower foldable cover part 120 is remarkably improved, it is suppressed that the upper foldable cover part 110 and the lower foldable cover part 120 are deformed by the user's breathing. can do.

The upper foldable cover part 110 and the lower foldable cover part 120 overlap the upper side area 14 , and the upper edge part 133 cut in the upper foldable cover part 110 overlaps the upper side area 14 . . At this time, the upper foldable cover part 110 is overlapped with the upper side region 14 with the upper side line L4 as the center, and the lower foldable cover part 120 with the upper foldable cover part 110 with the middle line L1 as the center. ) and overlaps the upper edge portion 133 on the upper side region 14 . The upper side region 14, the lower foldable cover part 120, and the lower foldable cover part 120 are sequentially overlapped.

The upper foldable cover part 110 includes an upper cover part 113 connected to the upper side foldable part 130 , and a first intermediate cover part 111 that is folded to the upper cover part 113 . The lower foldable cover unit 120 includes a second intermediate cover unit 121 connected to the first intermediate cover unit 111 of the upper foldable cover unit 110 , and a lower cover overlapping the second intermediate cover unit 121 . part 123 .

The upper outer line 135 is bonded to the upper edge portion 133 and the upper side region 14 , and the lower outer line 145 is bonded to the lower side region 16 . The upper outer line 135 and the lower outer line 145 are formed so that both sides are rounded. The upper outer line 135 and the lower outer line 145 are formed by ultrasonic welding.

In addition, the lower foldable cover part 120 and the upper edge part 133 are temporarily joined. At this time, a plurality of temporary joints 150 are formed in the buttted portions of the lower foldable cover part 120 and the upper edge part 133 . The temporary joint 150 may be formed by ultrasonic welding. In the process of joining the upper outer line 135 and the lower outer line 145 , a plurality of temporary joint portions 150 may be formed simultaneously or sequentially. Accordingly, since it is not necessary to add a separate bonding process to form the temporary bonding portion 150 , it is possible to prevent an increase in the number of steps and to prevent an increase in the manufacturing cost of the foldable mask 100 .

Since the temporary joining part 150 temporarily joins the upper edge part 133 and the lower folding cover part, the user can visually check whether the foldable mask 100 is used by looking at the temporary joint part 150 . In addition, when the user pulls the lower foldable cover part 120, the temporary joint 150 is torn, and the foldable mask 100 can be used after unfolding the lower foldable cover part 120 and the upper foldable cover part 110. .

The upper outer line 135 and the lower outer line 145 are cut to form the upper side folding part 130 and the lower side part 140 . The cover part cuts the widthwise center of the upper outer line 135 and the lower outer line 145 . At this time, the upper outer line 135 and the lower outer line 145 may be cut simultaneously or sequentially. Even if the upper outer line 135 and the lower outer line 145 are cut, the outer periphery of the upper side folding part 130 and the lower side part 140 maintains the joined state as it is.

Earrings 160 are respectively connected to both sides of the upper side folding part 130 and the lower side part 140 . Both sides of the earring part 160 are fixed to both sides of the upper side folding part 130 and the lower side part 140 by ultrasonic welding.

The foldable mask 100 has an upper side foldable part 130 , an upper foldable cover part 110 , and a lower foldable cover part 120 overlapped in three layers, and the lower side part 140 is a lower foldable cover part 120 . It is produced in a state of being unfolded downwards. When the upper foldable cover part 110 and the lower foldable cover part 120 are pulled, the temporary joint part 150 is torn, and the foldable mask 100 has a three-dimensional structure that is spread roundly in an arch shape. At this time, as the upper foldable cover part 110 and the lower foldable cover part 120 are unfolded, a zigzag inclined structure is formed in the vertical direction. Accordingly, structural rigidity is improved by the plurality of pleats and the plurality of inclined portions. Furthermore, it is possible to suppress the foldable mask 100 from coming into contact with or sticking to the skin by the user's inhalation breathing, and it is possible to prevent makeup from being removed from the face or from applying makeup to the inner surface of the mask.

In addition, since the provisional bonding part 150 temporarily joins the upper side folding part 130 and the lower folding cover part, the user can visually confirm whether the foldable mask 100 is used by looking at the temporary bonding part 150 . In addition, when the user pulls the lower foldable cover part 120, the temporary joint 150 is torn, and the foldable mask 100 can be used after unfolding the lower foldable cover part 120 and the upper foldable cover part 110. .
