例えば乳幼児の昼寝中などであっても、目を離すことは難しい。このため保育士等の業務負担、或いは父母の育児負担は極めて大きなものとなっている。
この場合、乳幼児が正常な状態であるにもかかわらず、保育士が駆けつけて様子を確認しなければならないということになる。特に、昼寝中の乳幼児の寝返りや、遊戯中の活動などにより体動センサーの装着ずれ等は多く、これによってアラートが頻発し、かえって業務負担が増大してしまうといった問題も生じている。
これにより、カバー部が本体部に係止された状態において、屈曲したアジャスター部により、係止方向のカバー部の位置決めに若干の余裕が生じる。
従って、カバー部が本体部に係止された状態において、本体部の一部が外部に表出した状態となる。
本体部からカバー部を外すときに、表出した突出部を押しながらカバー部を剥がすように本体部から持ち上げることで、容易に非係止状態とすることができる。
これにより、カバー部を本体部に係止することで装着者の衣服の布地に留め具を装着した状態において、装着者の身体に体動センサーが接触する。
これにより、留め具の装着状態を光学式センサーにより判定することができる。

本実施の形態における留め具1の概要について、図1から図3を参照して説明する。

乳幼児Hmの衣服に留め具1を装着することで、本体部2に収容された体動センサー5により乳幼児Hmの身体状況をセンシングすることができる。
続いて留め具1の構造について、図4から図14を参照して説明する。
図4から図8は、本体部2からの係止を解いてカバー部4を開いた状態(以下、非係止状態とも表記する。)の留め具1の平面図(図4)、底面図(図5)、正面図(図6)、背面図(図7)、右側面図(図8)をそれぞれ示している。なお、左側面図については、右側面図と略同様の構成であるため図示を省略する。
ケース蓋21は下方に開口する略楕円柱状に形成されている。ケース蓋21の上面23には円柱状突起24が形成されている。円柱状突起24は、係止状態において後述するカバー部4に形成される円形孔45に挿通される。
体動センサー5は、1又は複数の検出部を有する。体動センサー5は、検出部として、例えば光学式センサー、3軸加速度センサー、温度センサー等のセンサーを搭載しており、裏面がセンシング面とされる。このセンシング面は、収容ケース22の底面孔26に配置されることで本体部2の外部に表出する。
アジャスター部3は弾性屈曲可能とされ、図5及び図8に示すように、収容ケース22の前端部27から前後方向に延伸する平板状に形成され、アジャスター部3の先端部31がカバー部4の後端部44に連結されている。
平面部41は、図9に示す本体部2の上面23の一部、例えば半分以下を覆うように略半楕円状に形成されている。平面部41には円形孔45が形成されている。係止状態において、円形孔45には本体部2の円柱状突起24が挿通される。
係止部43は、側面部42の下端縁部47から径方向の内側に向かって突出して形成されている。
このとき、アジャスター部3の撓み反力により、本体部2に対してカバー部4の係止部43が加圧されることで、カバー部4が本体部2に係止される。
即ち、カバー部4は、本体部2に被せられた状態で本体部2によって係止されるが、ネック状となったアジャスター部3により、係止方向のカバー部4の位置決めに若干の自由度が持たされている。
これにより、挟み込む衣服の布地50の厚みが異なっても、挟み込んだ状態で適度に係止力が得られるようにされている。
図15は、衣服の布地50を本体部2とカバー部4で挟み込んだ状態の図9のA-A断面図である。
このような係止状態においては、図15に示すように、衣服の布地50が本体部2とカバー部4で挟み込まれることで、布地50に対して本体部2が装着される。
以上の本実施の形態における留め具1は、本体部2と、当該本体部2から延伸する弾性屈曲が可能なアジャスター部3と、本体部2とアジャスター部3を介して連結されているカバー部4と、を備えている(図1及び図2等参照)。
そしてカバー部4は、アジャスター部3の弾性屈曲により、本体部2から乖離する状態と、本体部2を覆う状態で本体部2に係止される状態と、をとることができるように構成されている(図4及び図9等参照)。
ここで、カバー部4が本体部2に係止された状態(係止状態)において、本体部2の側面29と、その側面29に対向するアジャスター部3の対向面32が乖離する状態となる(図13等参照)。
従って、本体部2とカバー部4で挟み込む衣服の布地50の厚みが異なっていても、挟み込んだ状態で適度に係止力を得ることができるため、留め具1の装着ずれを発生させにくくできる。
従って、係止状態においても本体部2の半分以下が外部に表出した状態となる。これにより、本体部2に取り付けられた体動センサー5の放熱の効率を向上させることができる。
また本体部2の全部ではなく一部を覆うようにカバー部4を成形することで、留め具1の製造コストの削減が図られる。
これにより、カバー部4を本体部2に係止することで乳幼児Hmの衣服の布地50に留め具1を装着した状態において、乳幼児Hmの身体に体動センサーが接触する。従って、留め具1により乳幼児Hmの衣服に容易に体動センサー5を装着することができるとともに、保育士やベビーシッター、父母などのユーザは、容易に乳幼児Hmの身体状況をモニタリングすることができる。
これにより、留め具1の装着状態を光学式センサーにより判定することができる。
