Abstract
L'invention concerne un bras robotique chirurgical (100) comprenant un ensemble de positionnement préopératoire (10), un ensemble d'exécution (30) et un ensemble de commande distal (20) ; l'ensemble d'exécution (30) comprend une tige d'exécution (31) et un instrument chirurgical (32) qui est disposé à une extrémité de la tige d'exécution (31) éloignée de l'ensemble de commande distal (20) ; un élément d'entraînement rotatif (41) et un capteur (42) sont disposés sur l'ensemble de commande distal (20) ; l'élément d'entraînement rotatif (41) est relié à une extrémité de la tige d'exécution (31) à proximité de l'ensemble de commande distal (20) et peut entraîner la tige d'exécution (31) et l'instrument chirurgical (32) afin qu'ils tournent de manière synchrone le long de la direction axiale de la tige d'exécution (31) ; et le capteur (42) est relié à la tige d'exécution (31) et est utilisé pour détecter la force environnementale et/ou le couple environnemental à laquelle et/ou auquel l'instrument chirurgical (32) est soumis. Dans le bras robotique chirurgical (100), étant donné que la tige d'exécution (31) et l'instrument chirurgical (32) sont conçus pour tourner de manière synchrone, un câble de connexion situé à l'intérieur de la tige d'exécution (31) peut ainsi se déplacer dans son ensemble, ce qui empêche l'inconvénient des structures classiques dans lesquelles l'enroulement d'un câble de connexion conduit à l'impossibilité d'obtenir un capteur mécanique fiable, ce qui permet à la force environnementale et/ou au couple environnemental à laquelle et/ou auquel l'instrument chirurgical (32) est soumis d'être mesuré(e) précisément par le capteur (42).
