本发明导油棉与超声波雾化片的雾化表面接触或贴合,且与油仓连通的出油口抵接在与超声波雾化片接触的导油棉上,在超声波雾化片与出油口的相互作用力下,不仅促使导油棉与超声波雾化片贴合更好,而且由于出油口的口径小于导油道的口径,使导油棉的储油量或导油量与超声波雾化片的雾化效率保持平衡,从而在吸烟时烟油供应及时,不会出现干烧,烟油雾化充分,有效防止用户吸食到烟油,不吸烟时,由于借助烟油的粘稠,使出油口被导油棉及烟油堵住,从而阻止烟油持续被导油棉传导,防止雾化腔被烟油浸泡而出现漏油现象。
另外,由于出油口直接与超声波雾化片抵接,在超声波雾化片工作时,出油口位置的高频振荡(超声波雾化片工作时处于高频振荡)使油仓内的烟油快速流至导油棉上供给超声波雾化片雾化,减少了导油棉传导烟油的时间,有效防止了高雾化效率时,烟油供给不足的现象。
进一步地,为控制导油棉吸收的烟油量,防止导油棉上烟油过多,超声波雾化片雾化不 充分而使用户吸食到烟油滴,所述出油口的口径设置为所述导油道的口径的1/3-1/6。
进一步地,为保证导油棉的储油量或导油量与超声波雾化片的雾化效率保持平衡,防止用户吸食到烟油,所述导油棉横跨在所述超声波雾化片的水平方向中心线,且所述导油棉与所述超声波雾化片的接触面积是超声波雾化片面积的1/2-1/5,优选为1/3-1/4。
上述方案的一具体实施为,所述电子烟雾化器包括外壳、雾化套、导油支架、雾化芯,所述雾化套套设在所述外壳内,且所述雾化套包括上段和下段,上段相对下段内凹,使上段的外壁与所述外壳之间形成所述油仓,下段的顶面形成所述油仓的底面,且所述油仓的底面设置通道,下段的背面设置与所述通道相连通的固定槽;所述导油支架设置在所述雾化套的下面,且导油支架的上部设置与所述固定槽相匹配的支骨,所述支骨的正面设有导油槽,所述支骨插入所述固定槽及所述通道内,使所述导油槽与所述固定槽相贴合形成所述导油道;所述雾化芯包括安装所述超声波雾化片的雾化座,所述雾化座安装在所述雾化套的背面。
进一步地,为防止导油棉歪斜而导致出油口漏油现象,所述导油支架的背面设置第二凸台,第二凸台内设置所述出油口,第二凸台的外侧设置导油棉穿槽,所述导油棉的两端设置在所述导油棉穿槽内,且所述导油棉的中部被所述第二凸台抵顶在所述超声波雾化片上。
进一步地,所述支骨的背面顶部设置第一凸台,且第一凸台与所述雾化套形成卡合,使导油支架与雾化套连接更加紧密,有效防止漏油。
进一步地,所述雾化器还包括底座,底座的顶部具有两个插入部,所述雾化套的下段两侧设置夹持骨,所述雾化套与所述导油支架结合后在所述夹持骨与所述支骨之间形成嵌槽,所述底座的插入部插入所述嵌槽内形成连接。
进一步地,所述底座中部设置进气口,所述雾化套的下段背面设置通气槽,所述导油支架的中部正对所述通气槽处镂空,使所述超声波雾化片、所述导油支架与所述通气槽围成雾化腔,所述雾化套的上段设置气管,所述外壳的顶面设置吸嘴,所述进气口、雾化腔、气管、吸嘴相连通形成气流通道。
进一步地,所述超声波雾化片的雾化面电极与第一电极连接,超声波雾化片的非雾化面电极与第二电极连接,其中:
所述第一电极的与超声波雾化片接触端设置为环状端部,环状端部上设置有一个第一缺口,所述第一缺口将所述环状端部分为两段,且两段上分别设置有第三凸台,使所述第一电极通过第三凸台与所述超声波雾化片的雾化面电极弹性抵接;
所述第二电极的与超声波雾化片接触端设有两条第二缺口,两条第二缺口之间设置舌片,所述舌片包括不在同一平面上的直段和翘起段,且直段和翘起段通过弯曲部相连,所述第二电极经所述翘起段与所述超声波雾化片的非雾化面电极弹性抵接。
本发明将与超声波雾化片的雾化面电极抵接的第一电极端部设置为环状端部,且环状端部上设置一第一缺口,使环状端部分为两段,每段上设置第三凸台与超声波雾化片弹性抵接,由于环状端部的两段都可以有弹性形变,因而使第一电极与超声波雾化片接触良好,使其导电性能更好;同样地,在与超声波雾化片的非雾化面电极抵接的第二电极上设置舌片,舌片具有通过弯曲部连接的不在同一平面的直段和翘起段,使翘起段与超声波雾化片的非雾化片电极弹性抵接,导电性能更好。另外,第一电极的环状端部和第二电极的舌片都由片状体弯折而成,因此耐用,不易失效,保证了超声波雾化片的正常工作状态,且制作工艺简单,成本低。
进一步地,所述电子烟雾化芯还包括一雾化座,所述超声波雾化片和所述第二电极卡设在所述雾化座内,使第二电极的舌片与超声波雾化片的连接更为稳定。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体优选的实施例对本发明作进一步描述,但并不因此而限制本发明的保护范围。
为了便于描述,各部件的相对位置关系,如:上、下、左、右等的描述均是根据说明书附图的布图方向来进行描述的,并不对本专利的结构起限定作用。
实施例1:
如图1-图13所示,本发明电子烟雾化器一实施例包括外壳1、雾化套2、导油支架3、雾化芯4及底座5。
外壳1上设置用于吸烟时吮吸的吸嘴11。
雾化套2分为上段21和下段22,上段21的横截面积小于下段22的横截面积,且雾化套2整体套设在外壳1内,使雾化套2的上段外壁与外壳1之间形成油仓6,下段22的顶面成为油仓底面,油仓底面上设置两个通道221。上段21的中部设置纵向贯通的气管211,气管211的顶部与吸嘴11连通。下段22的两侧分别设置外凸的夹持骨222,两夹持骨222之间设置两个固定槽223,两个固定槽223之间设置与气管211连通的通气槽224,两个固定槽223与两个通道221相连通。下段22的背面设置雾化芯安装空间225。
导油支架3设置在雾化套2的下面。导油支架3包括位于下部的基体32和位于上部的两个支骨31,两个支骨31与固定槽223相匹配设置,支骨31的正面(远离超声波雾化片的一面)设有导油槽311,支骨31的背面(靠近超声波雾化片的一面)顶部设置第一凸台312,且两个支骨31经两个固定槽223导向穿过雾化套2的两个通道221,使导油槽311的上端与油仓6连通,支骨31的第一凸台312与雾化套2形成卡合,同时,支骨31沿固定槽223插入到雾化套2内后,固定槽223与导油槽311的面部贴合形成封闭的导油道。
导油支架3的背面对称设置两个第二凸台33,两个第二凸台33上设置出油口331,两个第二凸台33的外侧设置导油棉穿槽34,两个第二凸台33之间正对通气槽224处镂空。
出油口331与导油槽311连通,且出油口331的口径小于导油槽311的口径(出油口331的口径是导油槽311口径的1/3--1/6)。由于出油口331的出油端与导油棉43抵接,将出油口331的口径设置为小于导油槽311的口径,就可控制导油棉43吸收的烟油量,从而防止导 油棉43上烟油过多导致的超声波雾化片42雾化不充分,而使用户吸食到烟油滴的现象。
雾化芯4安装在雾化套2背面的雾化芯安装空间225内,且超声波雾化片42的雾化面朝向通气槽224设置,使通气槽224、超声波雾化片42及导油支架3共同围设形成雾化腔。雾化芯4包括竖直设置的雾化座41,雾化座41内竖直安装超声波雾化片42,超声波雾化片42的雾化面上横跨设置导油棉43,超声波雾化片42的雾化面电极连接第一电极44,非雾化面电极连接第二电极45。
第一电极44的与超声波雾化片接触端设置为环状端部,第一电极44经其环状端部抵持在超声波雾化片42的雾化面的外圈(雾化面电极),且环状端部上设置第一缺口441,该第一缺口441使环状端部分为两段,两段上分别设置有第三凸台442,第一电极44通过第三凸台442与超声波雾化片的雾化面电极弹性抵接,由于第一缺口441的存在,使环状端部的两段都可以有弹性形变,因而第一电极44与超声波雾化片42的雾化面电极接触更好,即第一电极44的导电性能更好。
第二电极45包括极体451,极体451的与超声波雾化片接触端开设有两条第二缺口452,使极体451的与超声波雾化片接触端中部形成舌片453,舌片453包括直段4531和翘起段4532,直段4531和翘起段4532不在同一平面上,直段4531和翘起段4532通过弯曲部4533相连,使得翘起段4532具有弹性,使第二电极45经翘起段4532与超声波雾化片42的非雾化面电极弹性抵接,从而使第二电极45与超声波雾化片42的非雾化面电极接触更好,即第二电极45的导电性能更好。
组装时,先将第二电极45卡在雾化座41内,再依次安装超声波雾化片42、导油棉43、第一电极44,使舌片453的翘起段4532抵接在超声波雾化片42的非雾化面电极上,第一电极44的第三凸台442抵接在超声波雾化片42的雾化面电极上实现导电,且第一电极44的另一端向下延伸并弯折后扣在底座5上用于电接触。
导油棉43的两端插入导油支架3的导油棉穿槽34内形成固定,导油棉43的中部被第二凸台33抵压在超声波雾化片42的雾化面并形成接触或贴合,能防止导油棉43歪斜而使出油口331漏油。出油口331与导油棉43抵接,不仅使导油棉43吸收足量的烟油供给超声波雾化片42超声雾化,而且超声波雾化片42与出油口331之间的相互作用力,促使导油棉43与超声波雾化片42贴合更好。
导油棉43横跨在超声波雾化片42的中心线,导油棉43与超声波雾化片42的接触面积是超声波雾化片面积的1/2--1/5,优选为1/3--1/4,使导油棉43的储油量或导油量与超声波雾化片42的雾化效率保持平衡,防止用户吸食到烟油。
出油口331经导油棉43直接与超声波雾化片42抵接,减少了导油棉43传导烟油的时间, 能防止高雾化效率时,烟油供给不足的现象。
底座5设置在雾化套2、导油支架3及雾化芯4的下面,且底座5的顶部具有两个插入部51,雾化套2与导油支架3结合后在夹持骨222与支骨31之间形成嵌槽7,通过插入部51与嵌槽7的结合实现底座5的连接。第一电极44的底端弯折后扣在底座5上,用于电接触。底座5上还设有与通道35连通的进气口52,这样,进气口52、通道35、气管211及吸嘴11相连通形成气流通道。
本发明使用时,油仓6内注入烟油,且油仓6设置在超声波雾化片42的上面,通过导油槽311、出油口331将烟油传导至与超声波雾化片42的雾化面接触或贴合的导油棉43上,即可被超声波雾化片42超声雾化。外部气流从进气口52进入,经通道35带走超声雾化产生的烟雾,并经气管211及吸嘴11被用户吸食。
以上所述,仅是本申请的较佳实施例,并非对本申请做任何形式的限制,虽然本申请以较佳实施例揭示如上,然而并非用以限制本申请,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本申请技术方案的范围内,利用上述揭示的技术内容做出些许的变动或修饰均等同于等效实施案例,均属于技术方案范围内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种电子烟雾化器,包括油仓(6)和竖直安装的超声波雾化片(42),其特征在于,
    所述油仓位于超声波雾化片的上方,油仓的下面设置与其连通的导油道,导油道内水平设置出油口(331),且所述出油口的口径小于所述导油道的口径;
    所述超声波雾化片上水平横跨安装导油棉(43),所述导油棉与所述超声波雾化片的雾化面接触或贴合,所述出油口抵接所述导油棉。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述出油口的口径是所述导油道的口径的1/3-1/6。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述导油棉横跨在所述超声波雾化片的水平方向中心线,且所述导油棉与所述超声波雾化片的接触面积是超声波雾化片面积的1/2-1/5。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述导油棉与所述超声波雾化片的接触面积是超声波雾化片面积的1/3-1/4。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于还包括外壳(1)、雾化套(2)、导油支架(3)、雾化芯(4),所述雾化套套设在所述外壳内,且所述雾化套包括上段(21)和下段(22),上段相对下段内凹,使上段的外壁与所述外壳之间形成所述油仓,下段的顶面形成所述油仓的底面,且所述油仓的底面设置通道(221),下段的背面设置与所述通道相连通的固定槽(223);所述导油支架设置在所述雾化套的下面,且导油支架的上部设置与所述固定槽相匹配的支骨(31),所述支骨的正面设有导油槽(311),所述支骨插入所述固定槽及所述通道内,使所述导油槽与所述固定槽相贴合形成所述导油道;所述雾化芯包括安装所述超声波雾化片的雾化座(41),所述雾化座安装在所述雾化套的背面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述导油支架的背面设置第二凸台(33),第二凸台内设置所述出油口,第二凸台的外侧设置导油棉穿槽(34),所述导油棉的两端设置在所述导油棉穿槽内,且所述导油棉的中部被所述第二凸台抵顶在所述超声波雾化片上。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述支骨的背面顶部设置第一凸台(312),且第一凸台与所述雾化套形成卡合。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于还包括底座(5),底座的顶部具有两个插入部(51),所述雾化套的下段两侧设置夹持骨(222),所述雾化套与所述导油支架结合后在所述夹持骨与所述支骨之间形成嵌槽(7),所述底座的插入部插入所述嵌槽内形成连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述底座中部设置进气口(52),所述雾化套的下段背面设置通气槽(224),所述导油支架的中部正对所述通气槽处镂空,使所述超声波雾化片、所述导油支架与所述通气槽围成雾化腔,所述雾化套的上段设置气管(211),所述外壳的顶面设置吸嘴(11),所述进气口、雾化腔、气管、吸嘴相连通形成气流通道。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述超声波雾化片的雾化面电极与第一电极(44)连接,超声波雾化片的非雾化面电极与第二电极(45)连接;
    所述第一电极的与超声波雾化片接触端设置为环状端部,环状端部上设置有一个第一缺口(441),所述第一缺口将所述环状端部分为两段,且两段上分别设置有第三凸台(442),使所述第一电极通过第三凸台与所述超声波雾化片的雾化面电极弹性抵接;
    所述第二电极的与超声波雾化片接触端上设有两条第二缺口(452),两条第二缺口之间设置舌片(453),所述舌片包括不在同一平面上的直段(4531)和翘起段(4532),且直段和翘起段通过弯曲部(4533)相连,所述第二电极经所述翘起段与所述超声波雾化片的非雾化面电极弹性抵接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于还包括一雾化座(41),所述超声波雾化片和所述第二电极卡设在所述雾化座内。
