- the side fusion step S4 is performed before the thread rubber cutting step S5.
- the individual front body rotating members 2 and the rear side are used in the side fusion step S4.
- the rubber thread 7 may be connected to the non-woven fabric 6 at the side fusion portion 4 to eliminate the bonding defect. This makes it possible to reduce the joint failure of the rubber thread 7.
- the non-woven fabric 6 and the thread rubber closest to the boundary region in the joint state inspection step S6. Detects a joint defect at the joint with 7.
- the joint between the non-woven fabric 6 closest to the boundary region and the rubber thread 7 is good, even if a joint failure occurs at the joint far from the boundary region, the joint portion closest to the boundary region of the rubber thread 7 It is possible to prevent expansion and contraction. In other words, it is possible to detect the bonded state of the entire length of the thread rubber 7 of each worn article only by detecting the bonded state of the non-woven fabric 6 closest to the boundary region and the thread rubber 7. Therefore, in the above manufacturing method, in the joint state inspection step S6, by detecting a joint defect at the joint portion between the nonwoven fabric 6 closest to the boundary region and the thread rubber 7, the thread rubber is before the continuous body cutting step S7. It is possible to easily and surely detect the joint failure of No. 7.
- an abnormality notification step for notifying the abnormality when the bonding state of the rubber thread 7 is determined to be defective in the bonding state inspection step S6.
- the waist-rotating members 2 for the front side and the rear side are joined by side fusion (side bonding), but the present invention is not limited to this, and fusion is performed.
- Side joining may be performed by joining other than wearing, for example, by bonding.
- the waist-rotating member 2 for the front side and the rear side is formed in a separated form, but the present invention is not limited to this.
- the front and rear body rotation members 2 are connected (that is, the front side and rear side waist rotation members 2 are connected and integrated at the inseam portion). It may be formed. In this case, the front side continuum forming step and the rear side continuum forming step in the manufacturing method of the present invention are performed at the same time.
- the embodiments are summarized below.
- the anterior waistband member arranged on the ventral side of the body, the rear waistline member arranged on the back side of the body, and the inseam portion of the body are arranged. It is a method for manufacturing a pants-type worn article, which is provided with an absorbent body to be provided, and both side portions of the anterior girth member and the rear girdle member are side-joined to each other by a pair of side joints.

- the step of forming the rear side continuous body for forming the continuous body of the side body rotation member, the continuous body of the front side body rotation member, and the continuous body of the rear side body rotation member are superposed on each other, and the individual worn articles In the boundary region serving as a boundary, a side joining step of intermittently joining the front waist member and the rear body member at the side joint, and a continuum of the front body member and the rear side.
- the joint state inspection step of inspecting the joint state of the elastic stretchable member with respect to the pair of sheets, and cutting the continuum of the front body rotation member and the continuum of the rear body rotation member in the boundary region. It is characterized by including a continuum cutting step of obtaining the individual worn articles.
- the continuum of the front body rotation member and the continuum of the rear body rotation member are cut to obtain individual worn articles, that is, they are elastic by being separated into individual worn articles.
- the elastic stretchable member In the state where the elastic stretchable member is stretched before the stretchable member is contracted, in the boundary region which is the boundary of each worn article, the continuum of the front waist rotation member and the continuum of the rear waist rotation member, respectively. Cut the elastic stretchable member of.
- the elastic stretchable member is poorly joined, the end portion of the elastic stretchable member moves due to the tension of the elastic stretchable member while the sheet is stretched, so that the elastic stretchable member can be easily joined to the pair of sheets. It is possible to confirm.
- the side joining step is performed before the elastic elastic member cutting step.
- the side joining step by performing the side joining step before the elastic stretching member cutting step, even if a joining failure occurs between the elastic stretching member and the pair of sheets during the continuum forming step, the side joining step In the case where the elastic elastic member is connected to the sheet at the side joint when the individual front body rotation member and the rear body rotation member are joined at the side joint portion, the joining defect may be eliminated. Thereby, it is possible to reduce the joint failure of the elastic elastic member.
- the joint portion closest to the boundary region prevents the elastic stretchable member from expanding and contracting. It is possible to do. In other words, it is possible to detect the joint state of the total length of the elastic elastic member of each worn article only by detecting the joint state between the sheet closest to the boundary region and the elastic elastic member. Therefore, in the above manufacturing method, in the inspection step, by detecting the joint failure at the joint portion between the sheet closest to the boundary region and the elastic stretchable member, the joint failure of the elastic stretchable member is detected before the continuum cutting step. It can be detected easily and reliably.
