1 Пользователь на Терминале спрашивает свободное место парковки. 1 The user at the Terminal asks for a free parking space.
2. Информация о наличии свободных мест на парковке, обозначенных индивидуальным номером передается из сервера на Терминал парковочной системы. 2. Information on the availability of free parking spaces, marked the individual number is transmitted from the server to the parking system terminal.

Таким образом, в изобретении достигается повышение эффективности работы системы мониторинга, контроля и администрирования платной парковки и парковки для инвалидов, устранение зависимости от человеческого фактора при уплате за пользование парковкой и при пользованием местами парковки для инвалидов, снижения стоимости эксплуатации и технического обслуживания системы, а также гарантированого обеспечение процесса контроля и учета полученных средств за парковку.
