The invention relates to placing at least one folded handkerchief (1.3) over the cone package lid (1.2) to prevent dirtiness caused by melting or soiling of ice cream during the consumers' consumption of ice cream with cornet cone package (1).

Description

CORNET CONE PACKAGE WITH HANDKERCHIEF
Technical Field
The invention relates to cornet cone packages containing ice cream.
The invention relates particularly to placing a folded handkerchief over the cone package lid to prevent dirtiness caused by melting or soiling of ice cream during the consumers' consumption of ice cream with cornet cone package.
State of art
Today, cornet cone packages are used to present ice creams to consumers. The cornet cone packages already include cone shaped cornet package and circular package lid placed on this package. After the consumer selects the ice cream that he wants and buys that ice cream with its cornet cone package, he tears open the package on it and removes the package lid to reach ice cream. While opening the package and removing the package lid, the ice cream, chocolate sauce, etc. contacts the consumer's hand and the consumer's hands become dirty. Therefore, the consumer should be very careful while opening the ice cream. However, the contact of ice cream, chocolate, etc. with his hands is inevitable. If the consumer has not wet wipe, etc., it is very difficult for him to remove this dirt.
In the current situation, there is no handkerchief application placed on lid of cornet cone package. In the patent searching, a similar patent was not found. Nevertheless, some patents prepared in the same technical area are referred to below.
EP2266894B1 publication numbered European Patent relates to package for cornet ice cream. An unprocessed piece was provided to make a cone package suitable for packaging the cornet ice cream products; the unprocessed piece has an upper edge being at least partially curved, two side edges and at least one circumferential weakness line positioned generally at 1 mm to 30 mm from the upper edge of the unprocessed piece and in parallel with it; wherein it has numerous non- circumferential weakness lines between at least one circumferential weakness line and upper edge. Also a cone package composed of unprocessed piece and a packaged product containing cone package, a lid and frozen confectionery were provided.
Another patent application numbered TR2017/00278 belonging to the applicant firm relates to windowed cornet package provided with cornet package in which the ice cream prepared from all kinds of dried and fresh fruit according to consumer preference is placed; wherein it contains window placed on said cornet package and transparent barrier connected with said window. Another patent application numbered TR2018/13006 belonging to the applicant firm relates to cone shaped easy-to-tear cornet package, which is used in packaging the cornet type ice creams having cone shaped cornets. The characteristic of the invention is that after withdrawing of retaining protrusion formed between upper curve and lower curve formed in an inward form on the outer edge line forming the opening section, the cornet package is easily separated from the ice cream cone with the right and wide area tearing of upper tearing line and lower tearing line in concave form.
Consequently, the presence of problems with the cornet cone packages and the inefficiency of the present solutions made it necessary to make improvements in the related art.
The Objects of the Invention The main object of the invention is to prevent the dirtiness caused by melting or soiling of ice cream during the consumers' consumption of ice cream with cornet cone package by way of placing a folded handkerchief over the cone package lid. Another object of the invention is to provide that as soon as the consumer opens the ice creams, he can wipe his hands and face with the handkerchief placed under the lid without throwing it.
Another object of the invention is that the consumer can use this handkerchief largely by unfolding it and also he can use it with the lid without unfolding, if he wishes.
Another object of the invention is that the handkerchief is placed between two cardboard cover pieces. Thus, it does not contact with the ice cream when the package is closed. When the package is opened and the lid is removed, the handkerchief between two circular cornet lids could be used.
Brief Description of the Figures
Figure 1 is the perspective view when the cornet cone package is closed.
Figure 2a is perspective view while the lid of cornet cone package is removed.
Figure 2b is perspective view of handkerchief/handkerchiefs placed between lower and upper lid pieces in the disassembled state.

1.3. Handkerchief Detailed Description of the Invention
The invention relates to placing at least one folded handkerchief (1.3) over the cone package lid (1.2) to prevent dirtiness caused by melting or soiling of ice cream during the consumers' consumption of ice cream with cornet cone package (1).
In Figure 1, the perspective view is provided when the cornet cone package (1) is closed.
As it is seen from Figure 2a, while removing the cone package lid (1.2) of cornet cone package (1), the consumer's hands become dirty as a result of melting or soiling of the ice cream, chocolate sauce, etc.
As it is seen from Figure 2b, at least one folded handkerchief (1) was placed over the cone package lid (1.2) to prevent dirtiness caused by melting or soiling of ice cream during the consumers' consumption of ice cream with cornet cone package (1). In this way, as soon as the consumer opens the ice creams, he can wipe his hands and face with the handkerchief (1.3) placed under the lid without throwing it. The consumer can use this handkerchief (1.3) largely by unfolding it and also he can use this handkerchief (1.3) with the lid without unfolding, as he wishes. The handkerchief (1.3) can be unfolded or can be used under the lid without being unfolded. The handkerchief (1.3) can be a wet or dry type handkerchief.
In a preferred application of the invention, the cone package lid (1.2) consists of a circular lower lid piece (1.2.1) and a circular upper lid piece (1.2.2). The handkerchief (1.3) is placed between the lower lid piece (1.2.1) and upper lid piece (1.2.2). And hence, the cornet cone package (1) does not contact with the ice cream when closed. When the cornet cone package (1) is opened and the cone package lid (1.2) is removed, the handkerchief (1.3) between the lower lid piece (1.2.1) and the upper lid piece (1.2.2) could be used.

Claims

1. A cornet cone package (1) comprising a cone package (1.1) and a cone package lid (1.2) placed over the cone package (1.1), characterised in that; it comprises at least one handkerchief (1.3) placed over the cone package lid
(1.2).
2. The cornet cone package (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the cone package lid (1.2) comprised of a circular lower lid piece (1.2.1) and a circular upper lid piece (1.2.2).
3. The cornet cone package (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that it comprises at least one handkerchief (1.3) placed between the lower lid piece (1-2.1) and the upper lid piece (1.2.2).
4. The cornet cone package (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the handkerchief (1.3) is a wet or dry type.
5. The cornet cone package (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that it comprises a handkerchief (1.3) that can be used largely by unfolding it and also can be used with the cone package lid (1.2) without unfolding, if desired.
