Abstract
Description
請求項3に係る発明は、請求項1又は2に係る整形パッドにおいて、肩当て部は、連結部よりも厚いパッド状に形成されている、ことを特徴とする。
請求項4に係る発明は、請求項1又は2に係る整形パッドにおいて、肩当て部は、連結部と同様の厚さに形成されている、ことを特徴とする。
請求項5に係る発明は、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に係る整形パッドにおいて、連結部は、長さ調整が可能である、ことを特徴とする。
さらにまた、整形パッドは、粘着剤によって、身体に対し剥離可能に接着するので、不要な場合には、身体から容易に取り外すことができる。
なお、整形パッドは、男女兼用である。
請求項3の発明によれば、肩当て部は、連結部よりも厚いパッド状に形成されているので、僧帽筋が豊かになったように見せることができる。
請求項7の発明によれば、オプションパッドは、胸パッド部の内面に着脱自在に装着して胸パッド部の厚さを増加することができる。
<実施形態1>
図1~図8を参照して、本発明を適用した実施形態1に係る整形パッド1L,1Rについて説明する。
整形パッド1Lは、図1~図4に示すように、胸パッド部10、肩当て部20、連結部30、及び脇シート40を備えている。
なお、脇シート40がなくても、胸パッド部10等の位置を精度よく保つことができる場合には、この脇シート40はなくてもよい。
以上では、左の整形パッド1Lについて説明したが、右の整形パッド1Rについても同様の構成であり、また、同様の作用、効果を奏するものである。
図7、図8に、以上説明した整形パッド1L,1Rを使用者Hに装着した例を示す。
図9(A)、(B)に、整形パッド1Lの梱包の仕方、及び持ち歩きの仕方を図示する。
整形パッド1Lの胸パッド部10よりも少し大きいプラスチック板50を準備する。
整形パッド1Lを連結部30で2つ折りにする。
図9(B)に示すように、プラスチック板50の他方の面52に、肩当て部20を粘着剤Nにより貼り付ける。
この状態で、整形パッド1Lを梱包し、搬送し、また、不使用時に使用者Hが保管することができる。
これによると、梱包時、搬送時、保管時等に、整形パッド1Lの形が崩れたり、粘着剤Nが他の部材に付いたりすることを防止できる。
オプションパッド60としては、大きさ(外径)及び厚さがほぼ等しい2種類の補助パッド70,80が準備されている。
これら補助パッド70,80は、図11(A)~(C)のようにして使用する。
このように、オプションパッド60を、胸パッド部10の内面12に着脱自在に装着することにより、胸パッド部10の厚さを増加することができる。
さらにまた、整形パッド1Lは、粘着剤Nによって、身体に対し剥離可能に接着するので、不要な場合には、身体から容易に取り外すことができる。
なお、整形パッド1Lは、男女兼用である。
・肩当て部20は、連結部30よりも厚いパッド状に形成されている場合には、僧帽筋が豊かになったように見せることができる。
図12~図15を参照して、整形パッド1L,1Rの製造方法について説明する。
なお、以下で説明する整形パッド1L,1Rは、脇シート40及びオプションパッド60を取り付けるための穴13は、省略している。
つづいて、貼着工程S1から第2切断工程S6までの各工程を説明する。
[貼着工程S1]
生地とスポンジとを貼り合わせる工程である。
[第1切断工程S2]
貼着工程S1後の素材を切断する工程である。
[プレス工程S3]
第1切断工程S2後の素材M1,M2等を、金型で加熱加圧する工程である。
まず、素材M1,M2等を重ねて、層構造とする。
すなわち、胸パッド部10に対応する部分は3層構造に、また、肩当て部20及び連結部30に対応する部分は2層構造とする。
次に、層構造の素材を、図13に示す下型91と上型92とからなる金型90で挟み込む。
層構造に重ねた素材M1,M2等を下型91に載せ、上型92で挟み込んで、加熱加圧する。このとき、例えば、温度180℃、プレス時間5分/回とする。
なお、プレス工程S3後の、加熱加圧された各部の厚さは次のようになる。ただし、表地及び裏地の厚さは無視する。
3層構造の胸パッド部10に対応する部分は、8mm×3=24mmであったものが、プレス工程S3後には、最も厚い部分で、16mmとなる。
2層構造の肩当て部20に対応する部分は、8mm×2=16mmであったものが、プレス工程S3後には、最も厚い部分で、8mmとなる。
2層構造の連結部30に対応する部分は、8mm×2=16mmであったものが、プレス工程S3後には、最も厚い部分で、2mmとなる。
[塗布工程S4]
プレス工程S3後の素材M2の内面に粘着剤Nを塗布する工程である。
[被膜工程S5]
塗布工程S4後の粘着剤を保護フィルムFで覆う工程である。
図14の上側の図に示すように、粘着剤Nの上から保護フィルムFを被せる。
[第2切断工程S6]
被膜工程S5後の素材M1,M2を所定の形状に切断して製品とする工程である。

Claims (8)
- 左右一対の大胸筋のうちの一方を覆う胸パッド部と、
左右一対の僧帽筋のうちの一方に対応して配設された肩当て部と、
前記胸パッド部と前記肩当て部とを、左右一対の肩のうちの一方を経由して前後に連結するベルト状の連結部と、を備え、
前記胸パッド部を基準として前記肩当て部及び前記連結部を平面状に展開した展開状態において、前記胸パッド部及び前記肩当て部の左右方向の幅を、前記連結部の左右方向の幅よりも幅広に設定するとともに、
少なくとも前記胸パッド部及び前記肩当て部のそれぞれの内面に塗布されて、前記胸パッド部及び前記肩当て部を身体に対して剥離可能に接着する粘着剤を有する、
ことを特徴とする整形パッド。 - 展開状態において、前記胸パッド部と前記連結部との境界線における左端と右端とを結ぶ線分の中点を第1中点とし、前記肩当て部と前記連結部との境界線における左端と右端とを結ぶ線分の中点を第2中点とし、前記第1中点と前記第2中点とを通る直線を中心線とし、前記中心線を基準としてこれよりも前記身体の中央に近い側を内側、遠い側を外側としたときに、
前記肩当て部は、左右方向及び上下方向の中心が、前記中心線よりも外側に位置する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の整形パッド。 - 前記肩当て部は、前記連結部よりも厚いパッド状に形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の整形パッド。 - 前記肩当て部は、前記連結部と同様の厚さに形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の整形パッド。 - 前記連結部は、長さ調整が可能である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の整形パッド。 - 基端側が前記胸パッド部の下部外側に連結され、先端側がさらに外側に延びて一方の脇の下に向かう脇シートを備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の整形パッド。 - 前記胸パッド部の内面に装着して前記胸パッド部の厚さを増加させる着脱自在のオプションパッドを備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の整形パッド。 - 前記胸パッド部の内側端部、及び他方の胸パッド部の内側端部に、相互に係脱自在な係合部を有する、
