  • Clause 5 The method for securing bottles of clause 4, further comprising: pulling the tab; removing the removable portion of the perimeter surface to create an opening in the perimeter surface; pulling the neck of the bottle from the opening in the perimeter surface; and removing the bottle from the frame.
  • Clause 6 The method for securing bottles of any of clauses 1-5, wherein the perimeter surface has a conical frustum shape, and wherein the tab is configured to remove the removable portion of the conical frustum shape.
  • Clause 7 The method for securing bottles of any of clauses 1-5, wherein the removable portion the perimeter surface is planar.
  • Clause 8 The method for securing bottles of any of clauses 1-5, wherein at least a portion of the perimeter surface has a conical frustum shape, and wherein the removable portion of the perimeter surface is planar.
  • a method for removing bottle from a tamper-proof case comprising: receiving a case, the case comprising: a top insert comprising an elongated bottle holder comprising: an inner channel configured to accept a neck of a bottle; a perimeter surface surrounding the inner channel; and a tab connected to a removable portion the perimeter surface, wherein the removable portion of the perimeter surface is configured to be removed upon a pulling of the tab; and a bottle comprising a bottle neck, wherein the bottle neck is disposed within the inner channel of the top insert; pulling the tab; removing the removable portion of the perimeter surface to create an opening in the perimeter surface; pulling the bottle neck from the opening in the perimeter surface; and removing the bottle from the frame.

Abstract
