此外,下面所描述的本申请不同实施例中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互结合。
在本说明书中,所述“安装”包括焊接、螺接、卡接、粘合等方式将某一元件或装置固定或限制于特定位置或地方,所述元件或装置可在特定位置或地方保持不动也可在限定范围内活动,所述元件或装置固定或限制于特定位置或地方后可进行拆卸也可不能进行拆卸,在本申请实施例中不作限制。
请参阅图1至图3,其示出了本申请其中一实施例提供的雾化装置的一个方向的示意图、 剖切示意图和分解状态下的剖切示意图,该雾化装置包括壳体100、端盖200、面盖300、连接件400和吸嘴500。壳体100整体呈中空的套筒状,其一端设有上述的端盖200、面盖300、连接件400和吸嘴500,另一端封闭(图中未示出)。壳体100的内部设有用于容置烟油的储液腔110;此外,其内部还设有能够吸取烟油的吸液元件(图中未示出)、用于固定该吸液元件的支撑架(图中未示出)、用于加热雾化上述吸液元件内部的烟油的发热元件(图中未示出)以及自上述吸液元件的一端延伸至吸嘴500的一端的导烟管(图中未示出)。
请参照图1至图3,同时结合图4,端盖200整体呈中空的筒状,固设于壳体100的一端,且两者在连接处密封处理。
端盖200的外壁设有整体沿周向延伸的第一导槽210和与该第一导槽210连通的第二导槽220。在本实施例中,第二导槽220沿端盖200的轴向延伸,并且被第一导槽210分割成位于第一导槽210与端盖200靠近壳体的一端(图示为端盖底部)之间的第一部分221,以及位于第一导槽210与端盖200远离壳体的一端(图示为端盖顶部)之间的第二部分222。优选的,第二导槽220沿轴向贯通端盖200的上下底面。
进一步的,该第一导槽210的一端起始于第二导槽220,另一端沿端盖200的周向延伸。
可以理解的是,在本申请的其他实施例中,第一导槽210可以是沿端盖200的周向封闭;或者不封闭,但被第二导槽220分割为两部分。
此外,上文中指出的“沿周向延伸”是指具有沿周向延伸的趋势,如第一导槽210也可以呈螺旋形绕端盖200延伸,即其沿端盖200的圆周方向延伸的同时亦沿端盖200的轴线延伸。无论第一导槽210的实际形状如何,只需保证面盖300能够通过下文中的滑块于第一导槽210中滑动,而带动面盖300相对端盖200转动即可。
同理,上文中指出的“沿轴向延伸”是指具有沿轴向延伸的趋势,如第二导槽220延伸的方向也可以与端盖200的轴线之间具有一定夹角。无论第二导槽220的实际形状如何,应保证面盖300能够通过下文中的滑块于第二导槽220中移动,而带动面盖300相对端盖200发生沿轴向的位移即可;且第二导槽220与第一导槽210于连接处应当具有设定的夹角,避免两者的轨迹重合,该设定夹角可以理解为当端盖200的侧壁展开时,两条导槽之间夹角不为0度或180度。
面盖300整体近似筒状,包括顶壁310和侧壁320。侧壁320同轴套设在端盖200外周,顶壁310抵持于端盖200的顶部。
侧壁320的内壁上固设有与第一导槽210、第二导槽220匹配的滑块321,滑块321自第二导槽220的顶部滑入,以使面盖300套设于端盖200上。当顶壁310与端盖200的顶部抵持时,滑块321位于第二导槽220的第一部分。
当滑块321于第一导槽210内相对滑动时,面盖300能够相对端盖200作周向转动;当滑块321于第二导槽220内相对滑动时,面盖300能够相对端盖200作轴向移动。
端盖200的侧壁上设有未示出的第一注油孔,面盖300的侧壁320上设有未示出的且与之对应的第二注油孔323,沿周向转动面盖300能够实现第一注油孔与第二注油孔的连通与 错开。当两者连通时,注油孔为开启状态,注油设备能够通过该注油孔向储液腔110内填充烟油;当两者完全错开时,注油孔呈关闭状态,外部不能向储液腔110填充烟油,储液腔的烟油也不会泄露出雾化装置的外部。
端盖200和面盖300均设有沿轴向贯通的第一安装孔,连接件400部分穿过上述的第一安装孔并伸入壳体100的内部。连接件400包括第一端部410、第二端部420和位于两者之间且直径小于第一端部410和第二端部420的收缩部430。第一端部410连接有设于壳体100内部的导烟管(图中未示出),并相对壳体100固定;第二端部420压接在端盖200上,且连接有吸嘴500。发热元件雾化的烟油沿着导烟管、连接件400进入到吸嘴500,最后被用户吸食入口腔。
具体的,吸嘴500的一端收容与第二端部420内,并抵持在收缩部430远离壳体100的端面上;为避免吸嘴500沿连接件400的轴向滑动,吸嘴500与连接件400之间还嵌设有弹性的密封圈600。
进一步的,为避免面盖300在该雾化装置的使用过程中滑离端盖200,面盖300的顶壁310设置有向轴心方向延伸的第一凸缘311;于第一凸缘311远离端盖200的一侧,连接件400的外壁设有沿远离其轴心的方向延伸的第二凸缘421。当面盖300顺着第二导槽220沿远离壳体100的方向运动时,第二凸缘421能够与第一凸缘311抵持,即端盖200的顶部与第二凸缘421能够限制第一凸缘311于两者之间运动,阻止面盖300脱离端盖。
更进一步的,第一凸缘311与第二凸缘421之间嵌设有第一弹性件。优选的,当滑块321自由地处于第二导槽220时,第一弹性件处于压缩状态。第一弹性件的设置能够使滑块321位于第二导槽220时,面盖300被压紧在端盖200上,而不会随意移动,即相对所述端盖固定;当滑块321位于第一导槽210时,面盖300也不会自由地转动。可以理解的是,当滑块321自由地处于第二导槽220时,第一弹性件也可以与第一凸缘311或者第二凸缘421之间具有一定间隙。
为避免面盖300在相对端盖200转动的过程中容易松动,本雾化装置还包括有波点定位结构700。波点定位结构700的一端穿过端盖200的侧壁与面盖300的内壁抵持,另一端与连接件400弹性连接。
具体的,波点定位结构700包括第一轴件710和同轴设于第一轴件710的一端的第二轴件720,该第二轴件720的直径小于第一轴件710。优选的,第二轴件720远离第一轴件710的一端为半球面。端盖200于对应第二端部420的位置设有与上述波点定位结构700匹配且沿径向贯通的第二安装孔。
波点定位结构700的第二轴件720穿过端盖200与面盖300的内壁抵持;优选的,面盖300的侧壁320设有沿周向延伸的滑槽322,所述第二轴件720远离第一轴件710的端部与滑槽322抵持。
波点定位结构700靠近连接件400的一端通过第二弹性件730与连接件400抵持。第二弹性件730可以选用弹簧、橡胶、硅胶、高弹海绵等弹性部件。波点定位结构700的设置使 得转动面盖300的过程中,用户能够体验到本雾化装置的结构紧凑,转动手感佳。
以下结合各附图对上述雾化装置的工作过程及原理进行说明:
当该雾化装置处于常规的使用状态时,滑块321位于第二导槽220的第一部分,则面盖300只能沿端盖200的轴向移动。此时,由于第一弹性件的两端分别与第一凸缘311和第二凸缘421抵持,所以面盖300沿端盖200的轴向不会自由滑动。
当需要给储液腔110添加烟油时,则拉动面盖300沿远离壳体100的方向运动,直到滑块321对齐第一导槽210;然后依照设定的角度沿周向转动面盖300,直至第一注油孔与第二注油孔连通,此时注油孔打开;再利用外部的注油设备给储液腔110注射适量的烟油。烟油注射结束之后,反向转动面盖300直至滑块321到达两导槽相交处,则再第一弹性件的作用下,面盖300复位。
该雾化装置通过设置一条与第一导槽210连通的第二导槽220,使其在正常的使用状态时,滑块321位于第二导槽220,具体的,位于第二导槽220的第一部分;此时,面盖300不能相对端盖200发生周向的转动,第一注油孔与第二注油孔错开,有效地避免了儿童仅通过简单地转动面盖300即可打开注油孔而导致烟油泄露的隐患。
应当理解,第一导槽和第二导槽还可以是设置在面盖的内壁上,相应的,滑块设置在端盖的外壁上;第二导槽也可以仅包括第一部分;第一注油孔也可以设置在端盖的顶部,相应的,第二注油孔设于面盖的顶部;在某些情况下,面盖300的顶壁310是也可以没有的,第一凸缘311直接自侧壁320的顶端向轴心延伸。
本申请还提供了一种具有上述雾化装置的电子烟,该电子烟包括电源部件和上述雾化装置,电源部件用于为该雾化装置供电。
该电子烟能够有效避免儿童在玩耍电子烟时仅通过简单的转动即可打开注油孔,而带来的烟油泄露隐患。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;在本申请的思路下,以上实施例或者不同实施例中的技术特征之间也可以进行组合,步骤可以以任意顺序实现,并存在如上所述的本申请的不同方面的许多其它变化,为了简明,它们没有在细节中提供;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种雾化装置,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体;
    端盖,所述端盖设于所述壳体的一端,且与所述壳体密封连接,所述端盖上设有第一注油孔;
    面盖,所述面盖套设于所述端盖;
    所述端盖的外壁与所述面盖的内壁中的一个上设有沿周向延伸的第一导槽,以及与所述第一导槽成一夹角相连通的第二导槽;所述端盖的外壁与所述面盖的内壁中的另一个设有与所述第一导槽、所述第二导槽匹配的滑块;
    所述滑块能够沿所述第一导槽和所述第二导槽运动,所述滑块被设置为在位于所述第二导槽时用于阻止所述面盖相对所述端盖转动,并且使得面盖能够关闭所述第一注油孔,在位于第一导槽时使得面盖可以相对端盖周向转动从而打开所述第一注油孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述第二导槽位于所述端盖上,所述第二导槽包括位于所述端盖靠近所述壳体的一端与所述第一导槽之间的第一部分,以及位于所述端盖远离所述壳体的一端与所述第一导槽之间的第二部分。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,还包括一与所述面盖抵持的弹性件;
    当所述滑块位于所述第二导槽时,所述弹性件能够使所述滑块保持在所述第一部分。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述第二导槽沿所述端盖的轴向延伸。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,还包括连接件;所述端盖和所述面盖设有沿轴向贯通的安装孔,所述连接件部分穿过所述安装孔且连接有设于所述壳体的内部的导烟管;所述连接件与所述壳体相对固定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述面盖远离所述壳体的一端设有向轴心延伸的第一凸缘;于所述第一凸缘远离所述端盖的一侧,所述连接件设有沿远离轴心的方向延伸的第二凸缘;所述第一凸缘与所述端盖能够限制所述第一凸缘于所述第二凸缘与所述端盖之间运动。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述连接件远离所述壳体的一端连接有吸嘴,所述连接件通过密封圈套设于所述吸嘴的外周。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任意一项所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述端盖的侧壁上设有所述第一注油孔,所述面盖的侧壁上设有与所述第一注油孔对应的第二注油孔;当所述滑块位于所述第一导槽时,转动所述面盖能够使所述第一注油孔和所述第二注油孔连通或者错开。
  9. 根据权利要求1至7任意一项所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,还包括波点定位结构,所述波点定位结构的一端穿过所述端盖的侧壁与所述面盖抵持,另一端与所述连接件弹性连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述波点定位结构与所述连接件之间设有弹簧。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述面盖被构造成可沿远离壳体的方向被拉动从而使滑块在第二导槽内运动以对齐第一导槽。
  12. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括电源部件和如权利要求1至11任意一项所述的雾化装置,所述电源部件用于为所述雾化装置供电。
