Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé d'extraction de métaux dans une matrice d'aliment qui consiste à préparer un mélange qui comprend des dissolvants et un agent chélateur, ajouter à une cuve de réaction, une matrice d'aliment et le mélange précité suivant une proportion comprise entre 20:80 et 80:20 p/p jusqu'à l'obtention d'un liquide résiduel et séparer la matrice d'aliment du liquide résiduel utiles dans la prévention et la lutte conte les maladies du système rénal, cardiovasculaire et les troubles du système nerveux, pour lesquels l'élimination des métaux lourds évite la toxicité de ces derniers dans les aliments.
