- an image photographed by the camera 220 of the endoscope 200 displays a size scale 231 that can measure the size of stones, and the size scale 231 is a camera 220 of the endoscope 200 ), and is displayed in augmented reality on the screen of the monitor 230.
- the size scale 231 is displayed as a scale, it is preferable that a plurality of scales are formed at regular intervals near the horizontal and vertical sides of the screen of the monitor 230, and the scale of the size scale 231 is a screen. It is preferable that the image is expressed in a different color from the image.
- the augmented reality of the size scale 231 may indicate the size of a stone on the screen as a numerical value, and this is performed through image analysis of the image analysis unit 300 electrically connected to the endoscope 200.
- the image analysis unit 300 analyzes the selected image selected by the user from the images captured by the camera 220 of the endoscope 200, measures the size of the stones, and outputs the measured values to the screen.
- the image analysis unit 300 includes a memory 310 and calculation means 320, wherein the memory 310 is a previous frame of the image taken by the camera 220 of the endoscope 200, The selected video frame selected by the user is stored.
- the operation means 320 connected to the memory 310 selectively derives a selected image frame stored in the memory 310 by a user's selection, and extracts an image of a corresponding absence among the selected image frames.
- the extracted stone image by cutting the periphery of the stone into a rectangular area among the selected video frames, and counting the number of pixels in the horizontal or vertical column of the extracted stone image based on the number of pixels counted. Calculate the size of and output the calculated value in augmented reality.
- the pixel color of the absent area and the pixel color of the surrounding area excluding the stone are different from each other in the absent image.
- a gap maintaining member may be provided at the front end of the camera 220, and a selected image frame may be photographed while the gap maintaining member is in contact with the absence.
- the size of the stone is calculated in preparation for a scale corresponding to the distance, and the numerical value can be displayed on the screen in augmented reality.
- the apparatus for removing stones can calculate the volume of stones and display the numerical values on the screen in augmented reality.
- the endoscope camera repeatedly records stones in various directions, and several The images repeatedly selected for the orientation are virtually 3D modeled, and the number of pixels corresponding to the x-axis, y-axis, and z-axis is counted based on one point of the virtual 3D model, and then the counted angle
- the volume is calculated while the number of pixels in the column is converted to a corresponding length unit (mm), and the calculated volume value is displayed in augmented reality on the screen through the monitor 230.
- the calculation means 320 is connected to the procedure determination unit 330, and the procedure determination unit 330 is compared with a previously input reference value based on the size of the stones calculated by the calculation unit 320, and as a comparison Suggestions for absenteeism are presented as the output.
- the procedure determination unit 330 may output a message “pulverize stone” if the size of the stone is greater than or equal to the reference value, or a message “take out stone” when the size of the stone is below the reference value.
- the apparatus for removing stones displays a size scale capable of measuring the size of stones in augmented reality on an image taken by the camera of the endoscope, and measures the size of stones before being captured by the size scale. Since it is possible to shorten the stone removal procedure time, it is possible to remove the stone in a short time without damaging the coronary biotube such as bile duct, urethra, and ureter.
