A device for hygienically and conveniently extracting sticks for a tobacco heating system and/or cigarettes from a packet while preserving their shape and sanitary condition, which is configured in the form of a right cylinder with a circular base and consists of: a housing (1) inside which is a fixed partition (2) having an opening inside, said partition separating the housing (1) into an upper portion and a lower portion, the lower portion of the housing having an open end (3) via which a tobacco product enters the housing, said open end (3) of the device being toothed to facilitate separation of one tobacco product from another in a tightly packed packet, and the inside surface of the lower portion of the housing having longitudinal ribs (4) or a rough surface for more firmly gripping a tobacco product as it is drawn out of a packet. In addition, the upper portion of the housing is hollow and is configured to allow the installation thereinside of a self-contained lamp (5) and is closed by a cap (8) which has an internal thread and is screwed from outside onto the end of the housing of the device opposite the open, toothed end (3), the former end having an external thread for the cap (8), and the cap (8) having an opening in the middle for an on-off switch (7) of the lamp (5). The inside diameter of the device corresponds to the diameter of the tobacco product for which the device is intended, taking into account a design gap formed by the ribs or roughness on the inside surface of the device. Additionally, a clip (9) is disposed on the outside of the device for convenient and hygienic storage of the device.

DEVICE FOR HYGIENIC AND CONVENIENT REMOVAL OF STICK FUNCTIONS FOR TOBACCO AND / OR CIGARETT HEATING SYSTEM

The utility model relates to auxiliary means for using tobacco products, and more particularly, to devices for sticks of a tobacco heating system (for example, IQOS, Glo), namely, for a hygienic and convenient separation of one tobacco stick from another in a pack, accurately removing it from the pack, and reliable retention this stick inside the device to move and install the free edge of the tobacco stick into the holder of the tobacco heating system, while maintaining the integrity and health of this tobacco stick and other sticks in the pack at all stages. This device can also be used for hygienic and convenient removal from a pack of regular cigarettes with or without a filter.

Analogues of the claimed device by the author of the utility model are not found.

As you know, the development trends of modern society are focused on a healthy lifestyle. And so, to help users of tobacco products reduce their negative impact on their health, scientists and researchers have created an innovative tobacco heating system that emits aerosol, which has 90-95% less harmful substances than cigarette smoke. Instead of regular cigarettes, this system uses miniature sticks filled with natural tobacco (tobacco sticks). Thanks to the innovation revolution that took place in smoking, more than 5 million users of tobacco products in the world have abandoned cigarettes in favor of tobacco sticks, and recently this technology has appeared on the Ukrainian market, therefore, in the near future there will be a tendency to switch from regular cigarettes to tobacco sticks and among our compatriots.

It is clear that smoking as such is very harmful to health. Unfortunately, users of tobacco products face another danger associated with a high risk of contact with various pathogens: viruses, bacteria, through the use of cigarettes.

Before pulling a tobacco stick or cigarette out of the pack, users of these products, in most cases, neglect sanitary rules: they forget to wash their hands, or treat them with an antibacterial solution.

As you know, human hands are the main factor in the spread of infectious diseases. Most viruses enter the human body through the hands when the hands come in contact with the oral cavity. The claimed utility model is intended for the category of people who most often comes in contact with their hands with the oral cavity during the day, namely for users of tobacco products.

The sticks for the tobacco heating system, like cigarettes, are placed in the pack in such a way that when the pack is opened normally, they are upside down. In order to get a tobacco stick or cigarette out of a pack, you need to first grab it with your fingers on the filter. It is clear that by removing one tobacco product from the pack, the user involuntarily touches other tobacco sticks, thereby violating the sanitary condition of all tobacco products in this pack. In addition, when inserting a tobacco stick into the holder of the tobacco heating system, the user has to hold this stick directly by the filter with his fingers, which is undoubtedly extremely unhygienic. And so, observing innovations in the global tobacco market and carefully examining the products of the new tobacco heating system, you can see that, on the one hand, advanced products are created to help users reduce the negative impact of smoking on their health, but, on the other hand, they they do not protect against yet another significant danger - the risk of infection by pathogens.

In addition to the aforementioned sanitary and hygienic problems, tobacco users face another inconvenience. Since tobacco sticks and cigarettes are packed in a pack very tightly - this greatly complicates the process of removing them and leads to their deformation. So, removing the tobacco stick from the pack with fingers, the user not only violates the integrity of the shape of this product, but also deforms the adjacent tobacco sticks. Such deformation of the sticks, firstly, makes it difficult to insert them further into the holder of the tobacco heating system, and secondly, changes the full protective properties of the filter elements of these tobacco products, and therefore, reduces the safety indicators of the use of tobacco products.

The objective of the utility model is to create a device designed for sticks for a tobacco heating system (for example, IQOS, Glo) and / or ordinary cigarettes, which:

will make the process of using the tobacco product for its intended purpose as safe as possible from the point of view of hygiene, namely, it will exclude the possibility of touching the part of the tobacco stick that directly contacts the user's mouth; greatly facilitate the process of separation and removal of tobacco products from the pack;

prevent deformation of the tobacco stick during all manipulations with it, provide a convenient insertion of the tobacco stick into the holder of the tobacco heating system;

It will be simple and convenient to use;

It will be portable, light in weight and compact in size, while being designed with the ability to always keep it with you in convenient access;

It will be simple and cheap to manufacture;

It will be made of a material that allows the repeated use of this device and its maintenance in good sanitary condition, it will also be environmentally friendly, hypoallergenic, and will not change the taste and smell of the tobacco products with which it comes in contact.

The problem is solved by creating a device for hygienic and convenient removal of sticks from the stack for the heating system of tobacco and / or cigarettes, preserving the integrity of their shape and sanitary condition, which is designed in the form of a straight cylinder with a round base and consists of: a body (1), inside of which there is a fixed partition (2) with an opening inside that divides the housing (1) into the upper and lower parts, while the lower part of the housing has an open side (3) through which the tobacco product enters the device, while the open side of the device (3) made of gear to facilitate the separation of one tobacco product from another in a tightly packed bundle, and the inner surface of the lower part of the body has longitudinal ribs (4) or has a rough surface for more tight attachment to the tobacco product when pulling it from the pack, while the upper part of the case made hollow with the possibility of installing inside the upper part of the housing of an autonomous flashlight (5) and closed by the top-cap (8), which has an internal thread and is screwed on the outside on the opposite to the open gear side (3) side of the device body, which has an external thread for the top cap (8), while the top-cap (8) has an opening in the middle for the button-switch (7) of the flashlight (5), while the inner diameter of the device corresponds to the diameter of the tobacco product for which it is intended, taking into account the technologically provided gap formed for due to the ribbing or roughness of the inner surface of the device. Additionally, for convenient and hygienic storage of the device, a clothespin (9) is placed on its outer side.

The principle of operation of the claimed device is as follows. Since the device behind this utility model is very compact in size and light weight, the user comfortably places it in his palm and conveniently manipulates it with the fingers of one hand.

By directing the toothed side (3) of the case between the tobacco stacks, which are formed in a tightly packed packet due to the cylindrical shape of these stacks, the user easily separates one stack from the other, maintaining the hygienic condition and the integrity of the shape of the detached tobacco stack and other stacks in the packet.

After that, applying minimal force, on the opposite toothed side of the device, by pushing the top of the plug (8), the user places the device on the tobacco stack with the toothed side (3) of the device, while the stationary partition (2) of the device limits the depth of passage of the tobacco stick inside the case devices. Thus, only the tobacco stick filter enters the device (more specifically, its lower part), and the other end of this tobacco product remains free for further installation in the holder of the tobacco heating system. The tobacco stack captured by the filter device is held inside the device due to the internal longitudinal ribs (4) or the roughness of the internal surface of the device, while maintaining the integrity of the form and the sanitary condition of the entire tobacco stick.

Then the user, holding the device with the tobacco stack trapped inside, easily removes this stack from the packet and inserts the free edge of this tobacco stick into the holder of the tobacco heating system, where this stick is tight enough to fit. And since the filter of this tobacco stick is contained inside the inventive device less densely than the opposite edge of this stick - in the holder, this allows the user to easily remove the inventive device from the tobacco stick filter by pulling the housing, leaving this stick in holder of the tobacco heating system for future use as intended, while the integrity of the form and the sanitary condition of this tobacco stick is fully preserved.

Using the inventive device for ordinary cigarettes, with the help of the toothed side (3) of the device, the user easily separates one cigarette from the others in a pack and captures it with the device, while the part of the tobacco product that must remain in a sanitary condition falls inside the device (more specifically, in its lower part) and is held there due to the internal longitudinal ribs (4) or the roughness of the inner surface of the device. Further, holding with one hand the device with a cigarette, part of which is inside the device’s body, maintaining its sanitary condition, with the other hand the user can intercept the cigarette for that part that will not come into contact with the oral cavity. After that, the user removes the device from the cigarette and uses the tobacco product for its intended purpose, while the area of the cigarette, which should be in contact with the user's mouth, remains in a sanitary condition.

After that, using a clothespin (9), the user can attach the device to a pack of tobacco products or carry it as an accessory, fastening it to the jacket lapel, pocket and the like.

The flashlight (5), which can be installed in the housing of the claimed device, is an absolutely self-contained device, ready for use both inside the device and separately from it. The flashlight (5) has a battery that is located in its housing, turns on / off by pressing the switch button (7) and emits light through the lens (6), and a light beam passes through the hole in the partition (2) and the lower part of the housing (1) of the inventive device and goes outside from the open gear side (3) of the housing (1), highlighting the area where this open gear is directed side (3) of the housing (1). But the button-switch (7) does not go beyond the top of the plug (8) and when you press the button-switch (7), it enters the housing (1), which is very convenient, because the inventive device remains stable in shape and can be put from the top of the plug (8) to any flat surface. Also, due to the fact that the button-switch (7) does not extend beyond the top of the plug (8) of the claimed device, this design decision makes it impossible to suddenly turn on / off the flashlight. To separate the flashlight from the housing of the claimed device, you just need to remove the top cap (8) of the device housing.

Therefore, using this device in low light conditions or in the dark, the user, turning on the flashlight (5) located in the housing of the inventive device, directs a beam of light coming from the gear side (3) of the device to a pack of tobacco products, easily separates one tobacco the product from the other, using the specified toothed side of the device, grabs the tobacco product and easily removes it from the packet. At the same time, part of the tobacco product falls inside the housing of the claimed device and is held securely there due to the internal longitudinal ribs (4) or the rough inner surface of the lower part of the device.

Due to the incomplete placement of tobacco inside the stick, and the materials of which the tobacco stick is made, the beam of light from the flashlight passes through almost the entire tobacco stick, highlighting this stick inside and out, thereby facilitating the installation of the free edge of the tobacco stick in the holder of the tobacco heating system.

The technical result of the utility model is to obtain for the first time a device for sticks of a tobacco heating system (for example, IQOS, Glo) and / or cigarettes, namely for hygienic and convenient separation of one tobacco product from another in a pack, carefully removing it from a pack, the reliable retention of this product inside the device’s case, while maintaining the integrity of the form and the sanitary condition of each tobacco product, for further manipulation of tobacco products for their intended purpose.

Thanks to the device, which is claimed, all manipulations with tobacco products occur in the most safe way from the point of view of hygiene, since the use of this device eliminates the touch of the hands with that part of the tobacco stick or cigarette that is in direct contact with the oral cavity of the user.

Also, the use of this device greatly facilitates the process of separating one tobacco product from another in a tightly packed package, its capture and removal from the package, leaving the integrity of the shape of this tobacco product and the rest in the package, compared to performing the same actions directly with the user's fingers.

In turn, maintaining the integrity of the shape of the tobacco stick makes it easier to insert this stick into the holder of the tobacco heating system.

Thanks to the flashlight, which is installed in the housing of the claimed device, the user can perform all manipulations with tobacco products in the absence of external light or with minimal illumination, for example, in a night club, while maintaining a hygienic condition and the integrity of the form of separation of the tobacco product and other products in a pack .

Another advantage of using this device is that with its help the user can use a tobacco stick without even having to remove his gloves. This method is very convenient, for example, in winter - to maintain a comfortable temperature of the hands or when working in protective gloves.

Also, the claimed device can be used even with wet or wet hands, which usually happens, for example, after using wet wipes, or for example in summer, on vacation at sea, river or after the pool.

For convenience, the device is equipped with a clothespin, which allows you to always have it with you, for example, attach it to a pack of tobacco sticks or cigarettes, or carry it as an accessory, fastening it to the jacket lapel, pocket, etc., while maintaining the sanitary condition of the device.

The inventive device can be made of any material that will allow its design implementation. For example, from bioplastics for food: by vacuum molding, pressing or thermoforming. Such material is hypoallergenic, environmental, does not change the taste and smell of the tobacco products with which it is in contact. In addition, this material is convenient for giving it the necessary shape, allows the manufacture of the device as light as possible, makes it possible to reuse the device and keep it in a constant sanitary condition. Also, it is possible to manufacture the inventive device from plastic, polypropylene, metal and various alloys.

A flashlight inserted into the housing of the claimed device can be made of any material that allows its design execution, while in the manufacture of a flashlight for the inventive device, the advantage will be given to the use of materials of the lightest possible weight. When making a flashlight for the inventive device, the size and shape of the flashlight will be correspond to the size and shape of the device for which it is made.

Therefore, the claimed device is compact in size, light in weight, portable, easy to manufacture and convenient to use, allowing the user to enjoy the process of using tobacco products and makes this process as convenient and hygienic as possible.

Also, to ensure the sanitary condition of this device, you can treat its internal and external surfaces with disinfectants or wash under running water with soap or detergent for dishes, after removing the inserted flashlight from the device’s body. The necessary information about the conditions for ensuring the sanitary condition of the device will be indicated in the instructions for its use, taking into account the material from which this device is made.
