Abstract

Characterization of the known technical solutions allows us to conclude that it is necessary to create a teaspoon, reliable, simple and convenient to use.

The technical problem is to increase the operational capabilities of the spoon for preparing drinks in preparation for use and in the reliability of use.

Patent studies have shown that in the studied prior art there are no similar technical solutions, i.e. the claimed technical solution does not follow explicitly from the studied level technology and, thus, meets the criterion of "inventive step".

This technical solution can be reproduced industrially, therefore, it meets the criterion of "industrial applicability".
