Abstract
Les solutions actuelles consistent à : tout d'abord, sortir l'écrou puis la rondelle, un processus lent, b) retirer l'écrou conjointement à la rondelle avec la rondelle à crochet simple, un processus peu sûr, enfin terminer à la main, l'instabilité produisant des accidents aux opérateurs. Le système selon l'invention utilise la même idée basique de la rondelle avec crochet mais on ajoute un second crochet et un emboîtement cylindrique type baïonnette qui permet leur sortie conjointement jusqu'à la fin sans utiliser les mains et sans tomber. Les avantages sont : ledit système réduit les temps totaux, écrous et rondelles sortent conjointement jusqu'à la fin, il n'est pas nécessaire de terminer à la main, ce qui réduit la possibilité d'accidents, la taille dudit système est réduite du fait qu'il ne forme qu'un seul bloc.
