For this reason, when spraying water, the cover plate 760 may be mounted to expand the side portion of the water receiving portion 750, thereby preventing water splashing to the side portion from being wider.
- the knife sharpening device that is easy to adjust the polishing angle may further include a masking film 800 formed to be detachable to the upper side provided with the grinding wheel 128 as shown in FIG. 7.
- the screen 800 prevents water splashing to the upper side when spraying water through the water jetting part 700, and prevents splashing of dust or knife powder to the upper side when polishing the knife, thereby ensuring worker safety. have.
- the knife sharpening device that is easy to adjust the polishing angle according to an embodiment of the present invention is polished to prevent splashing when the knife is missed or the water jet unit 700 is operated while the knife is being polished as shown in FIG. 7. It may be configured to further include a safety film 900 that is slightly spaced apart at intervals that do not limit the rotation of the grinding wheel 128 on the front of the grinding wheel 128.
- the safety film may be formed to be wider than the width of the abrasive stone 128, and in the case of the material, it is preferably formed of a material such as acrylic, which can prevent damage even when the knife falls. However, it is not necessarily limited, and may be formed of a flexible material such as rubber.
