Abstract
This invention is related to selling structures of products under virtual platforms. And to online business centers and presentable structures as three-dimensional cyberspace and display systems, the reception (delivery) and purchase of the product, services in virtual platform and also to augmented reality structures and the combination of augmented reality with real conditions. In this invention, by developing a connection between the user and the server on a telecommunication or Internet platform, primary identification of the user based on the required information happens, which is done based on an identification structure with a common method. And coordinates of user`s country of residency according to the country's code, as well as the location received or any structure displaying coordinates is linked to the personal information of the user.

THE SYSTEM AND SELLING APPLICATION IN THE FORM OF BUSINESS
AND SERVICE CENTERS IN VIRTUAL AND AUGMENTED REALITY
PLATFORMS
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention is related to selling structures of products under virtual platforms. It is also related to online business centers and presentable structures as three-dimensional cyberspace and display systems, the reception (delivery) and purchase of the product, services in virtual platform and also to augmented reality structures and the combination of augmented reality with real conditions.
PRIOR ART:
In human societies, the existence of products' sell and supply systems are among the earliest commercial and business structures of mankind. In accordance with it, the development of big product selling centers, malls, arcades are all developments in the field of product and service supply. With the arrival of the Internet and offering store services in virtual platforms, a lot of companies started offering their products, goods and services in common websites and later the consumers and buyers were enabled to get access to the products' specifics. The presentation of product as a three-dimensional subject was also provided in some structures. With the progress in Internet structures and extant software, the possibility of access to the designed virtual space as a building or public place was provided. The inventors and researchers presented numerous structures for presenting products and services .Among mentioned efforts are the following examples:
The invention number US20090138376A1 registered in USPTO with the title, "Virtual Shopping center" is related to a virtual shopping center or a shopping center which is presented by some big shopping malls and offers a variety of technical means. Virtual shopping center displays a product which a user may experience its purchase in the store. The present invention's function is as explained here: If a user enters a shoe store physically, they see shoes on wall or shelves. In this virtual shopping center, if a pair of shoes with certain size is requested, a part of the store might supply several shoes with that size in a shelf for the user. For example, images of different shoes might be placed on the shelf for immediate study by the user for possible purchase. Thus, the buyer doesn’t have to choose different links for entering different windows to see different shoes of the same size. Rather, they can view their desired products and purchase them. Virtual shopping center prefers to display the products and services that are tailored to the needs and priorities of the buyer. In another invention, registered in USPTO by number US20140222627A1 and the title of "3d virtual store" the technology acts as the three-dimensional agent of a store with isometric view. A user can walk around the store or rotate and choose it with swiping their finger (or doing a similar action) on the touch screen. Thus, the components of this invention may constitute a system for leading the products and services through a computer link including at least an internal wall of virtual store and a set of virtual shelves each of which includes virtual products, and a set of icons by choosing which the user gets permission for entering a sub-store.
In another invention with the title of 'Virtual Reality Shopping Experience' and registration No.US20070179867A in USPTO, the disclosed technology comprising of virtual structures of defined products in virtual space.
In another invention titled, ' Augmented Reality Assisted Shopping' with registration No.US20080071559Al in USPTO, the facilitation of purchasing a
concrete product through a network with a cellphone, which includes taking a graphic picture from a local environment scene with cellphone camera. The data of graphic object represents the possibility three-dimensional display of concrete object in cellphone, which is chosen through network as a response to purchase/ Three-dimensional of concrete object with graphic representation of scene is displayed by cellphone so that the appearance of concrete object is simulated in the scene.
In another invention titled, ' Virtual shopping system and method utilizing virtual reality and augmented reality technology' with registration No. US20160253745A1 in USPTO, subject of the invention is virtual shopping system and virtual reality and augmented reality technology. A user selects a displayed product in an online purchase website. This system provides a virtual reality environment for user for examining the details of product according to product ID. System transfers images related to the selected product and allows the user to use electronic monitor device for displaying virtual reality images. In response to instructions and electronic monitor page, system displays images. The system combines product data with real photos and display the combined content on the screen of electronic display device.
In another invention with registered No. PCT/IB2018/059078, one of the inventors of present invention discloses another invention in which a virtual mall is designed for supplying furniture. People can enter the mall and select existing items in the mall for purchase. Each item, in this invention file, could be invited to working environment of cellphone camera and produce an image of the object as an augmented reality, which represents a presumptive shape of furniture in the environment.

THE DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention is comprised of mainly four sections:
First part includes all main programs of users which can be applied in both standalone and mobility platforms in Windows, IOS, android, Linux, and Mac.
Second part includes management dashboards and Panel controls, which they themselves are comprised of:
-Management dashboard of the project located at web platform in an online mode. -Users' control panel located at web platform in an online mode.
-Control panel of existing businesses in trade/service centers of the project The third part includes necessary servers for maintenance and replacement of data and information as well as an Internet platform for the reception and transmission of information.
Fourth part has users' input structures such as smart tablet, phone and any other digital structure which has the ability to recognize and change position.
By the program running in one of the defined platforms, user views the introductory page of the program including graphic logo, version number and primary loading operation. During the loading operation, the unique code of mobile or computer will be sent to the server. If the user's information is registered on the server based on this unique code, the program will enter the main environment. Otherwise, the user should enter the registration log-up.
In the registration section, the user needs to enter their personal information, a valid mobile number and an email address or their exclusive functional program. After sending the information to the server and its verification, an activation code is sent to the user, which the user is required to enter in the program. If the
registration code is correct, the registration is done successfully and the user enters the program's environment.
In this invention, by developing a connection between the user and the server on a telecommunication or Internet platform, primary identification of the user based on the required information happens, which is done based on an identification structure with a common method. And coordinates of user's country of residency according to the country's code, as well as the location received or any structure displaying coordinates is linked to the personal information of the user. This link can cause the user's position to change in the server environment based on the movements and change of location transmitted from user.
In the software's structure, all the countries on the globe exist as default setting based on their position and coordinates. And the positioning of each of software's virtual stores can be anywhere. Calling each of virtual stores based on name or the country's name or the closest longitude and latitude is also possible. Based on the default setting, introducing the nearest virtual store for the consumer based on their location after examining the preliminary data is also possible. In this invention, according to the diaphragm presented in figure number one, preliminary identification of the registered user happens at each login to the software.
Entering the main environment of the program, the user can view the list of the countries which have services and business centers registered in the program. After selecting the country which can be changed in the future, the list of the countries are removed and by playing a short animation, the user will view a map of the country as well as a three-dimensional perspective of the services and business centers in the middle of the country's map. At this stage the user can enter the space of the virtual reality store by clicking on the name of the services and business center. During the preparation of the data of the services and business center, the user will watch a short animation including an overall explanation of this center. During the animation display and while entering the
main environment of the program software is connected to the server at offstage, basic information of the services and business center will be loaded in the memory of the software. This basic information will include the data relevant to the centers located at the default floor and displayed default data of other floors. Number for floors and units on each floor will be received dynamically through server and no information exists inside the program in advance. The overall structure of the present invention is such that the user, by entering their own purchase destination, enters a multi-story shopping mall whose number of floors can be added according to the needs of the structure. Each of the structures can have a unique or general format. That is, in addition to some of the structures of the buildings as shopping mall or stores, there is also a possibility of having buildings of different textures in this invention. The elevator between floors is for movement, replacement and getting information. It operates by the person entering the elevator and pressing the selected floor's button and spending a very short time for moving between floors. In this structure, in contrast to web-based structures, all the relevant information to floors is not applied when choosing the floor or entering the software structure. Rather, the relevant information of the selected floor is sent to the user from the database or server in a very limited manner and is processed so that the required information can be produced. From other floors, only the people on the floor and an overall view of the environment are shown. The most important part of the basic information is centers' three- dimensional models of data, which is switched as real-time to virtual reality space by the program engine processing it. After a short time, the user sees themselves in virtual reality environments of the default floor in the business and services center. In the first view, all the service and business units are displayed in parallel lines.

Henceforth if there is no possibility of moving forwards or sideways, the user can use graphic bottoms installed on the monitor or in case they use a personal computer they can use control keys and mouse in accordance with their direction and direction of their sight. Or the user can combine both movement and the graphic keys. Stmctures equipped with protocol and gyroscope hardware can calculate the angle in relation to sightline and also the covered distance with the help of related protocols to existing coordinates, and adjust their sightline in line with these calculations.

The user will view the semi-transparent entrance window, and will enter the virtual reality of the elevator by clicking on the entrance button. After clicking the entrance button the software will be connected to the server and will get the elevator's internal information. In the meantime, the user will watch an uploaded animation. After information being uploaded, the program's exclusive Real-time engine for processing builds three- dimensional internal space and will render three sections in three aspects of elevator's interior view. These three sections are as follows: advertisement display like a movie, the display of a commercial image, and floor's selection menu. The floor's selection menu includes several parts. The user will view a new window by clicking on the main picture this window the list of different floors off trading center will be displayed based on the type of service or trade or other devised patterns, and users can enter each flow they wish to be by clicking on the button. If the user enters a service or business unit after strolling through the floor, there would be two options. The first option would be to move the user to another applicable program through which service trading center is designed for the user's current platform. For instance, there is a possibility of moving the user to that program by creating inter-program services if a service unit has a functional program for their brand and that program can be used by the current platform of user. The second option would be to enter virtual reality environment of that service/business unit.
The most important part is the non-existence of three-dimensional structure in advance for service/ business units and their products. Moreover, it is possible that in a service/trading (business) unit several movies through installed monitors in the environment are displayed in addition to displaying the products.
The user can click on any three-dimensional model or image of the product that they approach. After user clicks on the product, a semi-transparent to window is displayed. While the product information is loading a short animation is display to the user. After the product information is received from the server information window will be displayed with different facilities. User can get access to different facilities of the product through this window. If the selection of material for the product can happen freely, in case the business unit which offers the product can supply the user may select from a monkey introduced materials or even produce their own desired material buy exclusive engine and choose it as product material In the next phase, the user can view the selected product with the selected material in real environment with the help of AR technology if three-dimensional model of the product exists and executive platform of the user supports augmented reality technology. If the executive platform of the user does not support AR technology, and the product has three-dimensional model, the user can view the product as a three-dimensional shape in virtual reality environment from different perspectives.
If the product does not have three-dimensional model, the user can view the photo gallery of the product or the services.
After the product or the service is viewed, the user can choose procedures about the product. These procedures include buying and paying operation, product delivery operation, and product introduction operation.
After the product display is done the user can come back to virtual reality environment of the trading/service unit and leave from the place defined for exit and enter the virtual reality space of service/trading center.
After the user leaves the virtual reality environment off service trading unit all the relevant data leaves the program's memory and the program will be ready for walking.
The users will get purchase gift certain amount of digital currency, YRS coin type, after purchasing a product or service from one of the units of the center
based on the definite rules stipulated by the business owners and the relation to the money they have spent for their purchase. This digital currency unit is designed based on the structure of second generation of digital currencies and upon the model of proof of stake and can be used as a monetary unit among all the business and service units who are member of all the service and trading centers supported by this program.
The users can use digital currency in all the units of trading center of the project as part of their expenses. They can also change this digital currency to other accepted currencies in the centers' exchange stores. The users not only walk through the virtual reality of service and trading center but they can also stroll around the exterior space designed within a specified territory and experience different things.
The users have two options to get access to different facilities in their profile. That is, users' section inside the software and their own exclusive panel in an online mode.
The users can acquire different abilities like digital currency trade as a result of different procedures inside the project with other members, online marketing through virtual networks for a specific service/business unit and the accomplishment of digital currency income, participation in surveys and virtual discussions about each center's units with the help of abovementioned options.
Inventive step of the present invention:
Inventive step of the present invention can be categorized in the form of the following points:
- Exclusive engine for the production of three-dimensional space for virtual reality as real-time by receiving information of three-dimensional models of environment and trading complexes and service centers.
- No limit in the number of the floors and its structure of interior and exterior architecture of training complexes and service centers.
- The possibility of selection and modification of exterior and interior architecture of three-dimensional model of business units and exclusive internal structure only through the panel for each business without the need to change the versions of the programs users own.
- Direct access of each business owner to define and place three dimensional models of products or interior and exterior images of virtual reality environment through their own specific business panel.
- The possibility of exclusive designer of a floor of trading complexes and service centers by each user from customized picture.
- Very low size software due to the non-existence of any preset three-dimensional model.
- The possibility for simultaneous application of all kinds of platforms and display system instead of gyroscope sensor.
- The possibility of moving that user to other functional programs in the same platform through inter-program services.
- Developing desired material of the product supporting this possibility by the user themselves.
- Developing exclusive digital currency applicable to all the project's business and services centers.

1. The invention of system and application for selling in virtual reality of augmented reality in the form of service and trading center including at least a part for applied programs of users in two platforms of
STANDALONE & MOBILITY applicable in Windows, IOS, android, Linux, and Mac as well as a part including at least a management dashboard of the project located at web platform in an online mode, users' control panel located at web platform in an online mode and a business control panel in service and business centers of project and a part including necessary servers for maintenance and replacement of data and information as well as an Internet platform for the reception and transmission of information and a part is input structures of users like Tablet, smartphone and any other digital structure with an ability to identify position and position change.
2. The invention of number one claim in which the identification of the user happens based on developing a connection between the user and server in telecommunication and the Internet platform.
3. The invention of number one claim in which the coordinates of the user's residency based on the country's code as well as the received location is connected to the user's personal information.
