Abstract
Description
The present invention is a process to compress and compact duly selected paper and cardboard to turn it into pellets or flakes that results in a substitute for firewood, a fire starter or substitute for ocote, with due Industrial process becoming an excellent ally of the environment and global warming, through a recycling process, in order to reach all social classes but especially the most vulnerable, which is the highest percentage worldwide that are those in extreme poverty, with our invention, we cook and food is heated, barbecues or roasts are lit, it is used for fireplaces, it can be taken to camp and the three R.s are given due use. Reuse, Reuse and Recycle.
10) Our process consists in the prior selection of any solid waste that is paper or cardboard, from cigarette packs to egg cartons that are usually discarded since they have reached their final stage of use, (fig. 1) all These materials are duly soaked for about 20 minutes and then pass to a agglomerator with a 20 HP three-phase motor at 1750 RPM, (fig. 2 A and 2 B); then it will go to the mixer with a 10 HP three-phase motor at 3300 RPM, (fig. 3); then it goes on to the compaction process with the mold to be used, with a machine with its two hydraulic cylinders which work as a pump with a flow rate of 1.5 "which transforms it to 3800 PSI with a 220 V motorcycle. 7.5 HP to 1750 RPM, by means of pulleys, it is transferred at 700 RPM to the hydraulic pump, resulting in square or round tablets (fig. 4) of the height that is needed or flakes, a product that serves as a fire starter that is the same material alone that when compacting it a single plate is made (fig. 5) and then manually and left at a suitable size for handling and that it is perfect as a fire starter or barbecues (fig. 6); then they will be taken to solar or electric dehydrators to drying them ((fig. 7) and then opening a small hole in the middle (if it is a tablet) that will allow better combustion due to the entry of oxygen, if with the flakes they will only be put in the solar or electric dehydrators for drying (fig. 8) par to finally reach the process of a bath of stearins or soy paraffins or polymers at 190 degrees centigrade, which will allow an immediate ignition to be obtained, (fig. 9) being ready for consumption (fig. 10)
