Abstract

Cette invention concerne un procédé de construction pour réparer rapidement une fissure de revêtement en béton d'une manière de type glissière, comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à : (1) prendre la fissure du béton comme ligne centrale à l'aide d'un stylo marqueur, tracer une ligne parallèle ayant une largeur de 20 cm, et tracer des cercles ayant chacun un diamètre de 20 cm sur la ligne parallèle tous les 50 cm; (2) percer des trous dans une position circulaire à l'aide d'un foret; (3) découper le béton, buriner béton dans la plage à l'aide d'un pic pneumatique, la profondeur de burinage étant égale à 1/2 à 1/3 d'une couche de béton du revêtement; et (4) nettoyer le béton buriné; mouiller une surface devant être réparée et éliminer l'eau visible; verser enfin un matériau de réparation de type ciment sulfo-alumineux (SC) agité dans un réservoir de réparation et effectuer un vibro-compactage, polir en utilisant un outil à barbes; durcir par pulvérisation d'eau après le durcissement final complet et le durcissement du matériau, et recouvrir le revêtement à l'aide d'un film mince en plastique. Le procédé de construction selon l'invention a un bon effet de réparation et peut réduire efficacement la vitesse de ré-endommagement.
