Abstract
A sheet metal blanking method (A) which enables to reduce scrap metals and the costs due to scrap metals by using scrap metals in a process that have been obtained following the necessary cutting processes in order to form and/or open sheet metals, wherein the method comprises the steps of cutting the part (C) used for blanking comprising the cutting of the edges (12) of the blanking sheet metal (11) produced from a crude layer (10) for sheet metal blanking such that it comprises retaining tabs (18) and tab slots (19) preferably similar to a zip system which continue in a row as joint supports (16) and joint support slots (17), connecting the cut off blanking edge (12) with the blanking part cutting method (C) that has an inverse symmetry such that it is fitted into the additional part (14), by a fitting method (D) which enables to obtain a structure that is durable by means of retaining tabs (18) and tab slots (19) against the drawing force applied at the horizontal axis (x).
