Abstract
L'invention concerne une feuille qui comprend des facteurs de coagulation tels que le fibrinogène et la thrombine, et qui est utilisée en tant que matériel de recouvrement de plaie, a une adhésivité élevée au tissu du corps, mais présente un problème de flexibilité et nécessite en outre un degré élevé de prudence concernant la possibilité d'une infection. Par ailleurs, un matériel de recouvrement de surface de plaie d'un matériau biolytique n'est pas problématique vis-à-vis d'une infection, mais n'a pas d'adhésivité ou de capacité hémostatique élevée et reste un dispositif hémostatique secondaire. Ce matériel de recouvrement de surface de plaie est caractérisé par le fait que : un corps de support en forme de maille et des micro-aiguilles formées sur une surface du corps de support sont inclus ; le corps de support et les micro-aiguilles sont formés à partir d'un matériau biolytique ; et le module de Young apparent est de 2,0 MPa à 2,0 GPa. Le matériel de recouvrement peut augmenter la sûreté vis-à-vis d'une infection et ne se déplace pas de la zone où le matériel de recouvrement est placé en raison de l'effet adhésif des micro-aiguilles.
