Abstract

Le domaine technique de l'invention est l'industrie de fabrication des bouteilles en plastique PET transparente, munies d'un corps à "paroi plate", fabriquées pour le marché actuel des boissons gazeuses. L'invention permet de maîtriser le gaz (CO2) contenu dans les boissons gazeuses par l'intermédiaire d'un appareil de fixation grâce à une bouteille en plastique PET transparente apte à être rappetissée/allongée dans le sens de la longueur dans l'axe vertical de façon à présenter un volume de 400-450 ml, 500 ml, 1 000 ml, 1 500 ml, 2 000 ml et allant jusqu'à 2 500 ml, ladite bouteille étant produite comme dans (2) avec un corps en forme de soufflet. Une fois qu'une certaine quantité de la boisson gazeuse a été consommée et lorsque le bouchon est ouvert, on comprime légèrement la bouteille en PET munie d'un corps en soufflet depuis le haut jusqu'à ce que le niveau de la boisson arrive à la partie supérieure du bouchon de la bouteille en PET (E) et on referme immédiatement le bouchon. De cette manière, on élimine l'air qui est entré dans la bouteille et le gaz (CO2) qui s'est échappé de la boisson. Après cette procédure, étant donné qu'aucun volume vide n'est laissé à l'intérieur de la bouteille, le gaz CO2 ne peut plus s'échapper de la boisson. Après avoir refermé le bouchon, on place la bouteille en PET sur la plate-forme concave (D) de l'appareil spécial. La longueur est ajustée de telle sorte que la "bague s'ajustant au col de la bouteille (A)", qui peut se déplacer verticalement, vers le haut-vers le bas sur (C) directement, arrive à environ 2 à 3 cm en dessous du bouchon de la bouteille, est ajustée au col de la bouteille en PET et est fixée par une attache (B). De ce manière, si la bouteille en PET en forme de soufflet est secouée pour une raison quelconque, se met à vibrer lorsqu'elle est transportée ou reçoit un choc, on évite que le gaz CO2 de la boisson ne s'échappe du fait de l'agitation de la boisson gazeuse contenue dans la bouteille et que la bouteille en PET se déplace vers le haut sous l'effet de la pression produite par celui-ci. La même procédure est répétée après chaque consommation. Ainsi, étant donné que plus aucun volume n'est laissé pour le gaz susceptible de s'échapper de la boisson, le gaz CO2 est conservé à l'intérieur de celle-ci. Cela permet de préserver les caractéristiques, la qualité et le goût des boissons gazeuses après la première ouverture du bouchon. Le but de l'invention est d'apporter une solution permettant de faciliter la mise au rebut et d'éviter le gaspillage des boissons gazeuses sans bulles dont le goût est ainsi dénaturé et/ou de pallier au problème des consommateurs qui ne peuvent pas jeter à la poubelle les boissons ayant perdu leurs caractéristiques gazeuses et leur qualité. De plus, la présente invention sert l'économie mondiale en permettant d'éviter qu'une quantité considérable de boissons gazeuses soit gaspillée dans le pays et à travers le monde et de réduire le nombre de bouteilles en PET qui sont abandonnées dans la nature au lieu d'être jetées à la poubelle. Cette bouteille en plastique PET transparente, munie d'un corps en forme de "soufflet", est produite par les mêmes techniques que les bouteilles en PET classiques connues, dont le corps présente une "paroi plate".
