Abstract

The invention (12) is a fault detection system (100) for detecting faults occurring in the heat treatment furnaces in the aluminum passenger car wheel production facilities. Which provides the (12) transport of the rims with a large number of (11) rolls. The invention has variable number of sensors that can be specified depending on the size of the furnace. The sensors (20) are located on the first (10) roll of each separately driven section of rolls (11). Mentioned sensors measure medium temperature, humidity, and revolutions per minute and send information to an analysis unit (30) that compares measurement data from sensor units (20) with predetermined tolerance values and transfers all measurement data to operator display (40), and getting characterized by including operator screen (40) that displayed about measured values which are out of tolerance.
