Description
本申请属于鞋垫技术领域,尤其涉及一种便携式加热鞋垫。
现有市面上的能够实现发热的鞋子都是在鞋子的内部设置发热电路,结构多为不可拆卸安装,该种鞋子只适合在冬天使用,使用便利性差;并且,由于发热电路设置在鞋子内,那么鞋子的内部必需设置供发热电路及相关部件的安装空间,如此就导致鞋子整体结构臃肿沉重;此外,为了避免水进入到鞋子内损坏发热电路,一般也不对鞋子进行水清洗;再者,该种结构的鞋子当其出现破损后,鞋子内的发热电路及相关部件无法回收,只能将整个鞋子扔掉,经济性差。
本申请实施例的目的在于:提供一种便携式加热鞋垫,旨在解决现有技术中具有发热功能的鞋子其发热电路固定设置导致使用便利性差的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例采用的技术方案是:
提供了一种便携式加热鞋垫,包括:
发热垫,所述发热垫内设有发热片;

本实施例中,如图2所示,所述发热垫10包括自上至下设置的第一垫层11和第二垫层12,所述第一垫层11与所述第二垫层12固定连接,所述发热片20夹设在所述第一垫层11与所述第二垫层12之间。第一垫层11和第二垫层12可以共同保护发热片20,同时也避免发热片20直接与人体的脚部接触,也使得对人体脚部的加热更加安全和可靠。
本实施例中,所述第一垫层11和所述第二垫层12均为布料层,所述第一垫层11与所述第二垫层12缝合连接或者压合连接。布料层作为第一垫层11和第二垫层12的使用可以确保质地柔软、舒适,并且,还可以通过缝合的方式和压合的方式将两层布料层固定连接,如此将发热片20限定在两层布料层之间,对发热片20起到固定的同时对发热片20起到保护的作用。
本实施例中,所述电源固定件60为口袋或者扣带,口袋或者扣带均可以固定在可调节绑带50的外侧。电源固定件60的作用是用于将移动电源80固定住,那么可以采用口袋或者扣带作为电源固定件60。例如,将移动电源80放置在口袋中,通过口袋固定住移动电源80;又例如,将移动电源80绑定在扣带上,通过扣带固定住移动电源80。
当然,在其他实施例中,电源固定件60可以是其他能够固定住移动电源80的部件,例如是具有弹性的圈带等。
本实施例中,如图1~2所示,所述发热垫10的形状与人体的前脚掌的形状相适配。具体地,发热垫10只需要对人体的前脚掌(包括脚趾头)加热即可,这样发热垫10的整体结构较小,放入鞋子100内时,只要发热垫10放置在鞋子100位于前脚掌的部位内即可,无需适配人体的后脚跟部位,能过适应更多种类和型号的鞋子100,那么可以使得本申请的便携式加热鞋垫的适用范围更广。使用时,直接将发热垫10置入到现有的鞋子100里面,使用灵活、方便。摆脱了过往移动性脚部加热必须利用鞋子100结构和鞋垫结构结合的做法,可以适用于任何鞋子100。
本实施例中,所述链接带30为条状布带,条状布带的宽度较细,这样其放置在鞋子100内时对脚掌的阻碍感很小,不会对脚后跟产生不舒适感,同时其也可以对内置在链接带30内的内部线路40起到保护的作用。
进一步地,如图3所示,所述条状布带的第一端与所述发热垫10连接、第二端沿着人体的后脚跟延伸至人体的脚腕处并与所述可调节绑带50连接。即条状布带由与发热垫10的连接处引出,经过前脚掌与后脚跟之间的凹位后,在经过前后跟引出至脚腕处,最后与可调节绑带50连接,相应地,条状布带内设置的内部线路40也如此延伸出可调节绑带50之外并在其第二端处设置电源接口70用于移动电源80电连接。
本实施例中,如图1~2所示,所述可调节绑带50包括沿长度方向设置的调节部51和固定部52,所述链接带30的第二端与所述固定部52连接并与所述固定部52呈垂直夹角,即可调节绑带50与链接带30呈垂直夹角设置,如此设计可以确保整个便携式加热鞋垫更加适配人体脚部的形状,方便可调节绑带50绑定在脚腕处。
进一步地,如图1~3所示,所述电源固定件60设置于所述固定部52的外侧,所述调节部51的外侧设有靠近所述调节部51的末端的魔术贴勾面511和靠近所述固定部52的魔术贴毛面512,所述固定部52的末端设有供所述调节部51的末端穿设回折以使所述魔术贴勾面511能够粘接于所述魔术贴毛面512上的穿孔521。具体地,将可调节绑带50缠绕在人体的脚腕出,其中,将调节部51的末端穿过固定部52的末端设置的穿孔521会回折,然后使得调节部51上设置的魔术贴勾面511与调节部51上设置的魔术贴毛面512粘接,通过调节魔术贴勾面511与魔术贴毛面512的粘接位置可以调节整个可调节绑带50的绑定的松紧度,适应固定在不同大小的脚腕上,适用范围广,且操作方便。
本实施例中,如图1~2所示,所述穿孔521的内周缘连接有固定圈522。固定圈522的设置可以避免穿孔521的内周缘的部位因为受到调节部51的绑紧力而断裂,提升产品的耐用性和提高产品的使用寿命。
优选地,所述固定圈522为塑胶圈或者金属圈。
本实施例中,如图1~3所示,所述固定部52上设有多个贯穿所述固定部52的外侧与内侧的透气孔523。具体地,透气孔523的设置可以避免因为可调节绑带50绑定在脚腕处因为无法透气而起疹子,提升可调节绑带50绑定在脚腕处的舒适性。
本实施例中,如图1~2所示,所述调节部51的宽度小于所述固定部52的宽度。调节部51主要是通过穿过穿孔521控制魔术贴勾面511粘接在魔术贴毛面512上的位置,这样将其宽度设置较小更容易操作,并且还可以较少材料设计,降低成本。
本实施例中,如图1~2所示,所述魔术贴毛面512的表面积大于所述魔术贴勾面511的表面积。如此设计可以使得可调节绑带50能够实现的可调节范围更大,即通过将魔术贴勾面511粘接在魔术贴毛面512上位置来调节可调节绑带50绑定在脚腕处的松紧度,适配对不同人的不同大小的脚腕进行绑定。

Claims (14)
- 一种便携式加热鞋垫,其特征在于:包括:发热垫,所述发热垫内设有发热片;链接带,所述链接带的第一端与所述发热垫连接,所述链接带内设有第一端与所述发热片电连接的内部线路;可调节绑带,用于绑定在脚腕上,所述可调节绑带与所述链接带的第二端连接,且所述可调节绑带的侧部设有电源固定件,所述内部线路的第二端设有电源接口,所述电源接口延伸出所述可调节绑带之外。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便携式加热鞋垫,其特征在于:所述发热片为石墨烯发热片。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便携式加热鞋垫,其特征在于:所述发热垫包括自上至下设置的第一垫层和第二垫层,所述第一垫层与所述第二垫层固定连接,所述发热片夹设在所述第一垫层与所述第二垫层之间。
- 根据权利要求3所述的便携式加热鞋垫,其特征在于:所述第一垫层和所述第二垫层均为布料层,所述第一垫层与所述第二垫层缝合连接或者压合连接。
- 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的便携式加热鞋垫,其特征在于:所述电源固定件为口袋或者扣带。
- 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的便携式加热鞋垫,其特征在于:所述发热垫的形状与人体的前脚掌的形状相适配。
- 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的便携式加热鞋垫,其特征在于:所述链接带为条状布带,所述条状布带的第一端与所述发热垫连接、第二端沿着人体的后脚跟延伸至人体的脚腕处并与所述可调节绑带连接。
- 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的便携式加热鞋垫,其特征在于:所述可调节绑带包括沿长度方向设置的调节部和固定部,所述链接带的第二端与所述固定部连接并与所述固定部呈垂直夹角,所述电源固定件设置于所述固定部的外侧,所述调节部的外侧设有靠近所述调节部的末端的魔术贴勾面和靠近所述固定部的魔术贴毛面,所述固定部的末端设有供所述调节部的末端穿设回折以使所述魔术贴勾面能够粘接于所述魔术贴毛面上的穿孔。
- 根据权利要求8所述的便携式加热鞋垫,其特征在于:所述穿孔的内周缘连接有固定圈。
- 根据权利要求9所述的便携式加热鞋垫,其特征在于:所述固定圈为塑胶圈或者金属圈。
- 根据权利要求8所述的便携式加热鞋垫,其特征在于:所述固定部上设有多个贯穿所述固定部的外侧与内侧的透气孔。
- 根据权利要求8所述的便携式加热鞋垫,其特征在于:所述调节部的宽度小于所述固定部的宽度。
- 根据权利要求8所述的便携式加热鞋垫,其特征在于:所述魔术贴毛面的表面积大于所述魔术贴勾面的表面积。
- 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的便携式加热鞋垫,其特征在于:所述便携式加热鞋垫还包括移动电源,所述移动电源固定在所述电源固定件上。
