Description
本实用新型涉及模拟吸烟技术领域,特别地,涉及一种雾化器及电子烟。
现有的雾化器,导液件一般是包裹在发热件当中,或者被发热件所包裹,无论是哪种,当导液件需要更换时,将导液件缠绕发热件或者发热件缠绕导液件都将会使操作变得复杂,因此需要提供一种便于更换导液件的雾化器。
实用新型内容
基于此,有必要提供一种便于更换导液件的雾化器及电子烟。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所要采用的技术方案是:一种雾化器,包括底座组件和连接于所述底座组件上端的上盖组件,所述底座组件包括底座、安装在所述底座内的导液件、发热件以及电极接触,所述发热件与所述底座接触,所述底座的下端设置有螺纹环,所述电极接触与所述发热件接触连接,所述电极接触与所述底座之间设置有绝缘件,所述螺纹环和所述电极接触分别用于与电源的正负极连接。
进一步地,所述发热件为发热片,所述发热件上开设有用于通气的通孔。
进一步地,所述电极接触穿设于所述底座,所述电极接触的上端穿过所述导液件与所述发热件接触,所述电极接触的下端穿出所述螺纹环。
进一步地,所述上盖组件包括连接件、设置在所述连接件内部的通气管、以及分别设置在所述通气管两端的进出气分离件和分离器,所述进出气分离件的内腔形成与所述通气管相连通的进气腔,所述连接件与所述通气管之间形成 出烟通道,所述分流器将所述进气腔与所述出烟通道连通,所述进出气分离件上开设有与所述出烟通道相连通的出烟孔。
进一步地,所述连接件上开设有第一进气孔,所述进出气分离件上对应所述第一进气孔开设有第三进气孔,所述第三进气孔与所述进气腔相连通。
进一步地,所述连接件上可转动地设置有调气环,所述调气环上对应所述第一进气孔开设有第二进气孔。
进一步地,所述分流器将所述发热件抵持在所述导液件上。
进一步地,所述雾化器还包括套管,所述套管套设于所述连接件外,所述套管与所述连接件之间形成储液腔。
进一步地,所述底座上开设有与所述储液腔相连通的进液孔,所述导液件通过所述进液孔吸收烟液。
一种电子烟,包括上述任一项所述的雾化器。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型的雾化器,发热件通过分流器抵持在导液件上,在需要更换导液件时,只需拆下底座组件,便可将发热件与导液件拆开,方便使用且操作简单。

请参阅图2和图3,上盖组件20包括上盖25、设置在上盖25上的连接件21、套设于连接件21外的调气环24、设置在连接件21内部的通气管23、分别设置在通气管23上下两端的进出气分离件22和分流器26。
连接件21大致呈两端开口的管状结构,连接件21的上端设置有用于与烟嘴组件10连接的第一内螺纹(图未标出),连接件21的中间部分径向向内凹陷,套管40套设于连接件21外,套管40与连接件21的中间凹陷部分之间形成储液腔41;连接件21的上端侧壁上开设有第一进气孔(图未示出)。
调气环24呈两端开口的筒状结构,调气环24可转动地套设于连接件21外,调气环24上对应连接件21上的第一进气孔开设有第二进气孔(图未示出)。转动调气环24可调节第一进气孔与第二进气孔的连通面积,从而调节进气气流。
进出气分离件22大致呈上端封闭、下端开口的筒状结构,进出气分离件22 固定于连接件21的内壁上,进出气分离件22的内腔形成进气腔222,进出气分离件22上对应第一进气孔开设有与进气腔222相连通的第三进气孔221,外部空气可依次通过第二进气孔、第一进气孔和第三进气孔221进入进气腔222;进出气分离件22上还开设有贯穿其上下端面的出烟孔223,在本实施方式中,出烟孔223的数量为两个,分别位于进气腔222的两侧;进出气分离件22的下端设置有用于与通气管23上端连接的第二内螺纹(图未标出)。
通气管23呈两端开口的管状结构,通气管23的上端与进出气分离件22螺纹连接;通气管23的内腔与进出气分离件22的进气腔222连通;通气管23与连接件21之间的空隙形成与进出气分离件22的出烟孔223相连通的出烟通道231,通气管23径向向外凸起或向内凹陷,使得出烟通道231为弯曲通道,烟雾在出烟通道231内流动时受到阻碍,这样能够有效防止未充分雾化的烟液直接被吸到用户口中。
分流器26大致呈两端开口的中空筒状结构,分流器26固定于通气管23的下端,分流器26的两侧分别开设有通气口261,通气口261将通气管23内腔与出烟通道231连通。
上盖25螺纹连接于连接件21外,上盖25的下端面与套管40的上端相抵持,以封闭储液腔41。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,上盖25与连接件21还可以为卡接等其他可拆卸方式连接,或者上盖25与连接件21为一体结构。
烟嘴组件10包括用于与上盖组件20连接的烟嘴座12和安装在烟嘴座12上的烟嘴11,烟嘴座12呈两端开口的中空筒状结构,烟嘴座12的下端设置有与连接件21上第一内螺纹配合的第一外螺纹,烟嘴座12与连接件21通过螺纹连接,可以理解的,在其他未示出的实施方式中,烟嘴座12与连接件21还可 以为其他可拆卸方式连接,例如卡接等。烟嘴11呈两端开口的中空筒状结构,烟嘴11固定于烟嘴座12的上端,烟嘴11通过烟嘴座12与出烟孔223连通。
底座组件30包括底座31、安装于底座31内部的导液件33、设置在导液件33上方的发热件32以及与发热件32电性连接的电极接触34。
底座31大致呈两端开口的筒状结构,底座31的上端面与套管40的下端相抵持,底座31的上端面还开设有连通储液腔41与底座31内腔的进液孔311,在本实施方式中,进液孔311呈“L”形;底座31的下端具有用于与电池组件连接的螺纹环312。
导液件33安装在底座31的内腔,储液腔41内的烟液通过进液孔311被导液件33吸收。在本实施方式中,导液件33采用导液棉,在其他未示出的实施方式中,导液件33可以采用多孔陶瓷、多孔玻璃、泡沫金属等。
在本实施方式中,发热件32为发热片,发热件32上设置有多个通孔,发热件32平铺在导液件33的上方;发热件32的侧壁与底座31的内壁相抵持,分流器26的下端抵持于发热件32上,从而将发热件32固定。
电极接触34穿设于底座31内部,电极接触34的上端穿过导液件33与发热件32电性连接,电极接触34与底座31之间设置有绝缘件35。发热件32分别通过螺纹环312和电极接触34与电池组件的正负极电性连接。
请参阅图3,图3中箭头所示方向为气流流向,外部空气通过第二进气孔、第一进气孔和第三进气孔221进入进气腔222,然后向下进入通气管23内,到达通气管23的下端通过分流器26上的两个通气口261进入出烟通道231,导液件33上的烟液受热雾化后通过发热件32上的通孔也进入出烟通道231,烟雾与空气在出烟通道231混合,然后经过出烟孔223进入烟嘴11,从而被用户吸食。
本实用新型的雾化器100,通过分流器26将发热件32抵持在导液件33上, 使发热件32与导液件33保持贴合设置,。在需要更换导液件33时,将底座组件30拆下,便可以将发热件32与导液件33拆卸,取出旧的导液件33,换上新的导液件33,再将底座组件30与套管连接即可,操作方便快捷。

- 一种雾化器,其特征在于:包括底座组件和连接于所述底座组件上端的上盖组件,所述底座组件包括底座、安装在所述底座内的导液件、发热件,所述上盖组件与所述发热件之间设有分流器,所述分流器抵持所述发热件,使所述发热件与导液件保持贴合设置,并将进入到所述雾化器的气流均匀引导至所述发热件。
- 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述发热件为发热片,所述发热件上开设有用于供雾化产生的烟雾流出的通孔。
- 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述上盖组件包括连接件、设置在所述连接件内部的通气管、以及分别设置在所述通气管两端的进出气分离件和所述分流器,所述进出气分离件的内腔形成与所述通气管相连通的进气腔,所述连接件与所述通气管之间的空间形成出烟通道,所述分流器将所述进气腔与所述出烟通道连通,所述进出气分离件上开设有与所述出烟通道相连通的出烟孔。
- 如权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件上开设有第一进气孔,所述进出气分离件上对应开设有连通所述第一进气孔的第三进气孔,所述第三进气孔与所述进气腔相连通。
- 如权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件上设置有调气环,所述调气环相对所述连接件可转动或者可滑动地设置,所述调气环上对应开设有连通所述第一进气孔的第二进气孔。
- 如权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述进出气分离件与所述通气管的上端可拆卸连接。
- 如权利要求5所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述第三进气孔贯穿所述进出气分离件的周壁,所述出烟孔贯穿所述进出气分离件的轴向两端。
- 如权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器还包括套管,所述套管套设于所述连接件外,所述套管与所述连接件之间形成储液腔。
