Description

本申请还提供了一种使用异形曲面盖板与柔性屏的贴合装置贴合异形曲面盖板与柔性屏的方法,所述贴合装置包括具有贴平壁的贴平体、两个贴合片和两个贴合片展开轮,异形曲面盖板包括平直区,所述方法包括:
将所述柔性屏的中间部分贴附在贴平体的贴平壁上,得到初装体;
将所述初装体嵌入所述异形曲面盖板的内部,以使所述异形曲面盖板的至少部分平直区与所述柔性屏相贴合;
控制两个贴合片展开轮分别在所述异形曲面盖板移动,并使对应的所述贴合片逐渐展开,从而将由所述贴平体承载的所述柔性屏压贴到所述异形曲面盖板上并与所述异形曲面盖板完全贴合。
在其中一个实施例中,所述控制两个贴合片展开轮分别在所述异形曲面盖板移动,并使对应的所述贴合片逐渐展开的步骤包括:各所述贴合片展开轮分别沿预定移动轨迹在所述异形曲面盖板的平直区表面和对应的弧钩区内表面移动,并通过碾压对应的贴合片以使所述两个贴合片在所述平直区表面和弧钩区内表面向两侧逐渐展开。
在其中一个实施例中,在将所述柔性屏的中间部分贴附在贴平体的贴平壁上之后,及在得到所述初装体之前:使所述柔性屏的两侧末端各连接一个弹性件,各所述弹性件还分别与所述贴平体连接。
在其中一个实施例中,在将所述柔性屏的中间部分贴附在贴平体的贴平壁上之前,预弯所述柔性屏。
在其中一个实施例中,在将所述柔性屏的中间部分贴附在贴平体的贴平壁上之前,在所述柔性屏上贴附用于使柔性屏和异形曲面盖板粘接在一起的贴合胶层。
在其中一个实施例中,在将所述初装体嵌入所述异形曲面盖板的内部之前,在所述异形曲面盖板的内侧面上贴附用于使柔性屏和异形曲面盖板粘接在一起的贴合胶层。
在其中一个实施例中,所述贴平壁上具有若干个真空吸附孔;将所述柔性屏的中间部分贴附在贴平体的贴平壁上的步骤包括:将所述柔性屏的中间部分采用真空吸附的方式吸附在所述贴平壁上,然后通过压合的方式将所述柔性屏贴附在所述贴平壁上。
上述贴合方法,可以避免柔性屏与异形曲面盖板的边缘接触,以实现柔性屏与异形曲面盖板的弧钩区的贴附。另外,上述贴合方法还可以对柔性屏的不 同区域进行分布贴合,以充分对异形曲面盖板的弧钩区进行贴合,进一步提高贴合效果。
应用本申请技术方案的贴合装置,可以使柔性屏与异形曲面盖板完全贴合。另外,通过弹性件一端与贴平体连接,另一端与柔性屏末端连接的方式,避免柔性屏与异形曲面盖板的边缘接触,以实现柔性屏与异形曲面盖板的弧钩区的贴附。另外,利用上述贴合装置,可以对柔性屏的不同区域进行分布贴合,以充分对异形曲面盖板的弧钩区进行贴合,进一步提高贴合效果。

为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“设置于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的,并不表示是唯一的实施方式。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本申请的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本申请的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体地实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本申请。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
如图1至图5所示,本申请一实施例的异形曲面盖板与柔性屏的贴合装置100,用于将柔性屏2贴合到异形曲面盖板3的内侧面。其中,异形曲面盖板3包括呈平面状的平直区31、以及位于平直区31的相对两侧边且与平直区31平滑过渡的弧钩区33。换言之,平直区31位于中间位置,相对的两侧边处各有一个向回弯折形成的弧钩区33。优选地,本实施例中,弧钩区33呈与平直区31相切的半圆状。需要说明的是,本实施例中,平直区31的相对两侧边是虚拟边缘,也是平直区31与弧钩区33的虚拟分界线。
异形曲面盖板3与柔性屏2的贴合装置100包括:贴平体110,两个贴合片130,分别位于两个贴合片130内侧的两个贴合片展开轮150。另外,在优选方案中,该贴合装置100还可以包括图中所示的两个弹性件170。
其中贴平体110包括与异形曲面盖板3的部分平直区结构匹配的贴平壁111。贴平壁111适于承载柔性屏,用以将异形曲面盖板3的部分平直区31与柔性屏2相贴合。贴平壁111沿贴合片展开轮150轴向的长度大于或等于柔性屏2和异形曲面盖板3各自沿贴合片展开轮150轴向的长度,从而能够使得柔性屏2和异形曲面盖板3更好的贴合。
两个贴合片130布置于贴平体110的相对两侧。优选地,两个贴合片130的结构大体相同,且对称地布置于贴平体110的相对两侧边。各贴合片130的第一端为与贴平体110连接的固定端131,贴合片130的与固定端131相对的第二端可向内(向贴平体110方向)卷曲。可以理解,贴合片130还可以在外力作用下向远离贴平体110的方向展开。当贴合片130展开时,贴合片130和贴平壁111所形成的用于和柔性屏2接触的表面在二者的衔接处平滑过渡,从而可以保证柔性屏2能与异形曲面盖板3内侧持续贴合。
优选地,贴合片130可以是具有卷曲形状记忆功能的弹性材料片,如橡胶片等。橡胶片等弹性材料具有一定的柔韧性,可以有效避免刮伤柔性屏2。贴合片130也可以是缠绕在贴合片展开轮150(或者称为贴合片展开辊子)上的膜式贴合片,随着贴合片展开轮150的转动和移动,实现贴合片的展开与卷曲。当然,贴合片130的构型不限于此,只要能够适用于本申请的贴合装置且不刮伤柔性屏即可。
两个贴合片展开轮150位于两个贴合片130之间,贴合片展开轮150与贴合片130一一对应。各贴合片展开轮150可以分别沿预定移动轨迹在异形曲面盖板3的平直区表面和对应的弧钩区33内表面移动,并通过碾压对应的贴合片130,驱使贴合片130在平直区表面和对应的弧钩区内表面逐渐展开,以将贴平体110承载的柔性屏2压贴到异形曲面盖板3上。可以理解,贴合片展开轮150碾压在各贴合片130的背对柔性屏2的表面上。
优选地,贴合片展开轮150的预定移动轨迹可以通过另外设置的贴合片展开轮滑轨(图中未示出)来限定,贴合片展开轮150由贴合片展开轮滑轨支承,贴合片展开轮150可在动力机构(图中未示出)驱动下沿贴合片展开轮滑轨移动。动力机构例如为电机,如此能更好的控制贴合片展开轮150的运动方向、运动速度、运动时间等,从而能够更好的完成柔性屏2与异形曲面盖板3的贴合。贴合片展开轮150沿自身轴向的长度例如与贴合片150沿贴合片展开轮150轴向的长度适配,且均大于或等于柔性屏2和异形曲面盖板3各自沿贴合片展开轮150轴向的长度,从而能够使得柔性屏2和异形曲面盖板3更好的贴合。
可以理解,当贴合片130是具有卷曲形状记忆功能的弹性材料片时,在贴合片展开轮150不碾压贴合片130的情况下,贴合片130即可自动回复卷曲形状。当贴合片130是缠绕在贴合片展开轮150(或者称为贴合片展开辊子)上的膜式贴合片时,通过驱动贴合片展开轮150反向转动和移动,即可使贴合片恢复缠绕在贴合片展开轮150上的卷曲形状。
为不干涉各贴合片130在不被贴合片展开轮150碾压时的自然卷曲收缩,优选地,贴平体110上设置有用于收容贴合片展开轮150的避让空间。具体地,本实施例中,贴平体110两端均设有用于收容对应的贴合片展开轮150且供贴合片展开轮150向两侧移动以能够从贴平体110移出的移动通道113,此处移动通道113即为避让空间。当然,若贴平体110仅具有贴平壁111时,贴合片展开轮150可位于贴平壁111的背向异形曲面盖板3的侧面上,并距离贴合片130一定的距离。再或者,当贴平体110实施为具有贴平壁111的框架结构,且贴平体110在贴合片展开轮150轴向方向的长度大于贴合片展开轮150轴向方向的长度时,贴合片展开轮150也可直接位于贴平壁111的背向异形曲面盖板3的 侧面上,并距离对应的贴合片130一定的距离。
各弹性件170的一端用于与贴平体110连接,另一端用于与柔性屏2的不同末端连接。即,柔性屏2的每一个末端与贴平体110之间可以分别设置一个弹性件170。通过设置弹性件,可以避免柔性屏2在与异形曲面盖板3贴合的过程中,因柔性屏2的边缘不受控制而与其他临近的物体发生接触。
优选地,贴合片展开轮150的直径与贴合片130在卷曲状态下的外径的比值的范围为1/4至1/2,从而可以顺畅的使两个贴合片130分别向两侧逐渐展开。需要说明的是,此处贴合片130在卷曲状态下的外径包括贴合片130存在卷曲情况的任何状态。即贴合片130在向外展开的过程中,只要贴合片130存在卷曲的状态,贴合片展开轮150的直径与贴合片130卷曲部分的外径的比值均落在该范围内。
本实施例中,贴平壁111上具有若干个真空吸附孔(图中未示出)。另外,该贴合装置100还可以包括用于向真空吸附孔提供负压的负压系统,从而可以通过真空吸附的方式将柔性屏很好的贴附在贴平体110上,进而提高贴平壁111对应区域的柔性屏2与异形曲面盖板3的平直区31的贴合效果。
本实施例中,弹性件170优选地为弹性胶带,弹性胶带的一端直接与贴平体110粘接固定,另一端与柔性屏2的末端粘接固定,操作方便。
在另外的实施例中,弹性件170可以通过双面胶与柔性屏2固定连接。一方面,使用双面胶进行粘结,不会损伤柔性屏2。另一方面,完成柔性屏2和异形曲面盖板3的贴合后,可以很容易的将双面胶从柔性屏2上去除。另外,即使不能将双面胶完全从柔性屏2上去除,残余的双面胶也不会影响柔性屏2的显示。
本申请提供的贴合装置,通过控制贴合片展开轮150的移动轨迹,可以使贴合片展开轮150在各种尺寸的弧钩区内表面上移动以展开并碾压贴合片130,从而将位于贴合片130与异形曲面盖板3之间的柔性屏2充分贴合到异形曲面盖板3上,实现柔性屏2与异形曲面盖板3的弧钩区33的贴附。另外,利用上述贴合装置100,可以对柔性屏2的不同区域进行分布贴合,以充分对异形曲面盖板3的弧钩区33进行贴合,进一步提高贴合效果。
本申请还提供了使用异形曲面盖板与柔性屏的贴合装置贴合异形曲面盖板与柔性屏的方法,贴合装置100可以参考上文所述,贴合装置100包括具有贴平壁111的贴平体110、两个贴合片130和两个贴合片展开轮150,异形曲面盖板3包括平直区31;该方法包括如下步骤:
S1、将柔性屏2的中间部分贴附在贴平体110的贴平壁111上,得到初装体1000;
S2、将初装体1000嵌入异形曲面盖板3的内部,以使异形曲面盖板3的至少部分平直区31与柔性屏2相贴合;
S3、控制两个贴合片展开轮150分别在异形曲面盖板3移动,并使对应的贴合片130逐渐展开,从而将由贴平体110承载的柔性屏2压贴到异形曲面盖板3上并与异形曲面盖板3完全贴合。
优选地,控制两个贴合片展开轮150分别在异形曲面盖板3移动,并使对应的贴合片130逐渐展开的步骤包括:各贴合片展开轮150分别沿预定移动轨迹在异形曲面盖板3的平直区31表面和对应的弧钩区33内表面移动,并通过碾压对应的贴合片130以使两个贴合片130在平直区31表面和弧钩区33内表面向两侧逐渐展开。
其中,柔性屏2优选为柔性OLED屏。当然,可以理解的是,柔性屏2还可以是其它柔性屏。
另外,在步骤S1中,在将柔性屏2的中间部分贴附在贴平体110的贴平壁111上之后,在得到初装体1000之前,还可以使柔性屏2的两侧末端各连接一个弹性件170,各弹性件170还分别与贴平体110连接。
另外,在步骤S1之前,也即,在将柔性屏2的中间部分贴附在贴平体110的贴平壁111上之前,还可以在柔性屏2上贴附用于使柔性屏2和异形曲面盖板3粘接在一起的贴合胶层4。贴合胶层4优选为OCA胶层。贴合胶层4亦可以选自其它适用的贴合胶。需要注意的是,在步骤S2前,需要将贴合胶层4的离型膜撕除。
贴合胶层4用于将柔性屏2和异形曲面盖板3以粘接的方式贴合,因此也可以将贴合胶层4预贴在异形曲面盖板3的内侧面上,此时无需在柔性屏2上 预贴贴合胶层。在异形曲面盖板3上的内侧面上贴附贴合胶层4的步骤只要发生在将初装体1000嵌入异形曲面盖板3的内部之前即可。
另外,在将柔性屏2贴附在贴平体110之前,优选地将柔性屏2预弯,再将预弯后的柔性屏2的中间部分贴附在贴平体110的贴平壁上。
可以通过按压贴平体110的方式,实现贴附在贴平壁111上的柔性屏2与异形曲面盖板3的平直区31贴合。当然也可以通过移动异形曲面盖板3的方式,实现贴附在贴平壁111上的柔性屏2与异形曲面盖板3的平直区31贴合。
另外,在步骤S1中,将柔性屏2贴附在贴平体110上的方式例如为真空吸附的方式。具体地,贴平壁111上具有若干个真空吸附孔,采用真空吸附的方式将柔性屏2的中间部分贴附在贴平体的贴平壁111上。具体地,将柔性屏采用真空吸附的方式吸附在贴平体110的贴平壁111上,然后通过压合的方式将柔性屏2贴附在贴平体110的贴平壁111上。优选地,真空吸附的吸附压力为-60kpa至-80kpa,更优选地为-80kpa。
另外,为防止贴合过程中异形曲面盖板3的移动而导致贴合失败,可以在步骤S2之前将异形曲面盖板3固定,或将异形曲面盖板3固定在运动可控的装置上。优选地,可以将异形曲面盖板3固定在具有固定槽的载台上。更优选地,载台为硅胶材料制成,可以有效缓解作用在异形曲面盖板3和柔性屏2上的应力。
优选的,在步骤S2中,在部分异形曲面盖板3的平直区31与柔性屏2贴合的步骤前,对柔性屏2与异形曲面盖板3之间的区域抽真空,或步骤S2在真空环境下进行操作,从而更好的防止该区域的柔性屏2与异形曲面盖板3在贴合过程中产生气泡的情况。
上述贴合方法,可以避免柔性屏2与异形曲面盖板3的边缘接触,能够实现柔性屏2与异形曲面盖板3的弧钩区33的贴附。另外,上述贴合方法可以对柔性屏2的不同区域进行分布贴合,以充分对异形曲面盖板3的弧钩区33进行贴合,进一步提高贴合效果。
以上实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普 通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (20)
- 一种异形曲面盖板与柔性屏的贴合装置,其中,异形曲面盖板包括平直区、以及位于所述平直区的相对两侧边且与所述平直区平滑过渡的弧钩区;该异形曲面盖板与柔性屏的贴合装置包括:贴平体,具有贴平壁;所述贴平壁适于承载柔性屏,以使所述柔性屏与所述异形曲面盖板的部分平直区相贴合;两个贴合片,布置于所述贴平体的相对两侧边;各所述贴合片的第一端连接至所述贴平体,各所述贴合片的与所述第一端相对的第二端可向所述贴平体方向卷曲;位于所述两个贴合片之间的并与所述两个贴合片对应的两个贴合片展开轮,各所述贴合片展开轮分别在所述异形曲面盖板移动,并使对应的所述贴合片逐渐展开,从而将由所述贴平体承载的柔性屏压贴到所述异形曲面盖板上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的异形曲面盖板与柔性屏的贴合装置,其中,所述各所述贴合片展开轮分别在所述异形曲面盖板移动,并使对应的所述贴合片逐渐展开包括:各所述贴合片展开轮分别沿预定移动轨迹在所述异形曲面盖板的平直区表面和对应的弧钩区内表面移动,并通过碾压对应的贴合片以使所述两个贴合片在所述平直区表面和弧钩区内表面向两侧逐渐展开。
- 根据权利要求1所述的异形曲面盖板与柔性屏的贴合装置,其中,还包括两个弹性件,各所述弹性件的一端与所述贴平体连接,另一端用于连接至所述柔性屏的末端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的异形曲面盖板与柔性屏的贴合装置,其中,所述贴合片展开时,所述贴合片和所述贴平壁所形成的用于和所述柔性屏接触的表面在二者衔接处平滑过渡,所述两个贴合片对称地布置于所述贴平体的相对两侧边。
- 根据权利要求2所述的异形曲面盖板与柔性屏的贴合装置,其中,还包括限定出所述预定移动轨迹的贴合片展开轮滑轨;所述贴合片展开轮由所述贴合片展开轮滑轨支承,并可在动力机构驱动下沿所述贴合片展开轮滑轨移动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的异形曲面盖板与柔性屏的贴合装置,其中,所述 贴合片展开轮的直径与所述贴合片在卷曲状态下的外径的比值的范围为1/4至1/2。
- 根据权利要求1所述的异形曲面盖板与柔性屏的贴合装置,其中,在由所述贴合片展开轮的轴向方向所限定的方向上,所述贴平壁的长度大于或等于所述柔性屏的长度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的异形曲面盖板与柔性屏的贴合装置,其中,所述贴合片为具有卷曲形状记忆功能的弹性材料片。
- 根据权利要求1所述的异形曲面盖板与柔性屏的贴合装置,其中,所述贴平壁上具有若干个真空吸附孔。
- 根据权利要求9所述的异形曲面盖板与柔性屏的贴合装置,其中,还包括用于向所述真空吸附孔提供负压的负压系统。
- 根据权利要求3所述的异形曲面盖板与柔性屏的贴合装置,其中,所述弹性件为弹性胶带。
- 根据权利要求11所述的异形曲面盖板与柔性屏的贴合装置,其中,所述弹性件与所述柔性屏的末端粘接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的异形曲面盖板与柔性屏的贴合装置,其中,所述贴平体两端均设有用于收容对应的所述贴合片展开轮且供所述贴合片展开轮向两侧移动以从所述贴平体移出的移动通道。
- 一种使用异形曲面盖板与柔性屏的贴合装置贴合异形曲面盖板与柔性屏的方法,所述贴合装置包括具有贴平壁的贴平体、两个贴合片和两个贴合片展开轮,异形曲面盖板包括平直区,所述方法包括:将所述柔性屏的中间部分贴附在贴平体的贴平壁上,得到初装体;将所述初装体嵌入所述异形曲面盖板的内部,以使所述异形曲面盖板的至少部分平直区与所述柔性屏相贴合;控制两个贴合片展开轮分别在所述异形曲面盖板移动,并使对应的所述贴合片逐渐展开,从而将由所述贴平体承载的所述柔性屏压贴到所述异形曲面盖板上并与所述异形曲面盖板完全贴合。
- 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,所述控制两个贴合片展开轮分别 在所述异形曲面盖板移动,并使对应的所述贴合片逐渐展开的步骤包括:各所述贴合片展开轮分别沿预定移动轨迹在所述异形曲面盖板的平直区表面和对应的弧钩区内表面移动,并通过碾压对应的贴合片以使所述两个贴合片在所述平直区表面和弧钩区内表面向两侧逐渐展开。
- 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,在将所述柔性屏的中间部分贴附在贴平体的贴平壁上之后,及在得到所述初装体之前:使所述柔性屏的两侧末端各连接一个弹性件,各所述弹性件还分别与所述贴平体连接。
- 根据权利要求14所述的异形曲面盖板与柔性屏的贴合方法,其中,在将所述柔性屏的中间部分贴附在贴平体的贴平壁上之前,预弯所述柔性屏。
- 根据权利要求14所述的异形曲面盖板与柔性屏的贴合方法,其中,在将所述柔性屏的中间部分贴附在贴平体的贴平壁上之前,在所述柔性屏上贴附用于使柔性屏和异形曲面盖板粘接在一起的贴合胶层。
- 根据权利要求14所述的异形曲面盖板与柔性屏的贴合方法,其中,在将所述初装体嵌入所述异形曲面盖板的内部之前,在所述异形曲面盖板的内侧面上贴附用于使柔性屏和异形曲面盖板粘接在一起的贴合胶层。
- 根据权利要求14所述的异形曲面盖板与柔性屏的贴合方法,其中,所述贴平壁上具有若干个真空吸附孔;所述将所述柔性屏的中间部分贴附在贴平体的贴平壁上,包括:将所述柔性屏的中间部分采用真空吸附的方式吸附在所述贴平壁上,然后通过压合的方式将所述柔性屏贴附在所述贴平壁上。
