技术领域
本公开涉及灯具技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种智能灯丝灯。
背景技术
随着灯具的技术不断提高,智能灯具得到广泛的应用。现有的灯丝灯功能比较单一,其电路板主要是其稳压限位流的作用,所以电路元器件比较少,能安装在灯头内。但是智能灯具由于功能比较多,所以其电路板上的电路元器件比较多,难以放入灯头内。因此,需要合理利用灯头的空间。
发明内容
本公开的目的包括,例如,提供了一种智能灯丝灯,以解决现有智能灯丝灯电路板难以放入灯头内的问题。
本公开的实施例是这样实现的:
本公开的实施例提供了一种智能灯丝灯,包括灯头、带灯丝的球泡灯罩以及电路板,所述球泡灯罩安装在所述灯头上,所述电路板与灯丝电连接并安装在所述灯头内,所述电路板包括电路底板和至少一块智能模块板,所述智能模块板安装于所述电路底板上。
可选的,所述电路底板上开设有安装孔,所述智能模块板上设有定位块,所述智能模块板通过所述定位块插入所述安装孔内安装在所述电路底板上。
可选的,所述智能模块板靠近所述定位块的一端设置有抵接块,以使所述定位块插入所述安装孔内后,所述抵接块抵住所述电路底板。
可选的,所述安装孔呈条形孔,所述电路底板呈圆形,所述条形孔沿所述电路底板的径向设置。
可选的,所述电路底板的中心位置设置有圆形的通孔,所述抵接块不遮挡所述通孔或所述抵接块遮挡所述通孔的部分。
可选的,所述安装孔与所述通孔不连通。

如图1和图2所示,本实施例提供的一种智能灯丝灯,包括灯头10、带灯丝1的球泡灯罩20以及电路板30,球泡灯罩20安装在灯头10上,电路板30与灯丝1电连接并安装在灯头10内,电路板30包括电路底板31和至少一块智能模块板32,智能模块板32垂直安装于电路底板31上。
电路底板31沿灯头10的横向设置,智能模块板32沿灯头10的纵向放置,合理利用灯头10的空间,使灯头10同时容纳电路底板31和智能模块板32,在不增加灯头10体积的同时,实现扩大灯丝灯的功能,例如智能模块板32可以为蓝牙模块板,也可以为wifi模块板。
如图3所示,电路底板31上开设有安装孔33,智能模块板32上设有定位块34,智能模块板32通过定位块34插入安装孔33内安装在电路底板31上,这种安装方式简单、稳定。
该智能模块板32靠近定位块34的一端设置有抵接块,以使定位块34插入安装孔33后,该抵接块抵住电路底板31。这样方便将智能模块板32插入安装孔33后实现稳定的定位。或者该安装孔33为盲孔,定位块34插入后直接实现了相对位置的固定。
结合图2和图3,本实施例中,电路底板31呈圆形,安装孔33呈条形孔,条形孔沿电路底板31的径向设置。这样有利于当智能模块板32安装后,整体 的尺寸较小,集成度较高。
该电路底板31的中心位置设置有圆形的通孔,抵接块不遮挡通孔或抵接块遮挡通孔的部分。
可以理解的,该圆形的通孔用于一些线路的穿设或安装灯丝1,该抵接块可以部分遮挡通孔,也可以完全不遮挡通孔。
安装孔33与通孔不连通。通过两者的不连通设置,可以保证电路底板31的强度,以提高使用寿命。
其中,电路底板31上主要安装与电源相关的电子元器件,智能模块板32上主要安装与控制相关的电子元器件。例如智能模块板32上安装无线控制电路,可通过无线遥控对灯具进行控制,使用方便。
可以理解的,电路底板31配置成安装与电源部件电连接的第一电子元器件,智能模块板32配置成安装与控制部件电连接的第二电子元器件。
并且,第一电子元器件和第二电子元器件均位于电路底板31的同一侧。
在本实施例中,智能模块板32为一块,其他实施例中,数量可根据实际需要进行设置,比如可以为两块、三块或者更多。
智能模块板32上设有与灯头10的内壁轮廓相配合的缺口35,这样智能模块板32就不会与灯头10出现干涉的问题。
具体的,该智能模块板32呈方形,智能模块板32的端部设置有倾斜的端面,端面的部分形成缺口35。该缺口35类似于倒角部分,这样可以很好的适 配灯头10的内壁轮廓,当然了,弧形的缺口形状也是可以的。
灯头10上开设有螺纹孔(图未示),通过螺钉2拧入螺纹孔以顶紧智能模块板32。灯丝1由LED灯包裹荧光粉制成,节能环保。其中,电路底板31呈圆形,智能模块板32呈方形,以适应灯头10的内部空间。
本实施例中提供了一种智能灯丝灯,其包括灯头10、带灯丝1的球泡灯罩20以及电路板30,球泡灯罩20安装在灯头10上,电路板30与灯丝1电连接并安装在灯头10内,电路板30包括电路底板31和至少一块智能模块板32,电路底板31上开设有安装孔33,智能模块板32上设有定位块34,智能模块板32通过定位块34插入安装孔33内安装在电路底板31上,智能模块板32垂直安装于电路底板31,电路底板31沿灯头10的横向设置,智能模块板32沿灯头10的纵向设置,以使灯头10同时容纳电路底板31和智能模块板32,智能模块板32上设有与灯头10的内壁轮廓相配合的缺口35,灯头10上开设有螺纹孔,通过螺钉2拧入螺纹孔以顶紧智能模块板32。
在一个实施例中:
请参考图1:该智能灯丝灯包括灯头10、带灯丝1的球泡灯罩20以及电路板30,球泡灯罩20安装在灯头10上,电路板30与灯丝1电连接并安装在灯头10内。电路板30包括电路底板31和智能模块板32,智能模块板32安装在电路底板31上,并且,电路底板31和智能模块板32同时容纳在灯头10内,球泡灯罩20安装在灯头10上从而将灯丝1、电路底板31和智能模块板32包覆在内。
请参考图2和图3:电路底板31呈圆形,电路底板31上设置有安装孔33,安装孔33为条形孔,其沿电路底板31的径向设置,智能模块板32呈方形, 其端部设置有缺口35,以配合灯头10的内壁轮廓,智能模块板32的一端设置有定位块34和抵接块,定位块34插入安装孔33,同时抵接块抵住电路底板31,从而将智能模块板32相对固定在电路底板31上。并且,通过在灯头10上开设螺纹孔,通过螺钉2拧入螺纹孔内,其端部抵住智能模块板32从而将其抵紧在电路底板31上。

综上所述,本公开提供了一种智能灯丝灯,其结构紧凑,可以合理利用灯头的空间,可以扩大灯丝灯的功能。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种智能灯丝灯,包括灯头、带灯丝的球泡灯罩以及电路板,所述球泡灯罩安装在所述灯头上,所述电路板与灯丝电连接并安装在所述灯头内,其特征在于,所述电路板包括电路底板和至少一块智能模块板,所述智能模块板安装于所述电路底板上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能灯丝灯,其特征在于,所述电路底板上开设有安装孔,所述智能模块板上设有定位块,所述智能模块板通过所述定位块插入所述安装孔内安装在所述电路底板上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能灯丝灯,其特征在于,所述智能模块板靠近所述定位块的一端设置有抵接块,以使所述定位块插入所述安装孔内后,所述抵接块抵住所述电路底板。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的智能灯丝灯,其特征在于,所述安装孔呈条形孔,所述电路底板呈圆形,所述条形孔沿所述电路底板的径向设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的智能灯丝灯,其特征在于,所述电路底板的中心位置设置有圆形的通孔,所述抵接块不遮挡所述通孔或所述抵接块遮挡所述通孔的部分。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的智能灯丝灯,其特征在于,所述安装孔与所述通孔不连通。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的智能灯丝灯,其特征在于,所述智能模块板垂直安装于所述电路底板,所述电路底板沿所述灯头的横向设置,所述智能模块板沿所述灯头的纵向设置,以使所述灯头同时容纳所述电路底板和所述智能模块板。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的智能灯丝灯,其特征在于,所述电路底板配置成安装与电源部件电连接的第一电子元器件,所述智能模块板配置成安装与控制部件电连接的第二电子元器件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的智能灯丝灯,其特征在于,所述第一电子元器件和所述第二电子元器件均位于所述电路底板的同一侧。
  10. 根据权利要求2-6任一项所述的智能灯丝灯,其特征在于,所述智能模块板上设有与所述灯头的内壁轮廓相配合的缺口。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的智能灯丝灯,其特征在于,所述智能模块板呈方形,所述智能模块板的端部设置有倾斜的端面,所述端面的部分形成所述缺口。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的智能灯丝灯,其特征在于,所述灯头上开设有螺纹孔,通过螺钉拧入所述螺纹孔以顶紧所述智能模块板。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12任一项所述的智能灯丝灯,其特征在于,所述灯丝由LED灯包裹荧光粉制成。
  14. 根据权利要求1-13任一项所述的智能灯丝灯,其特征在于,所述电路底板呈圆形,所述智能模块板呈方形。
  15. 根据权利要求1-14任一项所述的智能灯丝灯,其特征在于,所述智能模块板为蓝牙模块板。
  16. 一种智能灯丝灯,其特征在于,包括灯头、带灯丝的球泡灯罩以及电路板,所述球泡灯罩安装在所述灯头上,所述电路板与灯丝电连接并安装在所述灯头内,所述电路板包括电路底板和至少一块智能模块板,所述电路底板上开设有安装孔,所述智能模块板上设有定位块,所述智能模块板通过所述定位 块插入所述安装孔内安装在所述电路底板上,所述智能模块板垂直安装于所述电路底板,所述电路底板沿所述灯头的横向设置,所述智能模块板沿所述灯头的纵向设置,以使所述灯头同时容纳所述电路底板和所述智能模块板,所述智能模块板上设有与所述灯头的内壁轮廓相配合的缺口,所述灯头上开设有螺纹孔,通过螺钉拧入所述螺纹孔以顶紧所述智能模块板。
