Description
本发明涉及电子吸烟装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种复合加热型烤烟器和复合加热方法。
传统吸烟是通过用明火点燃烟草,烟草燃烧产生烟雾以供吸烟者吸食。烟草燃烧产生的烟雾通常会含有多种有害物质,因而,传统烟草不但给吸烟者造成严重的呼吸系统疾病,还容易带来二手烟危害。
目前市场销售的香烟烤烟器,一种为侧面环形加热,一种为空气加热,环形加热在上下两端加热不充分,口感不柔和,而空气加热是把冷空气加热后对烟支进行蒸发,加热充分,但容易把烟支里面的尼古丁快速蒸发,难以满足用户长时间吸食的习惯。
因此,如何让使用者体验到真烟的味道,同时解决现有的烤烟器蒸发不充分或蒸发太快的缺陷,是目前烤烟器亟待解决的问题。
本申请的目的是解决现有技术中的缺陷,提供了一种复合加热型烤烟器。
本申请实施例提供了一种复合加热型烤烟器,包括壳体,所述壳体一端设置有开口、内部设置有与所述开口连通的固定筒,所述固定筒远离所述开口的一端依次设置有互相连通的加热腔体和气流加热管,所述气流加热管由所述加热腔体朝向远离所述开口的方向径向收缩形成;
香烟一端沿所述开口依次插入所述固定筒和加热腔体并抵持于所述加热腔体远离所述开口一端的端壁,所述香烟的另一端从所述开口伸出所述壳体外以供用户吸食;
所述气流加热管外套设有发热组件,所述发热组件用于对所述气流加热管内部即将流至香烟的空气进行加热,并传递热量至所述加热腔体以对香烟的外周壁进行加热;或者所述气流加热管与所述加热腔体外均套设有发热组件,所述发热组件用于同时对所述加热腔体和气流加热管进行加热,以实现对香烟的复合式加热。
优选地,所述加热腔体包括第一加热筒以及设置于所述第一加热筒和所述固定筒之间的至少一个第二加热筒,所述气流加热管由所述第一加热筒朝向远离所述开口的方向径向收缩形成;
所述加热腔体还包括连接于所述第一加热筒和所述第二加热筒之间的第一连接筒以及连接于所述第二加热筒和所述固定筒之间的第二连接筒。
优选地,所述第一加热筒靠近所述第二加热筒的一端内周壁设置有第一限位台阶,所述第二加热筒靠近所述第一加热筒的一端内周壁设置有第二限位台阶,所述第一连接筒的两端外壁分别抵接于所述第一限位台阶和第二限位台阶,以使所述第一加热筒和所述第二加热筒间隔连接。
优选地,所述发热组件包括套设于所述气流加热管外的第一发热件以及套设于所述第二加热筒外的第二发热件;
所述第一发热件用于对所述气流加热管内部的即将流至香烟的空气进行加热,并传递热量至所述第一加热筒以对香烟的部分外周壁进行加热,所述第二发热件用于对所述第二加热筒进行加热以对香烟的另一部分外周壁进行加热,从而实现对香烟的复合多段加热。
优选地,所述加热腔体包括与第一加热筒以及连接于所述第一加热筒和固定筒之间的第二连接筒,所述气流加热管由所述第一加热筒朝向远离所述开口的方向径向收缩形成。
优选地,所述发热组件包括套设于所述气流加热管外的第一发热件;
所述第一发热件用于对所述气流加热管内部的即将流至香烟的空气进行加热,并传递热量至所述第一加热筒以对香烟的部分外周壁进行加热,从而实现对香烟的复合加热。
优选地,所述发热组件包括套设于所述气流加热管外的第一发热件以及套设于所述第一加热筒外的第二发热件;
所述第一发热件用于对所述气流加热管内部的即将流至香烟的空气进行加热,所述第二发热件用于对所述第一加热筒进行直接加热以对香烟的另一部分外周壁进行加热,从而实现对香烟的复合加热。
优选地,所述第一发热件外间隔套设有第一隔热筒,所述固定筒靠近所述加热腔体的一端外壁套设有第一固定支架,所述第一固定支架部分朝向所述加热腔体方向延伸形成若干第一夹持臂,所述若干第一夹持臂内夹持有第二隔热筒,以使所述第二隔热筒间隔套设于所述发热组件、所述加热腔体以及所述第一隔热筒外;
所述第二隔热筒远离所述第一固定支架的一端设置有第二固定支架,所述第二固定支架部分朝向所述加热腔体方向延伸形成若干第二夹持臂,所述第二夹持臂夹持于所述第二隔热筒远离所述第一固定支架的一端外壁;
所述第一隔热筒一端抵接于所述加热腔体远离所述开口的外端壁,另一端抵接于所述第二固定支架朝向所述开口方向的内端壁。
优选地,所述第二固定支架中心开设有通孔,进气管穿过所述通孔与所述气流加热管连接;
所述第一隔热筒与所述第一发热件之间形成第一隔热空间,所述第一固定支架、第二隔热筒以及所述第二固定支架围合形成一隔热壳体,所述隔热壳体与容纳于其内部的发热组件、加热腔体以及第一隔热筒之间形成有第二隔热空间。
优选地,所述壳体远离所述开口的一端可拆卸设置有底盖,所述底盖上开设有用于使空气进入壳体内部的第一进气孔;
所述底盖和所述第二固定支架之间设置有固定件,所述固定件开设有第二进气孔,所述远离所述开口的一端延伸出所述通孔外并插设于所述第二进气孔内,所述第一进气孔、第二进气孔、进气管以及所述气流加热管依次连通形成进气通道S1。
优选地,所述气流加热管、第一加热筒均为导热材料制作,所述第二连接筒、第一隔热筒、第二隔热筒、第一固定支架、第二固定支架以及所述固定筒均为隔热材料制作。
本发明还提供了一种采用上述复合加热型烤烟器的复合加热方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将香烟沿开口依次插设入固定筒和加热腔体内并使其抵持于所述加热腔体远离所述开口一端的端壁;
S2、控制第二发热件加热第二加热筒,对烟支进行加热;
S3、控制第一发热件加热气流加热管,以加热即将流至香烟的空气,同时使气流加热管的热量传递至第一加热筒,烘烤剩余的香烟,并实现对香烟的复合多段加热。
本发明还提供了一种采用上述复合加热型烤烟器的复合加热方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将香烟沿开口依次插设入固定筒和加热腔体内并使其抵持于所述加热腔体远离所述开口一端的端壁;
S2、控制第一发热件加热气流加热管,以加热即将流至香烟的空气,同时使气流加热管的热量传递至第一加热筒,对香烟进行复合式加热。
本发明还提供了一种采用上述复合加热型烤烟器的复合加热方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将香烟沿开口依次插设入固定筒和加热腔体)内并使其抵持于所述加热腔体远离所述开口一端的端壁;
S2、控制第二发热件加热第一加热筒,对烟支进行加热;
S3、控制第一发热件加热气流加热管,以加热即将流至香烟的空气,以实现对香烟的复合式加热。

本申请实施例通过提供一种复合加热型烤烟器,具体思路如下:该烤烟器包括壳体,壳体一端设置有开口、内部设置有与开口连通的固定筒,固定筒远离开口的一端依次设置有互相连通的加热腔体和气流加热管,气流加热管由加热腔体朝向远离开口的方向径向收缩形成;香烟一端沿开口依次插入固定筒和加热腔体并抵持于加热腔体远离开口一端的端壁,香烟的另一端从开口伸出壳体外以供用户吸食;气流加热管外套设有发热组件,发热组件用于对气流加热管内部即将流至香烟的空气进行加热,并传递热量至加热腔体以对香烟的外周壁进行加热;或者气流加热管与加热腔体外均套设有发热组件,发热组件用于同时对加热腔体和气流加热管进行加热,以实现对香烟的复合式加热。本发明提供的复合加热型烤烟器能够解决香烟蒸发不充分和蒸发太快的问题,满足用户长时间吸食的习惯。

如图1所示,本申请实施例提供了一种复合加热型烤烟器,包括壳体1,所述壳体1一端设置有开口11、内部设置有与所述开口11连通的固定筒2,所述固定筒2远离所述开口11的一端依次设置有互相连通的加热腔体3和气流加热管4,所述气流加热管4由所述加热腔体3朝向远离所述开口11的方向径向收缩形成;香烟一端沿所述开口11依次插入所述固定筒2和加热腔体3并抵持于所述加热腔体3远离所述开口11一端的端壁,所述香烟的另一端从所述开口11伸出所述壳体1外以供用户吸食;所述气流加热管4外套设有发热组件5,所述发热组件5用于对所述气流加热管4内部即将流至香烟的空气进行加热,并传递热量至所述加热腔体3以对香烟的外周壁进行加热;或者所述气流加热管4与所述加热腔体3外均套设有发热组件5,所述发热组件5用于同时对所述加热腔体3和气流加热管4进行加热,以实现对香烟的复合式加热。
在本实施例中,加热腔体3包括第一加热筒31以及设置于所述第一加热筒31和所述固定筒2之间的至少一个第二加热筒32,所述气流加热管4由所述第一加热筒31朝向远离所述开口11的方向径向收缩形成;所述加热腔体3还包括连接于所述第一加热筒31和所述第二加热筒32之间的第一连接筒33以及连接于所述第二加热筒32和所述固定筒2之间的第二连接筒34,在其他实施例中,也可以设置有多个第二加热筒32,以对烟支进行更充分的加热。
结合图1和图2所示,由于要对烟支进行分段加热,所述第一加热筒31靠近所述第二加热筒32的一端内周壁设置有第一限位台阶311,所述第二加热筒32靠近所述第一加热筒31的一端内周壁设置有第二限位台阶321,所述第一连接筒33的两端外壁分别抵接于所述第一限位台阶311和第二限位台阶321,以使所述第一加热筒31和所述第二加热筒32间隔连接。
在本实施例中,发热组件5包括套设于所述气流加热管4外的第一发热件51以及套设于所述第二加热筒32外的第二发热件52;所述第一发热件51用于对所述气流加热管4内部的即将流至香烟的空气进行加热,并传递热量至所述第一加热筒31以对香烟的部分外周壁进行加热,所述第二发热件52用于对所述第二加热筒32进行加热以对香烟的另一部分外周壁进行加热,从而实现对香烟的复合多段加热。
具体地,第一发热件51和第二发热件52可以设置为相同温度,也可以设置为不同温度,以满足客户的多元化需求。
为了对发热组件5进行隔热,所述第一发热件51外间隔套设有第一隔热筒61,所述固定筒2靠近所述加热腔体3的一端外壁套设有第一固定支架71,所述第一固定支架71部分朝向所述加热腔体3方向延伸形成若干第一夹持臂711,所述若干第一夹持臂711内夹持有第二隔热筒62,以使所述第二隔热筒62间隔套设于所述发热组件5、所述加热腔体3以及所述第一隔热筒61外;所述第二隔热筒62远离所述第一固定支架71的一端设置有第二固定支架72,所述第二固定支架72部分朝向所述加热腔体3方向延伸形成若干第二夹持臂721,所述第二夹持臂721夹持于所述第二隔热筒62远离所述第一固定支架71的一端外壁;所述第一隔热筒61一端抵接于所述加热腔体3远离所述开口11的外端壁,另一端抵接于所述第二固定支架72朝向所述开口11方向的内端壁。
为了进一步隔热,所述第一隔热筒61与所述第一发热件51之间形成第一隔热空间63,所述第一固定支架71、第二隔热筒62以及所述第二固定支架72围合形成一隔热壳体,所述隔热壳体与容纳于其内部的发热组件5、加热腔体3以及第一隔热筒61之间形成有第二隔热空间64。,所述第二固定支架72中心开设有通孔722,进气管8穿过所述通孔722与所述气流加热管4连接。
如图1所示,所述壳体1远离所述开口11的一端可拆卸设置有底盖12,所述底盖12上开设有用于使空气进入壳体1内部的第一进气孔121;所述底盖12和所述第二固定支架72之间设置有固定件9,所述固定件9开设有第二进气孔91,所述远离所述开口11的一端延伸出所述通孔722外并插设于所述第二进气孔91内,所述第一进气孔121、第二进气孔91、进气管8以及所述气流加热管4依次连通形成进气通道S1。
在本实施例中,气流加热管4、第一加热筒31以及第二加热筒32均为导热材料制作,所述第一连接筒33、第二连接筒34、第一隔热筒61、第二隔热筒62、第一固定支架71、第二固定支架72以及所述固定筒2均为隔热材料制作。第一加热筒31和气流加热管4为导热材料制作,可以将气流加热管4的热量传递至第一加热筒31,以实现对香烟的复合式加热。
在本实施例中,底盖12、固定件9、第二固定支架72、第一隔热筒6、第一固定支架71、固定筒2、加热腔体3以及气流加热管4之间均为可拆卸连接,以便于清洁烤烟器。
实施例二
如图3所示,本实施例与实施例一的区别在于加热腔体3以及发热组件5的结构不同,在本实施例中,加热腔体3包括与第一加热筒31以及连接于所述第一加热筒31和固定筒2之间的第二连接筒34,所述气流加热管4由所述第一加热筒31朝向远离所述开口11的方向径向收缩形成。
结合图3和图4所示,所述发热组件5包括套设于所述气流加热管4外的第一发热件51;所述第一发热件51用于对所述气流加热管4内部的即将流至香烟的空气进行加热,并传递热量至所述第一加热筒31以对香烟的部分外周壁进行加热,从而实现对香烟的复合加热。
实施例三
如图5所示,本实施例与实施例二的区别仅在于发热组件5的结构不同,在本实施例中,加热腔体3与实施例二中相同,包括与第一加热筒31以及连接于所述第一加热筒31和固定筒2之间的第二连接筒34,所述气流加热管4由所述第一加热筒31朝向远离所述开口11的方向径向收缩形成。
结合图5和图6所示,发热组件5包括套设于所述气流加热管4外的第一发热件51以及套设于所述第一加热筒31外的第二发热件52;所述第一发热件51用于对所述气流加热管4内部的即将流至香烟的空气进行加热,所述第二发热件52用于对所述第一加热筒31进行直接加热以对香烟的另一部分外周壁进行加热,从而实现对香烟的复合加热。
实施例四
如图7所示,本实施例提供了一种利用实施例一中的烤烟器的复合加热方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将香烟沿开口11依次插设入固定筒2和加热腔体3内并使其抵持于所述加热腔体3远离所述开口11一端的端壁;
S2、控制第二发热件52加热第二加热筒32,对烟支进行加热;
S3、控制第一发热件51加热气流加热管4,以加热即将流至香烟的空气,同时使气流加热管4的热量传递至第一加热筒31,烘烤剩余的香烟,并实现对香烟的复合多段加热。
具体地,第一发热件51和第二发热件52可以设置为相同温度,也可以设置为不同温度,以满足客户的多元化需求。
本实施例中的复合加热方法能够先控制其中一段发热组件加热部分烟支,当该段烟支充分蒸发后再启动空气加热将剩余的烟支蒸发出来,解决了香烟蒸发不充分和蒸发太快的问题。
实施例五
如图8所示,本实施例提供了一种利用实施例二中的烤烟器的复合加热方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将香烟沿开口11依次插设入固定筒2和加热腔体3内并使其抵持于所述加热腔体3远离所述开口11一端的端壁;
S2、控制第一发热件51加热气流加热管4,以加热即将流至香烟的空气,同时使气流加热管4的热量传递至第一加热筒31,对香烟进行复合式加热。
本实施例中的复合加热方法能够加热即将进入烟支的空气,将热量传递至第一加热筒31,同时对香烟的外周壁进行加热,解决了香烟蒸发不充分问题。
实施例六
如图9所示,本实施例提供了一种利用实施例三中的烤烟器的复合加热方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将香烟沿开口11依次插设入固定筒2和加热腔体3内并使其抵持于所述加热腔体3远离所述开口11一端的端壁;
S2、控制第二发热件52加热第一加热筒31,对烟支进行加热;
S3、控制第一发热件51加热气流加热管4,以加热即将流至香烟的空气,以实现对香烟的复合式加热。
具体地,第一发热件51和第二发热件52可以设置为相同温度,也可以设置为不同温度,以满足客户的多元化需求。

- 根据权利要求8所述的复合加热型烤烟器,其特征在于,所述第二固定支架(72)中心开设有通孔(722),进气管(8)穿过所述通孔(722)与所述气流加热管(4)连接;所述第一隔热筒(61)与所述第一发热件(51)之间形成第一隔热空间(63),所述第一固定支架(71)、第二隔热筒(62)以及所述第二固定支架(72)围合形成一隔热壳体,所述隔热壳体与容纳于其内部的发热组件(5)、加热腔体(3)以及第一隔热筒(61)之间形成有第二隔热空间(64)。
- 根据权利要求9所述的复合加热型烤烟器,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)远离所述开口(11)的一端可拆卸设置有底盖(12),所述底盖(12)上开设有用于使空气进入壳体(1)内部的第一进气孔(121);所述底盖(12)和所述第二固定支架(72)之间设置有固定件(9),所述固定件(9)开设有第二进气孔(91),所述远离所述开口(11)的一端延伸出所述通孔(722)外并插设于所述第二进气孔(91)内,所述第一进气孔(121)、第二进气孔(91)、进气管(8)以及所述气流加热管(4)依次连通形成进气通道S1。
- 根据权利要求10所述的复合加热型烤烟器,其特征在于,所述气流加热管(4)、第一加热筒(31)均为导热材料制作,所述第二连接筒(34)、第一隔热筒(61)、第二隔热筒(62)、第一固定支架(71)、第二固定支架(72)以及所述固定筒(2)均为隔热材料制作。
- 一种利用权利要求4所述复合加热型烤烟器的复合加热方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:S1、将香烟沿开口(11)依次插设入固定筒(2)和加热腔体(3)内并使其抵持于所述加热腔体(3)远离所述开口(11)一端的端壁;S2、控制第二发热件(52)加热第二加热筒(32),对烟支进行加热;S3、控制第一发热件(51)加热气流加热管(4),以加热即将流至香烟的空气,同时使气流加热管(4)的热量传递至第一加热筒(31),烘烤剩余的香烟,并实现对香烟的复合多段加热。
- 一种利用权利要求6所述复合加热型烤烟器的复合加热方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:S1、将香烟沿开口(11)依次插设入固定筒(2)和加热腔体(3)内并使其抵持于所述加热腔体(3)远离所述开口(11)一端的端壁;S2、控制第一发热件(51)加热气流加热管(4),以加热即将流至香烟的空气,同时使气流加热管(4)的热量传递至第一加热筒(31),对香烟进行复合式加热。
- 一种利用权利要求7所述复合加热型烤烟器的复合加热方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:S1、将香烟沿开口(11)依次插设入固定筒(2)和加热腔体(3)内并使其抵持于所述加热腔体(3)远离所述开口(11)一端的端壁;S2、控制第二发热件(52)加热第一加热筒(31),对烟支进行加热;S3、控制第一发热件(51)加热气流加热管(4),以加热即将流至香烟的空气,以实现对香烟的复合式加热。
