The invention relates to a hookah construction that allows smoking of tobacco smoke through the water.

In particular, the invention relates to a new hookah construction that removes problems such as inadvertent casting of the embers used in tobacco products and which performs the burning function.

Bac kground of the Invention

Hookah is known as a tobacco smoking tool, which is made up of a narrow body, a wide glass jug shaped body, and a section of lure and lance, which is made of a kind of tobacco called smoke.

The name of the hookah, a part of the E astern culture, comes from the word 'nargil' which means 'coconut' with being P ersian. The first example of hookah known as "chisha" in Arabic and "galyan" in Persian emerged in India.

The first hookah made of coconut was poured out and a straw was inserted into the shell, adding a new dimension to the consumption of jute, while the coconut left its place in the coconut. F ollowing its widespread use, porcelain and bronze body shampoos were uncovered and they are followed by tile, silver and glass-carved hookahs.

The more delicious the hookah is, the more difficult it is to prepare it. A thousand kinds of transactions are carried out in order to come to a state of being drunk, which seems to be very simple from the outside. Hookah is composed of 'Lade, S er, Marpu ^' and Bottle'. The divide called tobacco is called the Lade, the hookahs long body is called S er, which is the water that filters the smoke and comes from the famous bubbles is called bottle, and the Marpu ^' is given the name of the pipe that takes the smoke from the bulge and delivers it.

S eparate maintenance of these four parts must be done regularly and cleaned. This is often a laborious task for the user.

The biggest problem that is experienced in the consumption of the hookah is the accidental dropping of the embers during use, during smoking, such as facial or gauze splashes are pushed into the eye as undesirable situations.

F or the airborne burning of the mouthpiece of today's used hookahs, it cannot be placed in a protective enclosure. It is completely open and vulnerable to involuntary intervention.

Because of the reasons mentioned, the use of hookah is both unsafe and unusable.

The mentioned application discloses a hookah construction with an easy to attach and detachable feature.

In the literature, in reference to T R 2016 02304 utility model registration in the T urkish Patent Institute, "Invention; tobacco which is a traditional tobacco smoking tool, characterized by; consisting of a lower body and upper body made of earth, ceramics, silicon or metal, which collects in the overheated area obtained from the aluminum foil or the metal foil, which is covered on the upper part which burns the tobacco in the tobacco cavity and which prevents the tobacco from catching up in such a short time, quot; relates to a two-part nozzle comprising a set and a discharge opening which lifts the flow of the sweeteners in the tobacco syrup into the bottle from a plurality of small diameters of smoke cavities present in the upper body_.

The said application refers to the construction of a Lade (nozzle) which is the place where the nargile tobacco is located.

Due to the disadvantages mentioned above, it was necessary to establish a new hookah structure.

Disclos ure of the Invention

The objective of this invention is to put forward a hookah structure that removes the existing disadvantages.

Another objective of the invention is to provide a structure which provides a more comfortable way of hookah.

Another objective of the invention is to reveal a structure that removes negativities such as the dropping of the embers, which may occur during the hookah smoke.

Another objective of the invention is to provide a structure that allows users to enjoy a comfortable smoke by providing a much simpler use.

Another objective of the invention is to reveal a more delicate hookah structure with different colors and designs.

Another objective of the invention is to reveal a lighter hookah structure which is easy to carry.

Another objective of the invention is to reveal a hookah structure with a modern appearance thanks to its transparent formation. E xplanation of F igures

In this detailed description, the innovation is described with examples that will not have any limiting effect for better understanding of the subject matter.

The invention is a new hookah structure (A) which is used in smoking tobacco products and which removes problems such as involuntary casting of the embers which performs combustion function, characterized in that; the top cover (1 ) positioned on the uppermost side of said hookah structure (A), a embers slot (1 .1 ) connected to the top cover (1 ) which prevents the involuntary drop or splashing of the embers, ventilation hole (1 .2) located on the side of said sachet (1 .1 ) which allows excess air to escape to prevent early burning of the tobacco during use of said hookah structure (A), the body (2) forming the main framework of said hookah structure (A), an inner body (2.2) located on the inner side of said body (2) where both water and smoke are located, a separator (3) which divides said inner body (2.2) into two to prevent mixing of smoke and water, and a base (4) which forms the basis of said hookah structure (A).

The hookah structure (A) according to the invention comprises an top cover (1 ) positioned on the uppermost side of said hookah structure (A), an embers slot (1 .1 ) connected to said top cover (1 ) in order to prevent unintentional falling or splashing of the embers, the body (2) forming the main framework of said hookah structure (A), and a ventilation hole (1 .2) located on the side of said embers slot (1 .1 ) which allows the excess air to escape to prevent early burning of the tobacco, a hookah pipes slot (2.1 ), located on the side of said body (2) which is being slot the hookah structures (A) pipe, an inner body (2.2) located on the inner side of said body (2) and a location where both water and smoke are located, a separator (3) which divides said inner body (2.2) into two to prevent mixing of smoke and water, a base (4) which forms the basis of said hookah structure (A), a lighting apparatus (4.1 ) is located on said base (4) to illuminate said hookah structure (A) and a lighting slot (3.1 ) formed in the middle of said separator (3) abutting said lighting apparatus (4.1 ).

In the hookah structure (A) of the present invention, the embers s lot (1 .1 ) is positioned to prevent the embers from falling unintentionally. S aid embers slot (1 .1 ) is situated on the top cover (1 ) with the ventilation holes (1 .2).

S aid ventilation holes (1 .2) are arranged to form a circle in the preferred embodiment of the invention and have 8 pieces. S aid ventilation holes (1 .2) allow excess air to escape during the smoking of the hookah. Thus, early burning of the tobacco is prevented. Water is located in said inner body (2.2). The separator (3) is positioned in the middle region of said body (2) so that the smoke formed by burning the tobacco smoke is not mixed with the water. The lighting slot (3.1 ) located in the middle of said separator (3) is positioned as a recess in the lighting apparatus (4.1 ) positioned on said base (4).

In the preferred embodiment of the invention said lighting apparatus (4.1 ) is an LE D lamp with different color variants.

The invention is a new hookah structure (A) which is used in smoking tobacco products and which removes problems such as involuntary casting of the embers which performs combustion function, characterized in that; the top cover (1 ) positioned on the uppermost side of said hookah structure (A), a embers slot (1.1 ) connected to the top cover (1 ) which prevents the involuntary drop or splashing of the embers, ventilation hole (1.2) located on the side of said sachet (1.1 ) which allows excess air to escape to prevent early burning of the tobacco during use of said hookah structure (A), the body (2) forming the main framework of said hookah structure (A), an inner body (2.2) located on the inner side of said body (2) where both water and smoke are located, a separator (3) which divides said inner body (2.2) into two to prevent mixing of smoke and water, and a base (4) which forms the basis of said hookah structure (A).

3. A hookah structure (A) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that; a lighting apparatus (4.1 ) is located on said base (4) to illuminate said hookah structure (A).
