Abstract

La présente invention concerne une machine à café (1) pourvue d'un dispositif de moussage (79) appliqué à l'embouchure de tuyau (46). Le dispositif de moussage (79) comprend un corps principal (80) équipé d'un conduit principal (82) à travers lequel l'écoulement de la boisson percolée est canalisé. Le conduit principal (82) a une paroi latérale (82a) constituée d'un matériau polymère ou doté d'un traitement de surface qui augmente l'adhérence avec la boisson sortante et un rapport caractéristique (D/C) entre la dimension caractéristique (D) de la section de passage et la longueur (C) est compris entre 0,05 et 0,5.
