本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种多功能食品加工装置,其包括有座体、杯体、电动驱动机构及多种食品加工组件,所述座体包括横梁部分和底座部分 并组装连接成侧U字形结构,在座体的横梁部分内设置了电动驱动机构,杯体是可限位放置在底座内限位槽内,食品加工组件包括榨汁组件、切菜组件、搅拌组件、研磨组件的一种或者多种,其特征在于:进料管是可拆地旋卡连接在横梁部分安装孔的孔沿上,使食品加工组件的旋转轴线是纵向布置的,食品加工组件能够通过横梁部分安装孔分别与电动驱动机构是可拆装地连接在一起,对应地,横梁下表面是与杯体对应的出料口。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1至10所示,本实施例的多功能食品加工装置其包括有座体1、杯体2、电动驱动机构及多种食品加工组件,座体1包括横梁部分11和底座部分12并组装连接成侧U字形结构,在座体1的横梁部分11内设置了电动驱动机构,杯体2是可限位地放置在底座内限位槽121内。其中,食品加工组件可以是包括榨汁组件4、切菜组件5、搅拌组件6的一种或者多种。为了实现只设置一个旋转轴线,使榨汁组件4、切菜组件5、搅拌组件6能够可拆装地连接在电动驱动机构上,进料管7是可拆地旋卡连接在横梁部分11安装孔的孔沿上,其中,进料管7的下端是直径增大的连接部71,连接部71外壁面分布有卡入部711,对应地,在横梁部分11安装孔的孔沿上部分有卡口111供卡入部711卡入,食品加工组件能够通过横梁部分11安装孔分别与电动驱动机构是可拆装地连接在一起,对应地,横梁下表面是与杯体2对应的出料口。进料管7内可以插入推料棒7a。
为了实现电动驱动各食品加工组件,电动驱动机构是横梁部分11里的电动机100通过齿轮组啮合连接设置在食品加工组件的旋转轴线上的齿环部件3,齿环部件3包括有环齿31和连接在环齿31下面的导向筒320,导向筒320插状在固定座8中,固定座8用螺钉固定在横梁部分11内安装空腔内。另外,食品加工组件能够是可拆装地安装在齿环部件3的安装口内。本实施例中可拆装地安装是齿环部件3的安装口在口部成型有 环形安装槽33,环形安装槽33和口部内壁之间分布有限制肋板32,对应地,食品加工组件有与口部配合的圆盘51或者环形圈50,在圆盘51或者环形圈50的底面分布有供限制肋板32插入的插口511。在各食品加工组件的圆盘51或环形圈50上的插口511插配入限制肋板32所在位置,以实现各食品加工组件与齿环部件3安装口的可拆卸连接,并实现特定的食物处理功能。为了防止在使用过程中进料管7与食品加工组件分离,连接部71内侧还圆周分布有支撑销712以紧顶食品加工组件,通常支撑销712插装在连接部71内侧的销子座中。
如图3和4所示,食品加工组件中的榨汁组件4,外圆周是环形圈50,环形圈50内侧是环形过滤槽501,环形过滤槽501底部辐射状地分布有狭长的过滤孔502,榨汁组件4中心是榨汁柱状物503,榨汁柱状物503向上直径逐渐缩小的,顶部是圆顶,并且圆周分布有用来榨汁的棱边凸缘504。
如图2所示,而切菜组件5包括圆盘主体51,圆盘主体径向开孔镶嵌固定用用来切片或者切丝的刀片52。其中刀片的刀刃可以为线状刀刃和齿状刀刃,当线状刀刃和齿状刀刃相对设置时,在进行食物切削时,先通过齿状刀刃将食物滑开多条裂口,再通过线状刀刃切断被划开裂口的一层食物,食物和刀具不停地相对旋转,则食物持续被切削,从而实现切削连续的长丝或长条状食物的目的,使用简单方便,切削效果更好,齿状刀刃与线状刀刃的刃口相对地交叉设置,通过调整齿状刀刃刃口与线状刀刃刃口的交叉的角度、高度及宽度,使其刨得的丝横截面形状具有较大的差异,比如丝的横截面是梯形或三角形等形状,进一步调整齿状刀刃刃口与线状刀刃刃口的形状,甚至可以使刨得的丝的横截面是圆形或椭圆形等,还可以通过调节齿状刀刃刃口与线状刀刃刃口的高度、宽度和距离,使得刨得的丝的横截面粗细不同,可以实现刨切多种不同形状的丝。如果不设置具有齿状的刀刃而采用线状刀刃,就可以实现刨片功能,进一步调整线状刀刃的刃口形状和高度,还可以使刨得的片的厚薄和横截面形状不同,这样可以极大地满足人们对食物多样化的要求。切菜组件5可以采用多组,每组切菜组件5的圆盘主体可以镶嵌固定不同刀片,便于根据需要换用。
而如图5和6所示,搅拌组件6或者研磨组件具有连接锥体61,连接锥体61上部是环形圈50,连接锥体61下部是连接柱并与搅拌杆62插接连接在一起。另一方面,搅拌杆62的下方可以连接类似蝶翼状的搅拌叶片,也可以是在轴向间隔设置以用于安装刀片构件的刀架9(如图7和8所示),当然搅拌组件下方的搅拌叶片可以为研磨件9’(如图9所示),也可以换成打蛋器9”(如图10所示),用户可以根据需要更换使用,以达到更多的搅拌研磨食品的功能。
当需要加工食物时,首先,根据需要加工的水果或蔬菜选择相应的食品加工组件;再将进料筒从横梁部分11安装孔的孔沿上拆卸下来,将食品加工组件对应的环形圈50 或圆盘51的插口511对应地插入限制肋板32,实现了食品加工组件与横梁部分11内电动驱动机构可拆装地安装连接;接着重新安装进料筒,需要加工的水果或蔬菜用推料棒7a推压进入至食品加工组件上,并通过电动驱动机构自动完成水果或蔬菜的榨汁、切菜或切丝以及搅拌功能;当需要更换时,则只要更换相应的加工组件即可,使用上十分方便。最后,本多功能食品加工装置还可以实现水果/蔬菜颗粒的制作,当水果或蔬菜经切菜组件5的不同刀片51切割成横截面粗细不同,多种不同形状的丝盛装在杯体2中,然后再将切菜组件5替换成搅拌组件6,以将水果或蔬菜丝经搅拌组件6上的搅拌刀切割成蔬菜颗粒,蔬菜颗粒的大小可以由搅拌组件6上的搅拌刀的搅拌速率作相应的调整。
综上,本发明只设置一个旋转轴线,只需要配备多个食品加工组件如榨汁组件4、切菜组件5或搅拌组件6,即可形成多功能食品加工,所占体积小,成本低,操作安全可靠,适用于家庭厨房使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多功能食品加工装置,其包括有座体(1)、杯体(2)、电动驱动机构及多种食品加工组件,所述座体(1)包括横梁部分(11)和底座部分(12)并组装连接成侧U字形结构,在座体(1)的横梁部分(11)内设置了电动驱动机构,杯体2是可限位放置在底座内限位槽(121)内,食品加工组件包括榨汁组件(4)、切菜组件(5)、搅拌组件(6)、研磨组件的一种或者多种,其特征在于:进料管(7)是可拆地旋卡连接在横梁部分(11)安装孔的孔沿上,使食品加工组件的旋转轴线是纵向布置的,食品加工组件能够通过横梁部分(11)安装孔分别与电动驱动机构是可拆装地连接在一起,对应地,横梁下表面是与杯体(2)对应的出料口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能食品加工装置,其特征在于所述电动驱动机构是横梁部分(11)里的电动机通过齿轮组啮合连接设置在食品加工组件的旋转轴线上的齿环部件(3),使食品加工组件能够是可拆装地安装在齿环部件(3)的安装口内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能食品加工装置,其特征在于所述可拆装地安装是齿环部件(3)的安装口在口部成型有环形安装槽(31),环形安装槽(31)和口部内壁之间分布有限制肋板(32),对应地,食品加工组件有与口部配合的圆盘(51)或者环形圈(50),在圆盘(51)或者环形圈(50)的底面分布有供限制肋板(32)插入的插口(511).
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能食品加工装置,其特征在于所述进料管(7)的下端是直径增大的连接部(71),连接部(71)外壁面分布有卡入部(711),对应地,在横梁部分(11)安装孔的孔沿上部分有卡口(111)供卡入部(711)卡入。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能食品加工装置,其特征在于所述连接部(71)内侧圆周分布有支撑销(712)紧顶食品加工组件。
  6. 根据权利要求3~5任意一个权利要求所述的多功能食品加工装置,其特征在于所述榨汁组件(4)外圆周是环形圈(50),环形圈(50)内侧是环形过滤槽(501),环形过滤槽(501)底部辐射状地分布有狭长的过滤孔(502),榨汁组件(4)中心是榨汁柱状物(503),榨汁柱状物(503)向上直径逐渐缩小的,顶部是圆顶,并且圆周分布有用来榨汁的棱边凸缘(504)。
  7. 根据权利要求3~5任意一个权利要求所述的多功能食品加工装置,其特征在于所述切菜组件(5)包括圆盘主体,圆盘主体径向开孔镶嵌固定用用来切片或者切丝的刀片。
  8. 根据权利要求3~5任意一个权利要求所述的多功能食品加工装置,其特征在于所述搅拌组件(6)具有连接锥体(61),连接锥体(61)上部是环形圈(50),连接锥体(61)下部是连接柱,与搅拌杆(62)插接连接在一起。
  9. 根据权利要求3~5任意一个权利要求所述的多功能食品加工装置,其特征在于所述研磨组件具有连接锥体(61),连接锥体(61)上部是环形圈(50),连接锥体(61)下部是 连接柱,与搅拌杆(62)插接连接在一起,研磨件(9)设置在搅拌杆(62)上。
  10. 根据权利要求2~5任意一个权利要求所述的多功能食品加工装置,其特征在于所述齿环部件(3)包括有环齿(31)和连接在环齿(31)下面的导向筒(320),导向筒(320)插状在固定座(8)中,固定座用螺钉固定在横梁部分(11)内安装空腔内。
