DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA INTRODUZIDA EM EXTRATOR DE CONSTRUCTIVE PROVISION INTRODUCED IN EXTRACTOR OF
PALITOS DE SORVETES STRAWBERRY STICKS
[01] Trata-se a presente patente de modelo de utilidade de um extrator para sorvetes do tipo“picolé”, pertencente ao setor técnico alimentício, mais particularmente de utensílios para fabricação de sorvetes, a qual tem uma disposição construtiva que proporciona uma melhora em seu uso na fabricação de sorvetes, permitindo que o mesmo extrator possa ser utilizado com os diferentes tipos e tamanhos de palitos utilizados na produção de picolés, proporcionando assim resultados práticos, seguros e funcionais muito vantajosos. [02] Na fabricação de sorvetes, mais particularmente picolés, as fábricas, chamadas picoleteiras, produzem diferentes tipos de picolés utilizando-se de um tanque com líquido refrigerante, das formas dos picolés, dos alinhadores de palitos e dos extratores de palitos. Da mesma forma, com relação as formas para fabricação de picolés comuns, estas normalmente tem 28 ou 22 cavidades e se utiliza normalmente o palito comum do tipo“já-já”, e nesse caso, há necessidade de se utilizar um extrator de 28 ou 22 furos, próprio para os palitos comuns (vide figuras 12 a 14). [08] Diante dessa limitação no uso dos extratores, foi desenvolvido o novo extrator, que com sua nova disposição construtiva, permite a utilização de diferentes tipos de palitos em uma mesma forma, mantendo apenas o mesmo número de furos de acordo com os diferentes tipos de formas que definem o tipo de picolé a ser produzido, solucionando os inconvenientes acima mencionados além de proporcionar outras vantagens decorrentes de sua concepção. [10] De acordo com as figuras 1 a 8, a nova disposição construtiva introduzida em extrator de palitos de sorvetes, produzida em aço inox, a qual compreende um corpo (1) formado a partir de duas chapas dobradas e unidas, formando duas colunas fixas (2), em formato estilizado de“H”, onde as duas colunas (2) de secções transversais retangulares, são dotadas nas faces superior e inferior de furos coincidentes (3), e na região intermediária é prevista uma chapa plana (4), chamada gaveta, também com furos coincidentes (3), porém móveis, com movimento gerado e limitado através da alavanca da parte superior (5), sendo que os furos coincidentes (3) são formados a partir de dois segmentos de retas (31), paralelos, dotados nas extremidades da direita de um segmento curvo (32) com raio menor, de modo a formar uma curva mais acentuada, e nas extremidades da esquerda é previsto um segmento curvo (33) com raio maior, de modo a formar um curva menos acentuada.
