Abstract

The present utility model patent relates to an extractor for "lolly" ice creams, in the technical field of foodstuffs, and more specifically to tools for making ice creams, that has a structural arrangement that improves the use thereof in the manufacture of ice creams, enabling the extractor to be used with different types and sizes of sticks used in the production of lollies, thereby providing practical, safe and functional results that are very advantageous. The ice cream stick extractor has a body (1) formed by two static columns (2) in a stylised H-shape and rectangular cross sections provided on the upper and lower faces with coincident holes (3) and in the intermediate region with a drawer (4), which also has coincident holes (3) that are however movable, the coincident holes (3) being formed from two parallel straight segments (31) provided on the right-hand ends with a curved segment (32) of lesser radius, such as to form a more accentuated curve, and on the left-hand ends with a curved segment (33) of greater radius, such as to form a less accentuated curve.

Description

 CONSTRUCTIVE PROVISION INTRODUCED IN EXTRACTOR OF

 STRAWBERRY STICKS

 [01] The present utility utility patent is an ice cream extractor of the "popsicle" type, belonging to the food technical sector, more particularly of ice cream making utensils, which has a constructive arrangement that provides an improvement in its use in the manufacture of ice cream, allowing the same extractor to be used with the different types and sizes of sticks used in the production of popsicles, thus providing practical, safe and functional results very advantageous.

 [02] In the manufacture of ice creams, more particularly popsicles, the factories, called pivots, produce different types of popsicles using a tank with coolant, popsicle shapes, tooth aligners and tooth extractors.

 [03] There are different types of shapes for different popsicles, as well as different types of popsicles (see figure 18). The shape of the Mexican pallet, for example, has 26 cavities and the "propeller" type toothpick is normally used, in which case a 26-hole puller suitable for "propeller" sticks is required (see Figures 15a 17). Likewise, with regard to the shapes for making ordinary popsicles, they usually have 28 or 22 wells and the usual "ya-ya" type toothpick is normally used, in which case there is a need to use an extractor of 28 or 22 holes, suitable for ordinary toothpicks (see figures 12 to 14).

[04] In the line of 28 holes (shapes for 28 popsicles), there is no puller for "propeller" sticks, since the extractors for this type of stick are only for 26-hole shapes. Impossible to use toothpicks 28 or 22-hole "propellers" for other types of popsicles other than Mexican pallets and premium popsicles (Kibon's Mega or Magno), or the use of different types of sticks for these types of popsicles.

 [05] The extractors are generally of the prior art, consisting of two fixed columns in a stylized shape of Ή ", where the two columns of rectangular cross-sections are provided on the upper and lower faces of coincident holes , and in the intermediate region is provided a flat plate, called drawer, also with coincident but mobile holes, with movement generated and limited through the lever of the upper part.

 [06] According to Figures 12, 13 and 14, the extractor illustrated is exclusively for 28-hole standard toothpicks, where they are of a circular shape that allows only the respective toothpicks to be attached.

 [07] According to figures 15, 16 and 17, the extractor illustrated is exclusively for 26-hole propeller sticks, where on the upper and lower faces the holes are rectangular and in the drawer the holes are elliptical allowing only the respective holes sticks of propeller type.

 [08] In view of this limitation in the use of extractors, the new extractor was developed, which with its new constructive arrangement allows the use of different types of sticks in the same shape, keeping only the same number of holes according to the different types in ways that define the type of popsicle to be produced, solving the aforementioned drawbacks in addition to providing other advantages deriving from its design.

 According to Figures 1 to 8, the new constructive arrangement introduced in ice cream scoops, produced in stainless steel, which comprises a body (1) formed from two folded and joined plates, forming two columns (2), in which the two columns (2) of rectangular cross-sections are provided on the upper and lower faces of coincident holes (3), and in the intermediate region there is provided a flat sheet (4) ), also referred to as matching drawer holes (3), but movable, with movement generated and limited through the lever of the upper part (5), the matching holes (3) being formed from two straight line segments (31). ), provided at the right ends of a curved segment (32) with a smaller radius, so as to form a more pronounced curve, and at the ends of the left a curved segment (33) with a larger radius is provided, so as to form a less pronounced curve.

 According to Figures 9 to 11, the holes (3) may be applied in shapes with different numbers of wells, for example in 14, 18, 22, 26 and 28 well shapes.

[12] With the new constructive arrangement introduced in ice cream scoops, its use continues to be the same as that of the prior art, and now the shape of the hole (3) will allow, with the movement of the drawer (4), that the hole coincident (3) provided for therein, moves to the left, and with the difference of curvatures of the curved segments (32 and 33), which allows the attachment of any type of toothpick.

 [13] The new constructive arrangement introduced in ice cream scoops, thus conceived, offers the following advantages:

 - Allows with the same extractor, the use of different types of sticks;

- Flexibilizes the production process of popsicles;

 - Greater efficiency in the production process; and

 - It allows different combinations of toothpicks in the same form of ice cream.

 [14] The scope of this utility model, therefore, should not be limited to the constructive details, but rather to the terms defined in the claim and its equivalents.
