Abstract
La présente invention concerne un module d'éclairage de voiture intégré pour feu de route et feu de croisement à source lumineuse à diodes électroluminescentes (DEL) comprenant : des cartes de circuit à DEL de feu de route et de feu de croisement (5, 8) qui sont respectivement disposées, et un réflecteur primaire (10) qui est utilisé pour former une forme de feu de croisement pouvant former indépendamment l'élargissement de la forme de feu de croisement, tandis qu'un réflecteur secondaire (9) augmente le nombre de rayons lumineux qui forment la forme de feu de croisement, une partie de la lumière réfléchie étant utilisée simultanément pour former une zone III de la forme de feu de croisement. La lumière émise par la source lumineuse à DEL de la carte de circuit à DEL pour feu de croisement (8) est réfléchie au moyen des premier et second réflecteurs, et la majorité des rayons lumineux sont émis après avoir été réfractés par une lentille (4) de façon à former l'élargissement (5-1) de la forme de feu de croisement sur un écran, tandis que l'autre petite partie des rayons lumineux est émise depuis la lentille (4) après avoir été réfléchie et réfractée par un condenseur de façon à former une ligne de coupure (5-2) et la zone III (5-3) dans la forme de feu de croisement. Ainsi, aucune surface carrée plaquée d'aluminium n'a besoin d'être fabriquée sur un radiateur de chauffage ou d'autres pièces, le traitement des pièces étant simple et les coûts faibles ; un petit module d'éclairage de voiture peut intégrer une fonction d'éclairage adaptatif automatisé (ADB), et aucun bruit n'est produit lors de la commutation entre les feux de route et les feux de croisement.
