Abstract
L'invention concerne un dilatateur (10, 100) pour ponction transseptale en trois dimensions, comprenant un corps de tube (15, 150), le corps de tube (15, 150) comprenant une chambre centrale, une extrémité distale et une extrémité proximale, l'extrémité distale du corps de tube (15, 150) ayant une structure incurvée (16), l'extrémité distale de la structure incurvée (16) étant pourvue d'une pointe de coupe (17, 170). Le dilatateur (10, 100) pour ponction transseptale en trois dimensions permet à la pointe d'aiguille d'une aiguille de ponction d'être affichée avec précision en temps réel dans un système tridimensionnel sans faire saillie hors de l'ouverture distale du dilatateur (10, 100), et évite le risque, dans d'autres méthodes de ponction en trois dimensions, de dommages causés par une pointe d'aiguille à la veine cave supérieure et au tissu endocardiaque.
