Description
本发明涉及一种烟草吸食工具领域,特别是涉及一种烟草加热装置。
香烟是现代人们生活和社交中最普遍的一种消费品,全世界现有10亿以上的烟民,香烟在吸食过程会产生明火,因吸烟引发火灾也屡屡常见,造成了巨大损失。香烟在吸食过程中还会产生大量的二手烟和烟灰,污染环境,危害他人健康。二手烟既包括吸烟者吐出的主流烟雾,也包括从纸烟中直接冒出的侧流烟。二手烟中包含4000多种物质,其中包括40多种致癌物质,不但危害吸烟者的健康,更危害到他人的健康。因为二手烟被不吸烟的人吸进体内,可能和氡气的衰变产物混合一起,对人体健康造成更大的伤害,所以设计了内部加热的烟草加热器。
现有技术的香烟吸食工具,都是用发热针插入香烟内部进行加热,但是会造成香烟受热不均匀,只是内部受热而外部受热少甚至不受热,并且发热针体积小,发热量有限,效率低。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中的不足之处,本发明的目的是提供一种加热均匀、效率高的烟草加热装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的烟加热装置包括装置本体、盖体、发热针、发热管和电池,所述盖体可拆卸地连接在所述装置本体的端部,所述盖体的两端分别设有插烟口和开口,所述盖体内设有 发热腔,所述发热腔与所述插烟口、所述开口连通,所述发热针与所述发热管连接在所述装置本体的端部且通过所述开口伸入所述发热腔内,所述发热针位于所述发热管内,所述插烟口与所述发热管的管口相对,所述电池设于所述装置本体内,所述装置本体上设有电路控制系统和控制开关,所述发热针、所述发热杯和所述控制开关分别与所述电路控制系统电连接。
进一步的,所述电路控制系统为PCBA板。
进一步的,所述装置本体的端部设置有固定支架,所述盖体可拆卸地连接在所述固定支架上,所述发热针、所述发热管和所述PCBA板分别连接在所述固定支架上。
进一步的,所述装置本体内设有电池腔和控制腔,所述电池放置在所述电池腔内,所述装置本体的端部设有接口,所述固定支架与所述接口连接,所述接口与所述控制腔连通,所述PCBA板位于所述控制腔内。
可选的,所述发热管包括管体和第一发热体,所述第一发热体设置在所述管体的内壁上,所述第一发热体与所述电路控制系统电连接。
可选的,所述发热针包括针体和第二发热体,所述第二发热体设置在所述针体内,所述第二发热体与所述电路控制系统电连接。
可选的,所述装置本体上设有通气孔,所述通气孔与所述发热管内连通。
可选的,所述控制开关为按键,所述按键设于所述装置本体上。
可选的,所述装置本体上还设有电源指示灯,所述电源指示灯与所述电路控制系统电连接。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明的烟草加热装置设置了发热针和发热管,烟草从插烟口放入到发热管内,通过控制开关启动加热,发热管和发热针同时对烟草进行加热,使烟草内外一起受热烘烤,产生烟气,从盖体的插烟 口冒出供以抽吸,发热管从周向向内发热,发热针从中心向外发热,使烟草整体受热均匀,加热效率高。并且本发明是通过控制开关启动或关闭,操作简单,避免在不抽吸时的持续无谓加热,节省电能,保护装置。另外,盖体可拆卸地安装在装置本体上,可将盖体打开,将发热管内的残余烟草取出或进行清洁。
2、本发明的装置本体上还设有电源指示灯,能够显示是否通电,使用方便。

参见图1和图2,本实施例的烟草加热装置包括装置本体1和盖体2,本实施例的装置本体1为圆柱体,盖体2可拆卸地连接在装置本体1的端部,本实施例的盖体2与装置本体1通过卡扣连接,拆卸方便,连接可靠。盖体2的两端分别设有插烟口201和开口202,盖体2内设有发热腔203,发热腔203与插烟口201、开口202连通,发热管3和发热针4 连接在装置本体1的端部且通过开口202伸入发热腔203内,发热针4位于发热管3内,插烟口201与发热管3的管口相对,电池5设于装置本体1内,装置本体1上还设有电路控制系统和控制开关,本实施例的电路控制系统为PCBA板,控制开关为按键7,发热管3、发热针4、按键7与PCBA板电连接,本实施例是通过电导线连接。本实施例的烟草加热装置设置了发热管3和发热针4,烟草从插烟口201进入到发热管3内,通过按键7启动加热,发热管3和发热针4同时通电对烟草进行加热,使烟草内外一起受热烘烤,产生烟气,从盖体1的插烟口201冒出供以吸食,发热管3从周向向内发热,发热针4从中心向外发热,使烟草整体受热均匀,加热效率高。。并且本实施例的烟草加热装置是通过按压按键7进行启动和关闭,操作简单,避免在不抽吸时的持续无谓加热,节省电能,保护装置。另外,盖体2可拆卸地安装在装置本体1上,可将盖体2打开,将发热管3内的残余烟草取出或进行清洁。本实施例的烟草加热装置整体为像烟一样的直筒状,造型美观,易于携带。
本实施的装置本体1的端部还设有固定支架8,盖体2可拆卸地安装在固定支架8上,发热管3、发热针4和PCBA板6分别连接在固定支架8的两侧且发热管3、发热针4位于同一侧。装置本体1上设有电池腔101和控制腔102,电池5放置在电池腔101内,本实施例的电池5为可充电电池且可更换,装置本体1的端部设有接口,控制腔102与接口连通,固定支架8的连接PCBA板6的一端与接口连接,PCBA板6位于控制腔102内,本实施例的固定支架8是压入接口内的。本实施例的烟草加热装置采用固定支架8进行连接,使装置结构紧凑,易于安装定位。
本实施例的发热管3包括管体301和第一发热体302,第一发热体302设置在管体301的内壁上,第一发热体302与电路控制系统电连接。本实施例的第一发热体302为片状,周向均匀地分布在管体301的内壁。发热针4包括针体401和第二发热体402,第二发热体402设置在针体 401内,第二发热体402与电路控制系统电连接。本实施例的管体301和针体401均为陶瓷材料,导热性能好、绝缘性能优良、耐高温、物理性能稳定,高温下不会产生糊味,不会影响香烟的口感,并且易于清洗。应当指出的是,管体301和针体401也可采用其他材料。另外,本实施例的装置本体1上还设有电源指示灯9,能显示是否通电以及电量,使用方便。此外,本实施例的装置本体1上还设有通气孔,通气孔与发热管3内连通,使发热管3内空气流通。
本实施例的烟草加热装置通过设置发热管3和发热针4,将烟草从插烟口201放入发热管3内,按压按键7启动加热,发热管3和发热针4通电发热来对烟草进行加热,使烟草内外一起受热烘烤,产生烟气,从盖体2的插烟口冒出供以吸食。发热管3从周向向内发热,发热针4从中心向外发热,使烟草整体受热均匀,加热效率高。并且本实施例的烟草加热装置是通过控制开关启动或关闭,操作简单,避免在不抽吸时的持续无谓加热,节省电能,保护装置。另外,盖体2可拆卸地安装在装置本体1上,可将盖体2打开,将发热管3内的残余烟草取出或进行清洁,使用方便。

- 根据权利要求1所述烟草加热装置,其特征在于,所述电路控制系统为PCBA板。
- 根据权利要求2所述的烟草加热装置,其特征在于,所述装置本体的端部设置有固定支架,所述盖体可拆卸地连接在所述固定支架上,所述发热针、所述发热管和所述PCBA板分别连接在所述固定支架上。
