Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'électrostimulation basé sur la transmission d'impulsions sensorielles produites par l'échange ionique neural à travers différents canaux/chemins du système nerveux. Il comprend un appareil de stimulation électrique externe dans différents points de surface produisant des différentiels de courant pulsatif au niveau physiologique à travers les canaux/chemins adéquats accessibles au moyen de l'application d'électrodes (E) émettrices en des points nerveux de surface produisant des différentiels de courant qui correspondent à ces chemins; le courant étant commandé en fonction des nécessités de stimulation. Il comprend vingt-cinq électrodes (E) émettrices ou plus, qui sont de différente polarité. La stimulation électrique entre les différents points de surface possède un ordre défini et entraîne un changement de polarité automatique. Le courant est commandé par un dispositif régulateur, et sa polarité et/ou fréquence varie en fonction du traitement requis: il comprend différentes séquences spécifiques de stimulation des différents canaux ou chemins nerveux, pour améliorer différents dysfonctionnements.
