The communication unit 12 of the maintenance support device 1 communicates with the communication unit 22 and the regenerator 3 of the water treatment facility 2 via the Internet or the like.

The display unit 13 is a liquid crystal display, for example, and displays various screens. The input unit 14 receives various operations from the administrator, and is a keyboard, a mouse, or the like.

As the CPU 10 executes the maintenance support program stored in the storage unit 11, a work level determination unit 102, a work procedure data selection unit 104, a work procedure data transmission unit 106, and the like are realized as shown in FIG. .

The work level determination unit 102 determines whether there is a trouble in the water treatment facility 2 based on operation data and alarms in the operation status DB. When a trouble has occurred (it can occur soon), the work level determination unit 102 identifies a work to deal with the trouble and determines the work level of this work.

For example, when an alarm signal is received from the water treatment facility 2, it is determined that a trouble has occurred, and work procedure data in which the same code as the alarm code included in the alarm signal is associated is searched from the work procedure DB. To do. Moreover, the trouble which may arise in the water treatment facility 2 is estimated based on operation data, and the operation | work for preventing this trouble beforehand is specified.

When the work level is low, the work procedure data selection unit 104 selects and extracts the work procedure data of this work from the work procedure DB. The work procedure data transmission unit 106 transmits the selected work procedure data to the playback device 3. In order to reflect the contents of prior agreements such as contracts, the contract information DB is held in the hard disk device, and whether there is any agreement on the target work from the contract information DB is reflected in the determination of the work level.

FIG. 6 is a hardware configuration diagram of a smart glass as the playback device 3. The playback device 3 includes a display 31, a camera 32, a sound collection unit 33, an audio output unit 34, a CPU 35, a communication unit 36, a storage unit 37, and the like.

The display 31, the camera 32, and the sound collection unit 33 are provided in the headset 3A. The audio output unit 34 is an earphone 3B. The CPU 35, the communication unit 36, and the storage unit 37 are provided in the controller 3C.

When the CPU 35 executes the reproduction program stored in the storage unit 37, the functions of the work procedure data reception unit 302 and the reproduction unit 304 are realized as shown in FIG.

The work procedure data receiving unit 302 receives the work procedure data from the maintenance support device 1 using the communication unit 36.

The reproduction unit 304 reproduces the received work procedure data. For example, moving image data is displayed on the display 31. In addition, sound is output from the sound output unit 34.

Next, the maintenance support method according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to the flowchart shown in FIG.

The maintenance support device 1 determines whether a trouble has occurred in the water treatment facility 2 based on the operation data or the alarm received from the water treatment facility 2 (step S1). When it is determined that a trouble has occurred (step S1_Yes), the maintenance support device 1 identifies a work to deal with the trouble that has occurred, and determines the work level of this work (step S2).

When the work level is equal to or lower than the predetermined level (step S3_Yes), the maintenance support device 1 determines that the field worker performs the work (step S4), and transmits work procedure data of this work to the reproduction device 3 (step). S5).

The playback device 3 plays back the work procedure data received from the maintenance support device 1 (step S6). For example, the field worker wears the smart glass as the regeneration device 3 and performs the restoration work of the water treatment facility 2 while referring to the work procedure data to be regenerated (step S8).

If the work level is high (step S3_No), the maintenance support device 1 determines that a specialized skilled worker is dispatched from the maintenance company (step S7), and arranges it as appropriate.

As described above, according to the maintenance support device 1 according to the present embodiment, when trouble occurs in the water treatment facility 2 and the level of work for solving the trouble is low, a video or the like explaining the work procedure is reproduced. The data is transmitted to the device 3 so that the customer employee can work. Thereby, work can be performed without waiting for the worker to be dispatched, and the water treatment facility 2 can be restored early.

In the above embodiment, an example of classifying into two types of work level “low” for transmitting work procedure data and work level “high” for dispatching workers has been described. A work level “medium” for performing work while communicating by voice may be further set. The monitoring person confirms the video shot by the camera 32 of the playback device 3 and gives an instruction.

You may use well-known AR technology for reproduction of work procedure. For example, when the water treatment facility 2 is photographed by the camera 32 of the reproduction device 3, the reproduction device 3 compares and compares the feature points of the photographed water treatment facility 2 and the image acquired from the maintenance support device 1. When the two images match each other as a result of the collation, the reproducing device 3 acquires work procedure data from the maintenance support device 1 and reproduces the moving image or the like superimposed on the water treatment facility 2 photographed by the camera 32.

In the above embodiment, an example in which a smart glass is used as the playback device 3 has been described. However, a smartphone or a tablet terminal may be used, augmented reality through these terminals, pseudo holograms, or extended without using these terminals. It is possible in principle to use reality, holograms, and project mapping techniques. Further, the work procedure data may be transmitted to the water treatment facility 2 and the work procedure may be displayed on the display D provided on the operation panel 24 of the water treatment facility 2 as shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 9B, the display D may be detachable from the operation panel 24. When the work is performed on the water treatment unit 23 that is away from the operation panel 24, the display D can be placed in the vicinity of the work target water treatment unit 23, which facilitates the work.
