Abstract

The present invention is about a mechanism for clutching and braking unit. The system includes an Electronic control unit comprising command unit and control panel, sensors installed on every wheel sends necessary order to every operating unit separately. The operating unit includes an outer shield that places all components inside is installed on the axle. When the wheel rotates oil pump starts functioning and oil begin to circulate respectively through the vessel; solenoid tap; pump; valve and control tap. The valve control tap placed inside the outer shield and utilize servo motor controlled by ECU. The Electronic control unit with commands sent from the command unit or according to the preset program, controls the valve by a servo motor for open or close to the required amount. As a result, if the control valve is completely open, all of the fluid drains to the vessel and the output shaft rotates freely and independently of the input shaft and there is no power transmission and subsequently, the clutch is activated. If the valve control tap is completely closed; the oil pump output valve is closed, so, the output shaft is being rotated with the inlet shaft and power is transmitted. The electromagnet brake placed between the input shaft and the shield is usually in close mode condition and when the clutch is released, the relay is disconnected and braking is done.
