Abstract

This invention relates to therapy methods. Previously, therapies fail to address and remove the root of the issues, causing the issues to eventually come back, or fail to treat the patent as a unitary system of energy. Embodiments of the present invention use determining roots of the issues and redesigning past negative scenes that cause the issues using breathing techniques and guided imagery to replace the negative scenes with positive scenes and emotions, resulting in the removal of the root of the issue and the creation of positive patterns and emotions in the individual's subconscious mind. The guided imagery may specifically include use of the I-Ching Bagua symbol.

Description

THERAPY METHOD FOR RESOLVING MENTAL AND PHYSICAL ISSUES AND
CREATING POSITIVE FUTURE
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The embodiments herein relate generally to therapy methods, and more particularly, to a multi-step therapy method for resolving mental and physical issues.
BACKGROUND ART
[0002] Many people suffer from depression and anxiety, low self-esteem and low confidence, traumas, phobias, addictions and unhealthy lifestyles, negative patterns and stress, unhealthy relationships, childhood issues, poor sexual performance, pain, insomnia, low energy, a weak immune system, and the like. Existing therapies fail to address and remove the root of the issues, causing the issues to eventually come back, or fail to treat the patent as a unitary system of energy.
[0003] Therefore, what is needed is a therapy method that determines the root of the patient’s issues and redesigns the scene causing the issue, resulting in the resolution of mental and physical issues while treating the patient as a unitary system of energy.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
[0004] Some embodiments of the present disclosure include a therapy method for resolving mental and physical issues in a patient. The method may include determining roots of the issues and redesigning past negative scenes that cause the issues using breathing techniques and guided imagery to replace the negative scenes with positive scenes and emotions, resulting in the removal of the root of the issue and the creation of positive patterns and emotions in the individual’s subconscious mind. The guided imagery may specifically include use of the I-Ching Bagua symbol.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES
[0005] The detailed description of some embodiments of the invention is made below with reference to the accompanying figures, wherein like numerals represent corresponding parts of the figures. [0006] Fig. 1 is a flow chart explaining an embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0007] Fig. 2 is a continuation of Fig. 1.
[0008] Fig. 3 is a continuation of Fig. 2.
[0009] Fig. 4 is a continuation of Fig. 3.
[0010] Fig. 5 is a depiction of an I-Ching Bagua Symbol.
BEST MODE OF THE INVENTION
[0011] In the following detailed description of the invention, numerous details, examples, and embodiments of the invention are described. However, it will be clear and apparent to one skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the embodiments set forth and that the invention can be adapted for any of several applications.
[0012] The method of the present disclosure may be used as a therapy method for resolving mental and physical issues and may comprise the following elements. This list of possible constituent elements is intended to be exemplary only, and it is not intended that this list be used to limit the method of the present application to just these elements. Persons having ordinary skill in the art relevant to the present disclosure may understand there to be equivalent elements that may be substituted within the present disclosure without changing the essential function or operation of the method.
[0013] The various elements of the method of the present disclosure may be related in the following exemplary fashion. It is not intended to limit the scope or nature of the relationships between the various elements and the following examples are presented as illustrative examples only.
[0014] By way of example, and referring to Figs. 1-5, some embodiments of the present disclosure include a method for resolving mental and physical issues in an individual and creating a positive future, the method comprising determining the roots of the issues and redesigning the scene that causes the issues using special breathing techniques and guided imagery to replace the negative scenes with positive scenes and emotions, resulting in the removal of the root of the issue and the creation of positive patterns and emotions in the individual’s subconscious mind. In particular, the method may include initial steps geared toward building understanding and trust between the therapist and the patient. Then, the method may include steps directed to determining the root of the issues and steps for helping the patient relax and balance the energy of the patient. The steps are discussed in detail below and, when followed in order, may result in the roots of the issues being removed and the resolution of the patient’s issues.
[0015] As described in Figs. 1-4, a particular embodiment of the method may include gathering information from a patient regarding mental and physical health history and identifying issues to be resolved; explaining the process and how the process works to the patient; listening to the patient discuss childhood, parental relationships, and past traumas; redesigning issue-causing scenes in a positive way by discussing with the patient what the patient would like to experience if time could turn back and redesigning the issue causing scenes having the people who caused the traumas or issues act in a positive way instead of the negative way originally in the scenes; designing positives future scenes for the patient by discussing with the patient what the patient wants for the future and creating the perfect inner parents to take care of the inner child of the patient, wherein the positive future scenes include the scene that the inner parents take care of the inner child of the patient; showing the I-Ching Bagua symbol (an example of which is depicted in Fig. 5) to the patient and explaining the meaning of the symbol to the patient; instructing the patient to draw the Bagua symbol with an index finger on the palms and to then place the palms in front of the third eye; instructing the patient to close eyes and visualize the Bagua symbol in the third eye; applying lavender oil to the patient’s hands and feet and placing a clear quartz crystal in each of hand of the patient while the patient sits in a recliner and wears an eye mask, such as a lavender eye pillow; passing energy from the therapist’s hands through the patient’s crown; instructing the patient to inhale slowly and fully through the nose, hold breath for several seconds, and exhale short but powerfully through the mouth until uncomfortable and to repeat this a plurality of times; placing the therapists hands several inches about the patient’s crown, passing energy by the hand through the patient’s crown and instructing the patient to imagine the energy going down from the grown to every major part of the front body and then going down from the crown to every major part of the back body while inhaling and exhaling deeply; instructing the patient to inhale slowly and fully while taking energy from the crown and feet at the same time for several minutes; instructing the patient to inhale slowly and fully while taking energy from the left and right of the body at the same time for several minutes; again instructing the patient to inhale slowly and fully while taking energy from the crown and feet, left and right at the same time to get energy together underneath the navel in the abdomen, wherein the abdomen rises gradually while inhaling, and then to exhale slowly and fully feeling the energy spreading out and the body expanding while the abdomen gets flat gradually, wherein this step may be repeated for several minutes; instructing the patient to imagine the energy going up and down cleansing the patient’s negative energy to bring positive energy in from the universe through the crown for the patient; instructing the patient to visualize the I-Ching Bagua symbol rotating clockwise in the chakras to unblock the energy in the chakras; taking the patient back to a time when the issues were caused and instructing the patient to visualize a redesigned positive scene and to sense positive emotions and instructing the patient to visualize positive future scenes, including the scene that the inner parent take care of the inner child and to sense positive emotions; cleansing the negative energy, bringing in positive energy, and balancing energy for the patient again; disconnect the energy between the therapist and the patient, instructing the patient to rub the hands (for example, for two minutes), remove the mask, and open the eyes; and gathering feedback from the patient. Breathing processes may be repeated for a period of time, such as 10 minutes.
[0016] Some of the above mentioned steps may be considered optional, and following the method without such steps may still provide beneficial results to the patient. For example, in some embodiments, the method may begin with discussing what the patient wants to experience if time could turn back, thus beginning to redesign the issue-causing scenes. Moreover, while drawing the Bagua symbol on the palms may be necessary, visualizing the Bagua symbol in the third eye, applying lavender, placing quartz in the hands, and passing energy from the therapist’s hands through the patient’s crown may be optional. Repeated breathing processes may also be optional; however, the breathing processes should be completed at least once. Taking the patient back to the time and place that the issues were cause, toward the end of the process, may also be optional, as may disconnecting the energy from the therapist and gathering feedback.
[0017] Redesigning the issue-causing scenes may include discussing what the patient would want to experience if time could turn back - specifically, it may include having the patient envision the people who caused the traumas or issues to act in a positive way instead of the negative way that originally occurred. Designing positive future scenes may include discussing what the patient wants for the future.
[0018] Using the method of the present disclose may solve depression and anxiety, low self-esteem and low confidence, traumas, phobias, addictions and unhealthy lifestyles, negative patterns and stress, unhealthy relationships, childhood issues, poor sexual performance, pain, insomnia, low energy, a weak immune system, and the like. The method may also activate energy flow in the body, which is good for the immune system. [0019] Persons of ordinary skill in the art may appreciate that numerous design configurations may be possible to enjoy the functional benefits of the inventive systems. Thus, given the wide variety of configurations and arrangements of embodiments of the present invention the scope of the invention is reflected by the breadth of the claims below rather than narrowed by the embodiments described above.
