Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Werkzeugmaschine (20), beispielsweise eine Schleifmaschine und/oder eine Erodiermaschine (21). Die Werkzeugmaschine hat eine Maschinenbasis (22) sowie eine Achsanordnung (23) zur Bewegung eines Werkzeugträgers (25) und/oder einer Werkstückspanneinrichtung (26) relativ zur Maschinenbasis (22). An der Maschinenbasis (22) ist eine Transporteinrichtung (75) mit vorzugsweise genau zwei Transportplätzen (76) für jeweils eine Werkzeugbaugruppe (27) vorhanden. Ein Roboterarm (42) mit einer Greifeinrichtung (44) ist dazu eingerichtet, entweder zwei Werkstücke (38) oder alternativ eine einzige Werkzeugbaugruppe (27) zu greifen und zu bewegen. Dadurch kann über den Roboterarm (42) unmittelbar ein Werkstückwechsel mit der Werkstückspanneinrichtung (26) ausgeführt werden oder es kann eine Werkzeugbaugruppe (27) aufgenommen und in der Transporteinrichtung (75) angeordnet bzw. aus der Transporteinrichtung (75) entnommen werden. Die Transporteinrichtung (75) kann aus dem Arbeitsbereich (A) der Werkzeugmaschine (20) heraus und in den Arbeitsbereich (A) hinein bewegt werden und in Zusammenarbeit mit der Achsanordnung (23) der Werkzeugmaschine (20) einen Wechsel der Werkzeugbaugruppe (27) am Werkzeugträger (25) vornehmen.
