Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'envoi d'informations basé sur une messagerie instantanée, comprenant les étapes suivantes : un serveur reçoit une demande d'envoi d'informations IM déclenchée par un logiciel de messagerie instantanée d'entreprise, et le serveur obtient des informations IM comprises dans la demande d'envoi, le premier identifiant d'un compte d'envoi et le second identifiant d'un compte de réception ; le serveur obtient, en fonction de la relation d'association entre un identifiant de compte prédéfini et une autorisation d'opération, l'autorisation d'opération correspondant au premier identifiant et au second identifiant, et détermine si le compte d'envoi possède l'autorisation d'envoi du compte de réception ; si le compte d'envoi possède l'autorisation d'envoi du compte de réception, les informations IM sont envoyées au compte de réception.
